THE WORK

As the Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) for the Radar and Sensor Systems team, you will lead a dynamic group of professionals in all phases of production. This role involves:

- Leading and managing the MPM team through production planning, execution, and post-delivery support.

- Collaborating closely with Production Operations and factory leadership to set actionable Program Management Baselines (PMB) and strategies that meet or exceed program goals.

- Breaking down performance requirements into executable actions, ensuring cost and schedule targets are met or exceeded for all programs managed by the team.

- Serving as the key interface between Production Operations and the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring seamless communication, support, and responsiveness to drive program success.

- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives such as Value Added Base (VAB) strategies, affordability actions, and Lean/6S processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

Basic Qualifications:

Description: Why Work For Us:

Within the Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) 5G family of projects we are seeking a test lead to develop and execute a rigorous test program to ensure consistent and independent testing of RMS's 5G solutions.

RMS 5G family of projects consists of Contracted Research and Development (CRAD) projects & Independent Research and Development (IRAD) projects all leveraging Lockheed Martin's 5G.milR technology. All of these projects are working together to develop deployable 5G solutions for US Military users.

What You Will Be Doing:

As the test lead, you will develop a rigorous requirements-based test program that encompasses testing vendor-procured products (SW/HW) used by multiple RMS 5G projects. The test plans and testing methods you develop will be used to validate vendor publicized features as well as compatibility with other vendor offerings. Your test program will track the results of these vendor tests by release in order to be re-used across other LM 5G projects. The test program's goal is to drive efficiency into the testing process and improve confidence in accepted product offerings through a consistent, comprehensive test approach. Additionally, you will develop processes for consolidating vendor defects, you will take lead on reporting defects back to vendors, tracking resolution progress and informing respective 5G projects of progress and resolution.

Experience leading software, hardware, or communications system test efforts on a program of record is required. Familiarity with requirements development, requirements verification, and continuous integration, continuous development (CI/CD) testing is highly desired. Although 5G knowledge is not necessarily required, it is also highly desired, and expected to be learned on the job.

These systems engineers receive an extraordinary level of visibility as well as exposure to programmatic implementation while acting as integrators across a wide range of disciplines both internal and external to the Engineering Technology organization. The DMS Engineers are critical to the production and sustainment of the C-130J fleet, with a proven record of mitigating industry obsolescence threats.

DMS Engineer:

The Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Team is an established focal point for all issues regarding obsolescence on the C-130J Program. As systems engineers, the members of this team receive an extraordinary level of visibility as well as exposure to programmatic execution while acting as integrators across a wide range of disciplines both internal and external to the C-130J Engineering & Technology organization. The DMS team is a critical nexus for C-130J Production, Sustainment, and Development execution, proven by years of successfully mitigating industry threats. The candidate will perform DMS Management duties which incorporate the analysis of Bill of Material (BOM), and inventory management data, to identify potential impacts to the C-130J Program. The candidate will use this data to develop a DMS business case to help identify the most cost affordable mitigation for a DMS event. These tasks will require the candidate to support proposal development efforts which include reviewing, interpreting, and writing proposals, SSOWs, and BOEs. -Assist with Hyperion updates for OSEC reporting and provide checks on Contract Target values to the Orders/Sales forecast along with linking Hyperion Core plans to GRID manpower forecasts assisting in achieving a reasonable profile.

-Provide assistance as requested for reciprocal support to programs outside of F35 for PAR, INAR, and other reviews as required.

-Prepare analysis of actual financial results against financial plans

What You Will Be Doing

Provide Contract administration support in reviewing and interpreting contract requirements and contract change impacts. Lead and coordinate efforts in preparing proposals in response to solicitations, with responsibility for contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper fulfillment per company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Proficient in understanding contract terms, articulating positions to the business, and ensuring the program teams can effectively understand the impacts of the agreements reached with the Customer. Advise leadership and Program Management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical contract information.

For a level 2, we typically require 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

The qualified individual must be able to establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers and possess excellent business acumen. Possess the ability to interpret RFPs and contract terms, develop contract positions related to risks, and identify opportunities. Ability to comprehend financial and business concepts. Handle multiple assignments while achieving program commitments. experience with proposal preparation; coordinating and participating in management reviews; proposal submission; fact-finding; contract negotiations; contract award and execution. Computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties. Excellent written and oral communication skills; should be detail-oriented and teamwork-oriented, with outstanding organizational skills. Able to travel domestic and/or internationally when required to fulfill the responsibility of the position.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Sr Software Configuration Analyst you will impact everything from Status Accounting Activities to participation in Change Board meetings. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Performing Configuration Status Accounting using appropriate tools and inspections to verify all serialization and configuration requirements have been fulfilled to close logbooks upon hardware completion.

Conducting Status Accounting activities to monitor the relationship between the engineering design of the product and the actual hardware or software during the manufacturing build process.

Ensuring hardware is built to current engineering configuration.

Verifying all serialization requirements have been fulfilled prior to shipment.

Preparing serial/lot record sheets and input into the central database and maintain serial/lot identification records for each serially controlled item.

Inputting engineering changes into the central database.

Facilitating coordinated efforts of Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality organizations.

Ensuring timely incorporation and proper documentation of engineering changes.

Acting as liaison concerning as-built configurations and serialization.

Participating in Configuration Change Board meetings and will help review and analyze engineering change data and track open items to ensure completion of change implementation activities.

Basic Qualifications:

- Active Secret Clearance with investigation within 5 years prior to start

- Configuration Status Accounting experience

- Must have Configuration Change Board (CCB) understanding including implementation activities.

-Data Management

- Experience in reading and releasing engineering drawings and documentation including bills of material.

- Proven ability in processing CDRLs in accordance with the Contract SOW, 1423s, and DD250s, and in accordance with the applicable Industry Standards.

- Experience with serialization of hardware and Item Unique Identification standards.

- Advance experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access): including designing, developing, automating, and maintaining Access and Excel databases.

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with CM of hardware/software.

- Knowledge of and experience in the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering efforts of a Missile program.

- Experience with Product Data Management tools.
