Provide additional customer education and information as needed
Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
Provide account management for client's day to day operations
Continuously provide educational material to the client base
Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner
Cultivate customer value by selling Labcorp's entire value proposition i.e. tests, services, data/analytics, science and medicine
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
At least 2 years' experience working in a sales support or client service role in a health care or insurance environment, comfortable making 20-30 calls a day.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
Excellent multitasking abilities required
Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
Bonus Points if you have:
Previous Labcorp experience is preferred
Prior healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures
Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality
Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care
Perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical or biological sciences, OR any Bachelor's degree which includes 16 credit hours in biological sciences, 16 credit hours in chemical sciences and one college level math course
No previous laboratory experience is required (candidates with at least one year of clinical laboratory testing experience will be considered for a Technologist title)
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Familiarity with laboratory information systems are a plus
High level of attention detail along with strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required

Maintain patient and specimen information logs
Provide superior customer service to all patients

Job Requirements:

Send daily, weekly and monthly productions reports to management
Assist with the training of new hires and the development of current employees
Keep supervisor informed of group progress, problems, employee performance and any significant factors affecting assigned responsibilities
Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to SOPs
Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality
Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care
Perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures
Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary
Assist with processing of specimens when needed
Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Requirements
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Medical Technologist/Technician
ASCP and/or AMT Certifications are a plus
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
Understanding of laboratory operations as well as policies and procedures
Proficient with Laboratory Information Systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Comfortability making decisions in a changing environment
Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures
Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality
Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care
Perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical or biological sciences, OR any Bachelor's degree which includes 16 credit hours in biological sciences, 16 credit hours in chemical sciences and one college level math course
No previous laboratory experience is required (candidates with at least one year of clinical laboratory testing experience will be considered for a Technologist title)
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Familiarity with laboratory information systems are a plus
High level of attention detail along with strong communication and organizational skills

The Senior Manager, National Field Activation will play a pivotal role in propelling our growth and elevating our brand perception in local markets. In this role, you will establish yourself as a key partner supporting the orchestration of sales-centric strategic product introductions, integrated campaigns, scalable programs, and sales activation initiatives to fortify our local diagnostics divisional growth plans and achieve revenue targets.
Support strategic planning: Support proactive engagement in strategic planning, collaborating closely with divisional sales leaders and cross-functional marketing teams to formulate and set goals and growth strategies.
Optimize new product sales activation approach: Support a structured, consistent product introduction approach and expanded product roadmap to enable effective sales campaign planning and profitable growth.
Support our marketing sales communication and engagement strategy: Support Labcorp's vision and business priorities to our Diagnostics commercial audience.
Drive scalable sales activation programs: Develop and lead scalable, integrated sales activation marketing programs to drive lead generation, grow market share and increase penetration based on market research and consumer trends. Ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget.

About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and collaborative Sr Solutions Manager, HR Technology to join our team supporting Payroll configuration. In this role, you will support the Workday Payroll solution in the US and the HCM/Core payroll setup for global payroll integrations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workday Payroll for US, including hands-on configuration experience in a large-scale global environment. Responsibilities:

Support payroll-impacting configuration changes made across other HR Tech workstreams including core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Absence, etc. and integrations with other systems such as Oracle ERP.
Experience leading / managing future state design and process improvement projects focused on HCM and Payroll business functions.
Own and design the payroll system requirements and supporting business process changes by conducting gap analysis between business needs and Workday capabilities, performing regression testing where appropriate and recommending solutions or enhancements.

Experience leading and performing Workday application control reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance with deep knowledge of segregation of duties concepts, sensitive access, and experience in user access security across Payroll SKU
Identify process and infrastructure needs to support change and consider broad range of internal/external factors when making decisions

About You

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
After your on-site training you will be able to:
Receive, unpack, and prepare samples for entry (blood, urine, body fluids, and non-biological samples)
Verify and enter patient information into database
Label and stabilize sample for testing
Sort and deliver samples to multiple technical areas
Store, retrieve, and dispose of samples based on life cycle
Meet key production metrics while maintaining high quality standards
Identify and flag sample issues that may impact testing
Follow all safety protocols to ensure your safety and the safety of others
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to work independently under general supervision
Able to pass a standardized color blind test
Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50-lbs
Strong data entry/10-key and organizational skills
High level of attention to detail
Medical/clinical laboratory experience a plus

Job Responsibilities:
Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures
Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality
Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving.
Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care
Perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures
Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary
Assist with processing of specimens when needed
Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements
FL Medical Technologist (MT) license required
Previous clinical laboratory testing experience is highly preferred
ASCP or AMT certification is preferred
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus
High level of attention detail along with strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs
