Job Description:
The Senior Specialist Project Management will function as the Material Program Manager (MPM) for the Reconnaissance Business Area. They will be responsible for managing the Program's material requirements, all associated material budgets and provide weekly and monthly financial reports. The MPM is the material focal point for all material requirements and will interact with Engineering, Laboratory support, Planning / Scheduling, Subcontracts, Procurement, and Manufacturing departments to ensure all material is available on time and within budget. Contract efforts range from Aircraft Electrical and Structural Components, Mission Equipment, Development, and Logistical Programs.
Essential Functions:
The Material Program Manager will function as the point-of-contract between the Program Office, Functional Management, the Customer, supplier relationships, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts to ensure successful resolutions of program issues.
Manage the material budget for an applicable major program. Provide comprehensive business analysis of program material requirements and manage impact to program EAC's for all material related actions.
Work collaboratively with Program Office and Functional Management, as well as other stakeholders, to define and assign task requirements; estimate and establish budget and schedules; determine appropriate performance metrics; clarify priorities; and develop and implement specific management plans to support the program.
Manages and follows up with Engineering / Engineering design reviews, Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing personnel to ensure appropriate drawings are released and program schedules are achieved.
Reviews proposals, Statements of Work (SOW) and establishing status metrics and reporting methods that assists with Make buy decisions, follows up on open purchase orders, verifies delivery, participates in resolving supplier issues, approves payment, and maintains necessary records of material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory cycle(s).
Recommend, develop, and implement program management tools, process ownership and analysis, risk management, controls, and performance metrics to monitor and report program performance to objectives (including budget, schedule, and other management requirements), and facilitate project coordination and decision-making.
Develop and deliver presentations/recommendations to senior Program Managers and Company Management, as well as other stakeholders, relating to applicable program management plans. These plans include defining objectives, developing tasking requirements, reporting budget and schedule performance, and relaying all issues requiring management action. Ensure operational and project reviews are properly focused and address core issues.
Lead/participate in Integrated Product Teams to assure successful program execution and drive non-value added costs out of the program.
Travel: 25-50% Possible
Qualifications:
Must have or be able to acquire DOD clearance of secret or higher.
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

In this role, you will learn to design and develop electrical systems for the integration of electrical/electronic equipment on military/commercial aircraft and ground stations. Create system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, control panels and other items using CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools

In this role, you will work with technicians and Quality Assurance personnel, as well as supporting assembly, test, and delivery of large rocket engines and components, with primary responsibility for rocket engine test preparation, test, and post-test processing. Job Description:
This Electrical Engineering position is in a fast paced and dynamic environment requiring tasking flexibility to meet ever changing customer objectives. Analog and digital design of ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications.
Circuit tolerance analyses using hand calculations and Spice tools
Requirements development, refinement, and compliance.
Generate test plans and test reports related to product performance (Brassboard, Design Verification, Qualification, Firing Properties, etc.)
Lead and direct test activities in all phases of product development cycle.
Lead failure investigations using structured tools (8D, Fishbone, Cause & Effect, etc.).
Generate material for and lead design reviews for all phases of the product development cycle.
Act as primary technical interface to internal and external customers.
Provide inputs (material and labor estimates) for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Generate Engineering Orders (EOs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
Mentor electrical engineering staff

Qualifications:

As an Electrical Engineering Manager in the ESAD Group, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Electrical Engineering staff that supports product development and production support. The manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing engineers during requirements development, concept development, detailed design, and product testing. Requirements
Requires an Associate's degree in a related discipline and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
US Citizenship required. Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement. Additionally, individual must be able to obtain and maintain NASA Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) security clearance.
Additional Requirements/Preferred Qualifications
A basic knowledge of mechanical systems, various measuring and testing devices, and experience with hand tools are essential.
Ability to understand and interpret required engineering drawings, instructions, and technical manuals needed.
Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as high-pressure pneumatic, cryogenic and hydraulic systems, NDT type equipment, etc.
Aerospace background with A&P license/military equivalent proficiency test preferred.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% as required.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
The work environment may require a combination of indoor and outdoor activity (hot, cold, wet, humid conditions) with a varied amount of walking, standing, sitting, climbing (i.e. ladders, stair, scaffolding, ramps), balancing (maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces), bending, reaching, handling (seizing, holding, grasping, turning picking, pinching), stooping, kneeling, crouching and ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
Work may require the ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift, crane, hoist, man lift, etc.) in a safe manner.
While performing the duties of this job, employees may work around variable noise levels or with fume or airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc. requiring the use of personal protective equipment such as face protection (safety glasses, goggles, face shield), foot protection (i.e. steel toed shoes, rubber boots, etc.), gloves, hard hat, shop coat and hearing protection.
Some positions may require Respirator clearance up to and including the Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Level A clearance.
Some employees may be required to drive between various locations within the Company facility or between locations.
Work duties may also require working in a standard office setting and using standard office equipment, including a computer and/or the ability to travel by air or auto. Ability to distinguish colors may also be necessary.
This position may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.

Responsible for performing stockroom and/or receiving activities using company operating systems (TrakStar, Control). Accurately process receipt of goods daily. Perform all stockroom related tasks accurately and according to department procedures. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
Has the ability to stand on their feet for extended periods of time, up to 9 hours.
Prepares and packages material for shipment in accordance with MIL-STD 2073, per contract.
Holds the knowledge of packaging techniques in accordance with ASTM Best Practice procedures.
Holds ability to handle items (up to 35 lbs.) utilizing proper lifting techniques and material handling aids (e.g. pallet jacks, height adjustable carts, etc.).
Examines, stocks and distributes materials to programs, production teams, and manufacturing lines.
Knowledge of safe material handling practices and has the ability to maintain compliance with L3Harris specific Environment Health and Safety policy/procedure in regards to material handling.
Qualifications:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $42,000 - $55,300.
