  The Student Records Coordinator supports the University Office of the Registrar and serves as the manager of all student academic records at the campus locations.

  Responsibilities

• Support and implement the student records management policies for the University Office of the Registrar.

• Accurately perform academic data entry and verification within the University's CampusNexus student data management system to include course registration, grading, class rosters, transcript request processing and education verifications.

• Accurately process all student changes in a timely fashion to maintain data integrity in the student academic record.

• Provide data to Campus Administration assist in local academic planning, enrollment management and other areas as needed.

• Monitor students' academic progress through reporting to verify the accuracy and timeliness of all academic record entry.

• Work with local academic leadership to ensure graduate students have met program requirements and according to established graduation eligibility, ensuring all graduates are processed expeditiously.

• Other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  Education/Experience

• A minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited college or university; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2- 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant; 4- 5 years preferred.

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in CampusNexus student database preferred.

• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Flexibility to learn new methodologies, technologies and systems.

• Ability to handle a high pressure environment with significant timeline pressures.

• Able to interact with employees, potential students and outside contacts of all levels, providing excellent customer service.

  ECPI University is seeking a leader in Medical Assisting to oversee the Medical Assisting program to include instruction, curriculum, student success, expenses, enforcement of policies and procedures, scheduling of classes, and accreditation standards in order to maintain quality education which meets state and federal requirements and ECPI University guidelines.

  Responsibilities

  Students

• Classroom instruction.

• Oversee the academic progression and graduation of students.

• Evaluate student progress and competency based on Medical Assisting program philosophy and objectives.

• Create and maintain an environment conducive to learning.

• Participate in the academic advisement and counseling of students.

• Provide opportunities for student and graduate evaluation of curriculum, teaching and program effectiveness.

  Program

• Coordinate the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of the Medical Assisting program curriculum.

• Ensure faculty are current in licensure, certification and professional development

  Professional Development

• Commit to ongoing professional development; ensure program faculty remain current in trends, issues and practices in the field, as well as effective teaching strategies and assessment methods.

  Qualifications

  Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in the specialty field ot teaching discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.

• RMA or CMA.

• Minimum of three (3) years full-time experience in a healthcare facility with a minimum of one year direct patient care in an ambulatory healthcare setting.

• Postsecondary teaching experience and/or vocational/technical education required.

  Skills/Abilities

• Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to manage in an academic organization.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadline

• Demonstrated experience with academic planning, including program development and innovation; strategic planning; and financial management

• Demonstrated commitment to diversity among students, faculty and staff

  The University Registrar is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the academic records of all students who attend the University; developing systems that enhance the efficiency, consistency and effectiveness of student records services at all campuses, training and providing guidance to Student Records Coordinators at the campus level and working with academic administrators to create a consistent student records policy.

  Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and manage process and policy for the Registrar's office.

• Oversee the issuance of official student transcripts. Ensure the validity of those transcripts and that the University is in compliance with all relevant federal and state laws and guidelines.

• Issue degrees and diplomas for all University locations.

• Manage Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) each term including processing SAP in the SIS, distributing the results to campus academic staff, notifying students of their Sap Warning and Not Met status, and auditing these students to ensure all academic and title IV requirements have been met.

  Qualifications

  Education/Experience

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred.

• Three to five years of experience working in higher education setting that includes management responsibilities and project coordination.

• An equivalent combination of work and educational experience.

  Skills/Abilities

• Experience at a functional and operational level with student information systems, degree audit systems, and the issuance of diplomas and other academic credentials.

• Exceptional problem solving, administrative, analytical, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; high level of professional judgement.

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

• The ability to prioritize work effectively and manage time efficiently and apply process improvements necessary to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

  Qualifications

  Education/Experience :

• Terminal degree in Computer Information Science or appropriate terminal degree in an appropriate field preferred. Masters in Computer Information Science or appropriate field required.

• CISSP, CEH, CHFI certifications highly desirable.

• 3-5 years industry experience required; 10-15 years career industry experience preferred.

• 2 years teaching or presentation experience preferred.

  Skills/Abilities:

• Technical skills - Networking, Windows 2012 and above, Linux, Cisco routers and switches.

• SANS/Storage administration, VMWare technologies, and VDI technologies, such as Citrix, is a plus.
