You will be the Aircraft Production Planner Scheduler for the Cannon Air Force Base, NM area and must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Aircraft Production Planner Scheduler embedded with a SOF GLSS Program Team, your duties will include:

- Responsible for the management of an efficient and cost-effective logistics system that interfaces with all supply, transportation, and Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) maintenance functions necessary to support an MQ-9 operating location.

- Support Air Force Special Operations Command MQ-9 units worldwide and requires daily customer interaction.

- Act independently, with only general direction, to accomplish task order requirements.

- Utilize Enterprise Supply System (ESS) processes and procedures to manage the flow of controlled government furnished equipment.

- Responsibilities include but not limited to: ordering or requisitioning, status verification and tracking, issuing, cancelling, storage, coordinated movement, distribution, inventory, and disposal of parts and materials.

- Maintain, manage, and verify status of on hand assets using applicable ESS reports and listings.

- Responsible for receipt of, processing and shipment of the Due In From Maintenance assets within the authorized time frame, management of Awaiting Parts and cross-cannibalization assets, and complete reclamation and demilitarization actions of condemned repair cycle assets as required.

- Maintain a uniform storage and materials handling system that meets prescribed government objectives.

- Operate and maintain an integrated aircraft maintenance unit support section.

- Responsible for strict control, accountability, and complete inventory of assigned Consolidated Tool Kits and support equipment, management of broken/spare/unserviceable tools, turns in and picks up Test, Measurement and Diagnostics Equipment items requiring calibration.

- Monitor and maintain assigned Custodian Authorization/Custody Receipt Listing and E-tool support equipment accounts.

- Obtain, manage, and control all Hazardous Materials and Shelf-Life items necessary to perform daily aircraft maintenance activities through the government HAZMART facility.

- Acquire or arrange for deliveries of required materials to support local and deployed/exercise operations.

- This position may require OCONUS deployment.

Basic Qualifications:

-At least four (4) years of experience in Tool and Equipment Management and/or Materiel Management Support equivalent to U.S. Air Force Maintenance Support Section and/or U.S. Air Force Supply System.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provides property accountability support and services in the functional areas of establishing property records, database management, property movement updates, preparation and performance of physical inventory and property financial reporting in support of leadership.

- Assists Property Leadership in Administering the terms of contract provisions that specify the company's obligations to acquire, control, use, care for, report and dispose of property in its possession.

- Review new tags requests and validate data prior to record creation for new items as received

- Interacts with customers, federal oversight agencies and internal personnel while investigating, analyzing and resolving regulator compliance issues.

- Develops Basis of Estimates (where appropriate) during the proposal phase and provides support risk concerns and justification to capture teams during the program pursuits.

- Validating PO WBS for proper tagging and accountability

- Creating records in PROP for all accountable property including property at subcontractors

- Track movement of all assets and update PROP accordingly

- Review and approve eShippers when property is shipped or hand carried

- Perform annual inventory of all assets

- Creating monthly CDRL reports

- Review and assist in completing Loss forms if property is damaged or lost

- Update Government database for Property Losses

- Update records from completed ADRs for property to be dispositioned

- Perform property transfers in PIEE

- Update UID registry (utilizing PROP, I2S and/or directly in JUID registry)

- Update and request Rent Free Non Interference Use (RFNIU) requests

- Work with customer on special request for data on property records

- Assists in verifying that property records accurately reflect inventory on hand and that equipment servicing requirements are established by responsible organizations.

- Support any customer property control system audit.

- Perform Site self-assessments

- Coordination of scrap with government and company systems.

- Applies government regulations, customer contracts, corporate policy or recommended industry standards.

This position is for a Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer to support developmental and operational test programs at Eglin AFB, FL. The applicant will team with USAF, contractor, and civil service engineers and maintainers as part of an integrated test team. The Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer will apply extensive technical expertise to develop solutions to complex problems in support of technical planning, system integration, instrumentation and data collection systems, and modification of unique flight test aircraft. The successful candidate will perform preflight and postflight of aircraft instrumentation systems; attend pre and post mission briefings; provide real-time instrumentation system support and data analysis. Provide mission control room and telemetry support. Participate in the T2 Mod process for instrumentation and data collection systems. Will be relied upon to support troubleshooting of instrumentation, data collection, and telemetry systems utilizing technical data, electrical drawings and schematics, and other available engineering resources. The applicant will interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters requiring extensive coordination between multiple organizations.
