May assist with analyzing business recommendations and strategies and actions proposed to drive sales productivity and profitability. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs the following in the capacity of an assistant. INVENTORY FLOW/SUPPLY CHAIN: - Directs the distribution of goods to sales, profitability, inventory turnover and customer satisfaction across areas of responsibility. - Determines proper ratio of DC, Store and pipeline inventory for all items; develops and modifies replenishment parameters as needed on all basic reorder items; ensures basic stock levels are consistent with approved planograms and store sizes. - Partners with Forecast Analyst to review and adjust forecast parameters for seasonal and/or advertised items. - Ensures featured product is in-stock at locations participating in advertising events. - Considers overall health of the supply chain when making business decisions; Identifies and implements supply chain efficiencies; - Actively participates in Supplier/Merchant meetings by communicating supply chain opportunities, concerns and successes, including collaboration on forecasted need. - Proactively identifies cost saving opportunities with product distribution and partners with distribution and merchant teams to implement. - Effectively communicates with internal and external customers to address in-stock and supply chain concerns or/and opportunities. - Monitors aged inventory and identifies opportunities to mitigate risk, providing recommendations to the merchants for action. - Ongoing review and maintenance of replenishment snapshot metrics to include POG Accuracy, NIS Causes and other related metrics. - Uses Allocate System to purchase seasonal, fashion and promotional one time buys; ensuring accurate quantities and inventory levels meet sales demand at an item location level. BUSINESS ANALYSIS: - Monitors and evaluates Open-to-Buy on a weekly basis; assesses risk and recommends action accordingly; prepares reports and actionable business analysis as needed. - Identifies and challenges items that could have a negative impact on inventory and turn due to their low performance; Makes preventative recommendations and takes action to reduce aged inventory and ensure exit strategy is adhered to. ADDITIONAL: - Conducts store visits as appropriate to evaluate merchandise presentation, stock assortments and inventory levels. Works closely with store management to address and maximize business opportunities. Performs other related duties as assigned. Works under general supervision of a Inventory Planner or Divisional Merchandise Manager of Planning. Operates independently within the framework of NEXCOM policies, procedures and regulations. Exercises independent judgment and approach in routine and non-routine situations. Consults with supervisor on such issues as policy matters, deviations from normal procedures or unusual circumstances. Performance is evaluated on operational performance, skills evaluations, customer service, collaboration and teamwork, leadership, work quality and established individual performance metrics. Job Description

Title: LEAD CLIENT SERVICES TECHNICIAN SPECIALI Location: United States-Virginia-Virginia Beach Job Number: 220000Y0 Job Summary: Serves as Lead Client Services Technician with responsibility for and providing tasking oversight for providing procurement configuration implementation troubleshooting and overall support for end user devices and other related equipment. Devices include computing and mobile devices of varying operating systems peripherals pointofsaleservice devices etc. Duties and Responsibilities: Incumbents of this position must be U.S. Citizens. - Leads and performs the full spectrum of end user computer (ie PC desktop/laptop, MacBook, iMac) and mobile (ie Blackberry, iPhone, tablet) support to include procurement, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and overall support for end user devices and other related equipment. - Performs Lead duties in the review of open trouble tickets, project tasking, supervisor input, and daily workload and assigns appropriate tasks to subordinate team. Communicates with supervisor on task status, new tasking, or issues. - Leads the installation of end user device software to include operating system, and works closely with Client Services Engineering staff and management when issues with the image process, software installation or application support needs arise - Leads the integration of hardware, software and end-user applications. - Leads system integration of hardware and/or software. - Serves as primary customer service liaison to NEXCOM end-users. - Respond to Level II Helpdesk requests. - Leads analytical, technical, and administrative support in the design, installation, and maintenance of new and existing end user computer and mobile systems, including network and e-mail operations. - Responsible for collecting complete IT requirements for NEX initiatives including, but not limited to, numbers of end user computers / mobile devices and placement, number of Point of Service registers and placement, number of printers and placement. - Coordinates with responsible personnel and other NEXCOM functional codes to ensure and verify that all required infrastructure is in place and tested prior to turnover to user. - Troubleshoots end user computer / mobile device problems and determines appropriate course of action to return to operational use. Rectifies problems through appropriate adjustment to equipment and/or configuration. Refers problems beyond his/her ability to manufacturer's representative for resolution. Follows up with users and vendors to ensure problem is resolved. - Ensures site survey information and documentation is provided to vendors after reconciliation. - Tests new applications utilizing application analysis tools. - Leads end user device software training for NEXCOM associates. - Prepares purchase requests for software and hardware utilizing automated procurement system, and provides central point to manage assigned equipment purchases, and logistics tracking. - Ensure/implement the rigorous application of Information Security/Information Assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of Systems, Applications and/or Services (Hardware & Software). - Responsible for IT asset management, reporting and recording all IT assets for all completed IT assignments. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must possess valid driver's license to support off site facilities. Required to respond to calls 24x7x365 (On-Call). Note: Must be able to lift 50 LB, kneel, bend and stand for long periods of time.
