Program Integration & Operations Rep, IFG - Level 4
The Integrated Fighter Group Program (IFG) Integration and Operations office is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual with strong communication / project management skills and an understanding of program management concepts to help maximize IFG's continuous improvement and program operations.
What You Will Be Doing
This candidate needs to demonstrate ability to work with subject matter experts to transform their data and information into coherent, creative, and compelling presentations. As no two days are alike on this team, tasks would include, but are not limited to:
- Managing monthly Enhanced Program Reporting System (EPRS), Mission Success Events (MSEs), reporting to customer and corporate;
- Support Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs); iPM Hub Scorecard activity, and support other business rhythm tasks as assigned (e.g. program reviews, training, employee engagement, etc.).
- Candidate needs the ability to work independently as well as being a team player and willing to support other team members on a proactive basis to achieve team goals and must be able to prioritize projects, as tasks are time sensitive.

- Experience with program/project management and program integration processes
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience

Description: The F-35 is designed with the entire battlespace in mind, bringing new flexibility and capability to the United States and its allies. Reliance on any single capability - electronic attack, stealth, etc. - is not sufficient for success and survivability in the future. Missions traditionally performed by specialized aircraft - air-to-air combat, air-to-ground strikes, electronic attack, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance - can now be executed by a squadron of F-35s.
Will be responsible as manager for a team supporting multiple Special Access Programs (SAPs).
Will need experience working on large Special Access Programs platforms. Prior management experience is preferred. Must have experience with Classified Programs involving Foreign Nationals (FN). Must have experience with contractual issues relating to administration of SAPs. Must have experience with F-35 security requirements, Process Development (Standard Operating Procedures/Facility Operating Procedures).
Serve as a liaison between government security customer(s) and Program management regarding security requirements and compliance.
Under the direction of the Senior Security Manager of F-35, will analyze, organize, plan and control the functional security responsibilities of one or more Special Programs.
Must have an excellent working knowledge of the DoD Directive 5205.07 Manual related tasks.
Thorough knowledge of DoD Special Access Required (SAR) regulations, to include International Requirements, policies and procedures, specific program procedures and company policies and procedures.
Applicant selected must possess a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to special program.

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2025 Intern Software Engineer. In this role, you will create Web-based and Java mission systems for the Intelligence, Global Strike, and Nuclear Planning communities. The successful candidate will have basic experience and/or knowledge of software development, automated testing, design, defect correction, and interaction with systems engineers, architects, scrum masters, product owners, and end users. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an accredited college / university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS
Minimum 3.0 GPA desired but not required.
- Ability to develop Web or Java code in a team environment
- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with development tooling Eclipse, Jenkins, GitLab, Gradle, GIT, JUnit, Selenium, JIRA
- Experience with JavaScript Frameworks / Libraries (React/Angular/Vue), CSS, and HTML
- Experience with CI / CD Pipelines
- Experience with Web Services (REST) or JSON/XML experience.
- Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

The E&T Manager responsibility is a part-time increase in scope, for functional manager duties in addition to their regular technical duties. As such, only candidates currently supporting HSWT operations will be considered.
What You Will Be Doing
As an E&T Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions.
- Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, promoting customer focus, and serving as the technical conscience for their program.
- Support development of the HSWT Capital Plans, ensuring that current and future program testing needs are fulfilled.
- Develop appropriate work schedules and ensure that staff workload is as full and level as possible.
- Develop appropriate training programs for the related group's technologies.
- Maintain technical relevant contacts within industry, universities, and customer areas.
- Coordinate status meetings with customers for risk mitigation to ensure smooth test execution for every wind tunnel test.
- Assure development of process methodology and acquisition of equipment and tools to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the organization.
- Provide technical oversight to test team leads for preparation and execution of every wind tunnel test.
It is possible that travel will be required to both customer and supplier sites. It is possible that travel will be both within and outside the Continental United States (CONUS). Basic Qualifications:
- Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active DoD Secret security clearance or greater.
- Experience with wind tunnel testing, load application principles, general knowledge of data acquisition, equipment control and the variety of sensors and measurements typically utilized in wind tunnel testing.
- Knowledge of underlying principles, calibration, and operation of laboratory and/or experimental electronic test measurement equipment and systems to support aerodynamic, structural and mechanical testing in the defense aerospace industry.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with LM's hazardous waste management system
- Familiarity with the ESH's safety protocols and procedures for operations in a test laboratory
- Prior experience as a Lab Resident-in-Charge supporting lab audits, management of calibration equipment, and ensuring lab personnel are compliant with required training and certifications specific to their jobs
- MS degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace or Electrical engineering
