What you'll do here:
Enrollment Consultants play a vital role in driving sales revenue for our Ed2go continuing education and career training programs. As an Enrollment Consultant, you will be responsible for prioritizing qualified leads generated through various channels, including our website, referrals, live chat, and telephone. Your primary objective will be to match prospective students with the most suitable program while ensuring a top-notch customer experience at every touchpoint.

As an Enrollment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our processes and infrastructure deliver on that promise. Be skilled in asking appropriate and probing questions, overcoming objections, and managing your time effectively.

Be responsible for completing all required reports regarding sales and sales campaigns, market feedback, and team territory management activities

This dynamic and highly visible position within our Digital Services department is vital to driving high customer retention and satisfaction. The Digital Success Specialist position will be primarily remote with a requirement to come into the Independence, KY office for meetings and events as requested with travel
What you'll do here:
Support customers to ensure they can optimally navigate our digital products, training resources, and overall organization.
Monitor success of digital courses, interpret data, and retain a positive customer experience.
Actively work to cultivate relationships, ensure satisfaction, drive revenue and customer success.
Strive to exceed customer expectations and prioritize needs to meet customer timelines with a focus on retention and renewal.
Act as the 'voice of the customer' to inform product improvements and a better user experience.
Partner with management to provide status updates, assist on projects, and uncover support trends while meeting all role requirements.

Required:
High school graduate with some relevant college coursework completed.

Content Developers at National Geographic Learning function as, and partner with, subject matter experts to develop engaging content for Grades 6-12. As part of a high-performance team, the Senior Content Developer is responsible for in-house and out-of-house development of both print and digital products to clarify, strengthen, and enhance their quality.
In conjunction with the product development team, participates, and upon request, leads in rening the product premise and determining the scope and nature of development work.
Through detailed evaluation of media content (i.e., text, video, and interactive), and in close partnership with program consultants/authors and other content developers, strives to achieve content that is accurate, factual, clear, complete, current, diverse, legal, consistent, and standards-based.
Researches, writes, edits, and reviews content per program guidelines.
Proofreads and copyedits materials for style, grammar, spelling, clarity, and age appropriateness.
Reviews and comments on the work to ensure that the quality of work, schedules, and budgets are appropriately maintained.
Assists in training writers and junior editors to accomplish content goals.
Recommends innovative and effective pedagogical features and content based on market research and customer feedback.
Manages freelance content writers and other professionals as determined by project needs.
Helps build prototypes and style guides to assist in the creation of quality products and programs.
Monitors and evaluates performance of new and existing contributors on an ongoing basis.
Communicates the requirements of each project. Guides contractors and vendors on handling non-routine aspects of projects. Troubleshoots. Devises strategies to maintain schedules.
Assists team members with learning design and development to align with industry standards and market needs. Also recommends changes in organization and presentation of new or existing material to improve quality and focus.

Assists developers in designing user interface and logical program ow, and works to improve digital skills.

Skills you will need here:
Basic (Required)
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing print and digital educational products such as textbooks. Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of new media and technology.
Must be an exceptional writer and editor of educational content, with proven experience.
Must be an excellent communicator and a great teammate, and must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to work within budgets and schedules. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills are critical.
Thorough knowledge of Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and science pedagogy.
Knowledge of publishing technology, including Adobe InCopy or InDesign and Acrobat Pro, in addition to basic computer applications (word processing and spreadsheets).
Preferred
Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Understanding of K12 market dynamics.
Professional experience as a middle school or secondary classroom teacher of a STEM subject.
Experience with instructional design, learning design, or curriculum design.

Product Data Operations Analyst
What you'll do here:
The Product Data Operations Analyst will serve as the end-to-end owner of product data across Cengage's product data systems and throughout the product lifecycle, from product inception to setup and maintenance of product data to ensure the availability of products in Cengage Unlimited and on cengage.com promptly. In addition to handling product data, the Analyst will be the single point of accountability for the timeliness and correctness of product data. They will work cross-functionally across the organization to identify and resolve issues related to product data. The Product Data Operations Analyst will also gather, synthesize, and analyze product data from multiple product data systems using various data analysis tools (Excel, Access, Showcase, etc.) to ensure product data integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the E2E owner and single point of accountability for product setup, ISBN creation, and data maintenance for Cengage print and digital products across all product data systems. Follow established guidelines and ensure quality control of product data throughout the lifecycle of products.
Continuously translate overall product requirements into correct and timely product data in all CL product data systems, ensuring product team, legal, and finance requirements are reflected in product setup.
Critically analyze product data across all systems as product strategy evolves. Implement the findings of analyses by updating individual or multiple products in all systems and ensure accurate information.
Develop authoritative knowledge of internal systems, practices, policies, product team needs, and strategic direction. Connect with Product Managers, Pod members, Technology, Finance, Customer Service, Legal, and Marketing to understand and meet those partners' needs for data maintenance.
Proactively investigate and resolve product data errors and exceptions. Perform data reconciliations across data systems to identify and resolve data problems.
Work in a team of Product Data Operations Analysts. Attend regular team meetings and contribute to standard processes, training, and information sharing.
Act as Subject Matter Expert on special projects related to data maintenance and new product setup. Participate in designing, testing, and implementing new processes and updated product data systems.

As the Senior Salesforce Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing critical capabilities within the Cengage Work business unit. You will lead the strategic direction and management of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and supports our growth.
