Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional communication and build positive relationships with multiple off-site managers.

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by reviewing job description and job qualifications, as well as meeting with managers to discuss their needs, organizational plans and objectives.

  • Source and attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting industry groups, connecting with industry schools and accessing databases and job sites.

  • Conduct phone interviews using various reliable selection tools/methods to filter candidates.

  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, phone interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

  • Inform candidates fully about the job and company and the role for which they are interviewing.

  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

  • Arranges hiring manager interviews by coordinating schedules and all other parts of the personalized candidate process.

  • Brief and debrief candidates before and after onsite interviews and job demos.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1-2 years of recruiting, customer service experience with candidate assessment and selection (e.g. phone screens, interviews, etc.) preferred.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience high volume recruiting

  • Experience in a ready labor staffing or high turnover environments a preferred.

  • Experience understanding job requirements and identifying those requirements in candidate resumes and one-on-one interactions.

  • Experience building positive relationships with business partners and co-workers.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities and work styles and achieve a high level of activity.

Dent Wizard is looking for a full time Accounts Payable clerk. In this role, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering vendor bills, ensuring files are complete and maintained and providing support to the Accounts Payable Manager and team to help meet month-end close and other routine deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coding and entering a large volume of vendor invoices for both US and Canada.

  • Input data accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with weekly check run.

  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements and request missing invoices.

  • Research and resolve payment issues.

  • Responsible for proper new vendor set up, including 1099 compliance.

  • Ensure open lines of communication with customers (internal and external), co-workers and management.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather needed support or research issues as directed by the Accounts Payable Manager.

  • Complete special projects that are ancillary to routine duties.

  • Routine clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, copying, and mailing.

  • Performing other general administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies and employment laws, to ensure a workplace that safeguards the rights of every employee.

If you're into the details on cars (and like them to be perfect), we'd love to see you on our side as an Interior/ Wheel Tech nician at Dent Wizard. Working in Daytona, FL and surrounding areas, you'll have a lot of independence and uncapped earning potential .

Y ou'll provide mobile repairs for auto dealerships, auction houses and other customers at a fixed site or on a route . You'll repair rips, tears and burn s; mix dyes to match surfaces; and remove stains. Your goal? To make a detailed car's inside look as new as possible and ready for sale. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operations Management:

  • Ensure Delivery of Dent Wizard's services at new or expanded locations.

  • Lead the startup process ensuring all necessary tools, equipment and people resources are available.

  • Provide expertise and guidance on feasibility and challenges in implementation of fixed operations to all Dent Wizard's field and operations.

  • Work closely with Local Managers to define the scope of service and facilities needed to create or expand multiple reconditioning services.

  • Ensure effective and efficient operations of all projects. Deal expediently with all aspects of concern, particularly related to customers and any aspects of the operation performing below expectations.

  • As needed in a catastrophic event, support Hail Operations.

Sales/Customer Service:

  • Address all customer issues or complaints to assure timely and appropriate resolution.

  • Conduct demonstration sessions with new and existing customers.

  • Understand and communicate customer's financial goals to appropriate Dent Wizard personnel and develop working relationship with the customer's senior financial organization to facilitate achieving positive business results.

  • Be knowledgeable in the availability and appropriate use of all sales and marketing tools and programs so they are actively promoted.

People Management:

  • Collaborate and communicate with sales teams and corporate personnel to identify -best practices- at fixed site operations including staffing.

  • Provide technical support to new technicians to ensure company standards are met

  • Work in conjunction with local managers to ensure effective planning and use of each Technician's time, in order to optimize each Technician's ability to achieve his/her commissions earnings potential as well as to maximize revenues and overall profitability of the region.

  • Identify performance issues early on and develop plans to address and correct the problem in a proactive, respectful and fair manner.

  • Work with Managers and Technicians to ensure they understand customer's financial goals and develop working relationship with the customer's organization to facilitate the achievement of positive business results.

Financial/Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with corporate human resource policies as well as all pertinent employment, safety, and environmental laws/requirements, OSHA, Air Quality Management, and Fire Marshall to ensure a workplace that safeguards the rights and physical well-being of every employee.

  • Establish positive working relationships with District Managers and with the Home Office Staff to leverage all available resources.

  • Utilize quantitative tools and provide analysis to improve financial performance and reach financial and/or strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience within a body shop environment is required, experience in automotive paint is required and other reconditioning services is preferred.

  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven success working in an autonomous environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with customers

  • Credible and persuasive communicator and an active listener. Excellent presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work across sales channels to create more value for the customer, company and employee

  • A track record that clearly shows successful implementation of business strategy and results

  • Previous experience in project management would be preferred.

  • Must have a firm understanding of financial results and material costs.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.

