Under the direction of the Executive Director, Clinical Data Management the Associate Director, Data Management is responsible for the oversight of the data management systems and other technical capabilities in support of Organon clinical studies including phase 1-3, post-approval, life-cycle management studies, as well as non-interventional and investigator-initiated studies. Clinical study execution will be through an outsourced operational model. This individual will play a key role in the oversight of the clinical CRO to ensure integrity of the data brought into Organon.
This position will report to the Executive Director, Clinical Data Management within Clinical Operations in the Research and Development organization of Organon & Co. Resources Managed (budget and FTEs) Individual contributor role.
This position will be responsible for the oversight of data management activities of our clinical trials conducted within Organon. Focus will be on Women's Health products and devices. Organon's current portfolio also includes biosimilars and products in other therapy areas including cardiovascular, pain, respiratory, Central Nervous System (CNS) and dermatology. The clinical operations organization is a small, nimble organization that will grow with the portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversees data management support activities, including electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF) and database development, edit checks development, review and creation of data management documents (e.g., Data Management Plans (DMP), CRF Completion Guidelines (CCG)).
Provides support on data management activities to both internal (e.g., Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Statistics) and external (e.g., CROs, regulatory agencies, vendors, etc.) partners.
Supports the development, implementation, and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as processes related to data management to ensure compliance with worldwide regulatory requirements.
Supports the selection of in-house and external data management systems and the determination of work processes.
Develops relationships with key clients and/or customers to identify emerging needs.
May provide scientific/strategic input to licensing and business development opportunities.
Education Minimum Requi rements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Health Care, Computer Science or Engineering related discipline.
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years OR MS with 6+ years' experience
Required Experience and Skills:
At least 8 years' experience in Clinical Data Management.
Strong knowledge of the Drug Discovery or Drug Surveillance Process, ICH and GCP, GCDMP guidelines.
Knowledge of electronic data capture (EDC) systems, eCRF and database development lifecycle, relational databases and available tools to manage, extract, and report data.
Must have proven track record to be able to think critically, strategically, independently and problem solving.
Must have high level of motivation, drive, and demonstration of Organon leadership values.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to write clearly and concisely. Ability to listen effectively and the capability to effectively communicate ideas and data both verbally and in writing in a persuasive and appropriate manner to a broad array of stakeholders.

Role: The position of Mobile Diesel NE Regional Technician is responsible for trouble-shooting, service, repair and maintenance of Xylem products in a safe and efficient manner in a Xylem Service Center, customer job site or via phone. Covering the following states: CT, DE, MD, NJ, PA & WV
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and pump end issues and repair/rebuild as necessary using computerized diagnostic tools.
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and service various products as directed. Diagnose and report any damage to the Manager.
Create an accurate and legible parts and repair list, manually or digitally, for assigned product. Review list of parts with Manager and obtain approval to continue with servicing and repair.
Test all repaired equipment for proper operation and quality.
Perform preventative maintenance on Company vehicles and shop support equipment as directed
Assist customer and/or Xylem personnel with setting up pumping systems on customer job sites as needed. Assist in the performance of start-up duties and ensure any problems are resolved.
Train new service or other shop personnel and customers, as needed, in service and/or other related standard work.
Maintain a safe work environment by following EHS&S guidelines, policies and best practices.
Participate in weekly on-call rotation schedule to assist customers after hours.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
High school diploma of equivalent required. Two-year diesel technical training or equivalent preferred.
Three to five years of diesel experience and/or formal training or combination of education and training
Experience with Tier 4 diesel engine repairs and maintenance preferred
Medium voltage experience a plus (~4160V)
Ability to diagnose complex diesel and mechanical
Working knowledge and experience with diesel engine repairs and emission control systems
Thorough understanding of the methods, materials, tools and techniques used in equipment repair and maintenance
Advanced knowledge of DC electric and circuit testing skills
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision; self-motivated and self-directed
Working knowledge of iPad and/or Tablet for PDF viewing
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools and lifting equipment
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and managers both verbally and in writing
Ability to demonstrate logical troubleshooting processes
Ability to comfortably operate in virtual reality service scenarios
Familiarity with engine diagnostic tools
Familiarity with fluke meter and megger testing
Basic understanding of pump station electrical controls and monitoring devices
Knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFD) and/or soft start system
Knowledge of SCADA controls and integration of MODBUS communication
Commercial driver license preferred (Class A or Class B)

The X-ray Technician is responsible for assisting in examinations and treatment of patients under the direction of the physician.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Takes, develops, and charts all x-rays.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Current limited license in X-ray Technology for applicable state required.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required in most offices.

Coordinates prompt claims resolution through direct contact with providers, claims, pricing and medical management department.
Identifies and reports on provider utilization patterns which have a direct impact on the quality of service delivery.
Tracks and conduct provider refresher training. Researches issues that may impact future provider negotiations or jeopardize network retention.

Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience including 2 years experience as a Network Management Rep; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Travel may be required.

Utilization Management Representative II
Responsible for managing incoming calls, including triage, opening of cases and authorizing sessions.
Work Scheduled Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts 8:30am -5:00pm (EST), 9:30am -6:00pm (EST), 11:30am -8:00pm (EST)
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Managing incoming calls or incoming post services claims work.
Determines contract and benefit eligibility; provides authorization for inpatient admission, outpatient precertification, prior authorization, and post service requests. Obtains intake (demographic) information from caller.
Conducts a thorough radius search in Provider Finder and follows up with provider on referrals given.
Refers cases requiring clinical review to a nurse reviewer; and handles referrals for specialty care.
Processes incoming requests, collection of information needed for review from providers, utilizing scripts to screen basic and complex requests for precertification and/or prior authorization.
Verifies benefits and/or eligibility information. May act as liaison between Medical Management and internal departments. Responds to telephone and written inquiries from clients, providers and in-house departments.
Conducts clinical screening process.
