Your role:

You are a dedicated Engineering Manager leading the Aeronautics Combat Systems Electro-Optical Team, primarily focused on the F-35 program. This exciting position is with the Combat Systems Hardware team located in Fort Worth, Texas. You will manage, mentor and guide a team of engineers with diverse backgrounds and encourage innovation and technical leadership. As a leader you will foster personal growth and enhance team culture to foster an inclusive work environment for your team. The Electro-Optical Engineering Manager candidate will have the following responsibilities:

- Technical management of people, hardware, and software supporting development, production, and sustainment programs.

- Technical lead supporting project execution in development, production, and sustainment programs.

- Coordination with integrated product teams including contracts, subcontracts, suppliers, engineering, engineering support functions, management, and customers to support program and project execution.

- Interpretation of customer requirements, creation of system and equipment level requirements, and development of statements of work, implementation, test, integration, and closure.

- Develop your technical leadership skillset to become an effective leader.

A level 5 employee Typically has 12 - 18 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

-Degree in an Electrical Engineering, Optics, or equivalent from an accredited college

-Seven Plus years of experience with technical project execution

-Five plus years of experience leading technical teams

Desired Skills:

-Multiple years of experience with Avionics Integration

-Multiple years of experience with development and/or integration of mission systems payloads and/or sensors

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Service Life Analysis Engineer for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) in Fort Worth, Texas. A successful candidate will apply their understanding of Durability and Damage Tolerance (DADT) analysis using fracture mechanics to primarily support Material Review Board (MRB) activities related to the F-16 Block 70 production line. Other tasks include force management activities, field and depot needs, and ground testing. Responsibilities for this position may include:

- Fatigue/Durability and Damage Tolerance Analysis to support new and legacy metallic structures

- Support MRB activity for non-conforming parts and provide structural recommendations to substantiate dispositions

- Development of force management source data to actively manage airframe to ensure safe operation

- Development and implementation of Force Structural Maintenance Plans (FSMPs) and Individual Aircraft Tracking (IAT) to support force management activities

- Use of in-house crack growth analysis tools to perform required service life analysis

- Develop a clear understanding of F-16 methods and procedures

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks appropriately

We are seeking an experienced F-35 Avionics Maintainer who will expatriate under SOFA privileges (to include SOFA-sponsored driver's license for Italy, access to US military bases in Italy for base exchange/commissary shopping privileges, access to US military health care facilities in Italy, etc.) to support our Italian AF (ItAF) customer. Job requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

This role will offer you the following daily challenges:

- As a Materials Support Team Member in Supply Chain Operations, you will work with Property Records - Tagging of Equipment, process Allowance Change Requests, custody transfers, and property inventories.

- You will utilize multiple data systems and other data sources, including SAP, IMAP, MAS, and PIEE to maintain accurate records and accountability.

- This role will provide support to various customers while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- In this role, you will coordinate with buyers, item managers, engineers, MRP controllers, and production controllers on property issues as required.

- A strong customer service mentality is required to perform daily tasks and interact with internal and external customers.


Please note that this position does NOT support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Kings Bay, GA, and will be expected to work in the office.

Basic Qualifications:

To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

- Previous professional experience working with computer applications (such as Microsoft Office Suite).

- Previous professional experience in Property Management and/or Inventory Control, Warehousing, Logistics.

- You will need to be a US Citizen (no dual citizens), andbe able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Assist in/and or perform the operation of all equipment required to position major vehicle components and support equipment and make alterations and repairs to support and/or handling equipment.

Perform classified courier responsibilities.

Assist in/and or perform duties associated with management of the nuclear weapons COSAL system, such as initiating requisitions, inventory control, etc.

While in this classification, demonstrate the ability to independently perform the work described in the Ordnance Mechanic Senior classification.

Basic Qualifications:

Possess an elementary knowledge of product final assembly, disassembly, handling, and testing typically gained through a minimum of 12 months experience in an industrial environment or equivalent.

Familiarity in procedural disciplines and ability to follow a set of instructions.

Possess mechanical aptitude and the ability to use general purpose hand tools.

Skilled in the use of computers and ability to learn new computer applications.

Ability to meet and maintain the requirements of the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP).

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2025 Operations Intern to work with Operations on specific assignments related to affordability and production related project management. In this role, you will work in close coordination with Operations leadership and support teams. You will support the tracking of cost reduction initiatives, database management, and planning for the implementation of pipeline ideas. Interns will gain exposure into Operations across Final Assembly and Flight Operations, assisting with solving problems and incorporating those solutions into implementation plans. Assignments will be in a cross-functional team environment encompassing a full range of product / project management activities. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of production flow optimization, level loading and project management. Must be a US citizen.

Basic Qualifications:

- Pursuing Bachelor's Program in Industrial Engineering or related discipline

- Must have completed two years of coursework from in an accredited program

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS

- Familiar with process Improvement implementation

- Must be on-site 80% of the time

- Must be a US citizen
