Overview
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for coordinating the inventory transfer between stores and warehouses. The Warehouse Specialist will pick transfer orders, stage material, receive product, and perform inventory control tasks. The Warehouse Specialist is assisted by the Warehouse Driver.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:
Attention to detail
Review, familiarize with and adhere to Policy and Procedures Manual.
Review, familiarize with and adhere to MANCON's SOPs and Safety Manual.
Meet and greet customers
Answer questions regarding availability of parts
Operate a forklift
Parts Pick up and Delivery
Drive vehicle to designated locations to purchase/pick up parts
Provide company documentation to vendors as required (tax exempt form, credit references)
Review all invoices at vendor location to ensure accuracy on pricing and quantities
Return products to MANCON location in a timely fashion
Transfer material between MANCON locations
Data Entry Requirements
Entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system
Entry of transfer documents in the inventory system
Inventory Management Requirements
Picking and staging of transfers
Receipt of items
Performing weekly inventory cycle counts
Performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at site
Other Requirements
Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance
Provide 24 hour support at the VDOT location during emergencies
Assist with inventory research projects as requested
Adhere to required procedures
Participate in the SCM continuing training program
Assist with Store Supervisor duties as assigned
Qualifications

Travel to complete assigned functions will include both overnight and weekends. Meetings with the customer may require business formal attire.The Project Manager will be supported by the Corporate Contract Support Team.

Review and correct identified errors in the inventory system- Generate and review the SLA Failure Item Detail Report. Review all items that failed to determine if changes to stocking levels are required, based on the past 12 months of sales history- Generate, review and correct items identified on the PT/OP Bin check report- Produce and process the Reorder report- Generate, review and correct the No Min/Max report- Generate, review the Inactive Item Report. Overview

Overview: Stock Clerks provide counter service to RGRTA employees to issue parts that are currently in inventory. The Stock Clerk will also be performing various inventory control support functions such as: cycle counts, data entry in inventory systems, stocking shelves.
Responsibilities: Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following: - Attention to detail - Meet and greet customers. - Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (Signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities) - Pull inventory from shelves and issue to RGRTA personnel - Inform customers when requested parts are available.
Inventory Management Requirements - Generating Sales Orders for parts issued - Performing weekly inventory cycle counts. - Restocking shelves
Other Requirements - Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance . - Provide 24 hour support at the RGRTA location during emergencies. - Travel to vendor locations to pickup parts. - Assist with inventory research projects as requested. - Adhere to required procedures - Assist with Store Manager duties as assigned - Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system. - Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system - Assist in performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at site - Operate Forklift