  • Ability to create reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

  • Knowledge of all pertinent local and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.

  • Must be willing to travel as assigned. It is expected this position will require up to 70% travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Effectively penetrate all growth opportunities, increasing utilization within assigned locations, to include internal departments such as new, pre-owned, and service.

  • Seek out new business opportunities; effectively building relations and creating opportunities while evaluating needs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies including all pertinent employment, safety, environmental laws and requirements to ensure a workplace that safeguards the rights and physical well-being of every employee.

  • Walk and check in with assigned operation locations to maximizing all opportunities within the program limits.

  • As reconditioning repairs are finished, conduct quality control checks to ensure repair meets standards. Distribute re-do list and follow up to ensure that appropriate repairs are completed.

  • Ensure all technicians and other personnel have proper direction, ample workload, and working at peak efficiency.

  • Manage all paint supplies and controlling waste while keeping sufficient stock.

  • Communicate with the DM/ROD as to any pertinent situation, possible opportunity and help create a plan for implementation if deemed a viable opportunity.

  • Prepare an operational update/report for DM/ROD outlining technician performance and accounts in the assigned area..

    Training

  • Coordinate new hire orientation to ensure smooth transition for new employees into the organization.

  • Conduct monthly meetings; providing assistance, tips, and feedback on sales tools and other performance-enhancement skills.

  • Ensure all technicians receive proper technical support to maximize their reconditioning skills.

  • Identify and schedule candidates for advanced training, cross training and/or new product implementation.

  • Continue personal development to advance knowledge, improve operations and further develop sales skills staying ahead of the market.

People Management

  • Act as Team Leader and mentor to Technicians by remaining in close contact daily through a combination of telephone and in-person interface.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues with employee performance.

  • Work with DM/ROD/RVP to ensure proper staffing levels are met to handle current and new business opportunities

  • Conduct informal and formal performance reviews to ensure employees are aware of their strengths and opportunities for improvement and develop plans to improve their performance and average monthly billings.

  • Promote the happenings and direction of DW by conducting monthly technician meetings.

    Customer Relations

Work with designated management/service writers and educate regarding Dent Wizard's PDR, paint repair processes and other reconditioning services.

  • Ensure that any DW supplies, tents, vehicles or equipment is always kept clean and orderly .

  • Visit all assigned locations (existing or target) weekly to build stronger or new relationships with any decision makers.

  • Promote DW's reconditioning services, people and direction in a positive manner.

  • If applicable, walk and estimate wholesale, body line, and turn back vehicles on a regular basis to find opportunities.

  • Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with certain customers and departments.

Qualifications

  • Must have Auto Body Shop or Auto Estimator expierence.

  • Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and lead others.

Regional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist

Reporting directly to the EHS Manager and working closely with regional management, training and HR departments, oversees the wellbeing of Dent Wizard employees, customers and the environment for a region. It is an essential task of this role to ensure that the processes and individuals within the organization are operating in compliance with regulations set by federal, state and local regulatory agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with regional management, ensuring EHS receives appropriate levels of focus and communication to ensure organizational occupational safety and health compliance

  • Manage occupational safety and health programs at multiple facilities, satellite and mobile work locations.

  • Conduct and coordinate regular EHS site assessments, audits and inspections (both initial and follow-up) and corrective action activities.

  • Understand and effectively communicate overall standards of operations and best practices as it pertains to EHS compliance while ensuring operational efficiencies are maintained.

  • Foster relationships to secure influence with Regional Vice Presidents, Regional managers and Administrators in order drive EHS policy compliance.

  • Manage regional EHS reporting metrics.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or equivalent program preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding government regulation, safety and environmental compliance.

  • Ability to objectively and accurately evaluate data utilizing analytical skills to maximize overall EHS performance.

  • Ability to maintain confidential information and to communicate information regarding compliance performance or other business issues strictly on a need-to-know basis.

  • Must have demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism on a continuous basis (i.e. demeanor, communication, etc.).

  • Ability to influence others and to impart the concept of continuous (ongoing) improvement at all points on the performance continuum.

  • Strong organization and follow-through skills.

PDR Trainee Position Summary

PDR Technicians service new and existing accounts/customers by repairing dent damage using Dent Wizard's propriety PDR process, providing excellent customer service, and educating prospective customers in our service.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform PDR work using Dent Wizard's propriety process to current company standards

  • Review completed PDR work with customer to gain signature for billing purposes

  • Walk and write up car lots for customer approval

  • Negotiate with/sell authorized customer personnel to gain approval to do work

  • Prospect potential new accounts and departments for new work whenever possible

  • Help sell, train and staff dealership service drives to increase work and support PDR for Profit

    Qualifications:
