The Role: Xylem is looking for a Product Designer (UX) to join our global design team, where you will create elegant solutions to complex problems for our users. You will work alongside teams of engineers, product managers, and more to build the best workflows we can.
To be successful as a Product Designer within Xylem, you should love to dig in to problems of all sizes, focusing on understanding the users and representing them throughout. You should be comfortable asking questions to users and stakeholders, enjoy prototyping and iteration, and have a good eye for detail.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Work with designers, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive UX solutions. You'll help lead the projects and their directions across the entire lifecycle and through launch.
Learn about the challenges our customers face, and gain a deep understanding of the problem, our users, and their needs. You consider problems from multiple angles and explore different approaches until you've identified the best solution.
Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and perform market research.
Create low fidelity wireframes to communicate early stage concepts, as well as creating high fidelity mockups to communicate final solutions, and all of the other stages in-between.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Contribute to and promote our design system.
Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
You have 3+ years experience creating intuitive solutions. Experience working with and visualizing big data is a plus.
You can demonstrate and communicate your UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
You have experience creating prototypes that satisfy the different needs that arise through the lifetime or a project, and enjoy all stages of app design, from sketching to polishing.
High proficiency in Figma desired.
Bonus if you have experience with Agile/Scrum.
You are a team player, communicator and facilitator and enjoy working with others to solve complex problems

The Role: As a member of the Sensus Professional Services Team, the developer will design and implement software based on customer defined use cases. This individual will work closely with the customers to ensure that design and deliverables are meeting requirements and expectations. The successful candidate will have the ability to multiplex and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment. Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Have experience interfacing to databases, analytics, NoSQL big data systems or business intelligence products
Ability to collaborate within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Have experience with OO modeling, web services, UNIX, middleware, Spring
Experience with Cloud Computing

The Role: Xylem seeks to hire a Sr. Regional Environment, Health, Safety & Security Manager. This position will assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of environmental, safety and health KBIs, policies and procedures and best practices, particularly related to product manufacturing, transportation and services for rental and sales of industrial pumps and related equipment at branch offices located across the United States.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Drive and expect zero injuries as an acceptable safety culture as a KPI.
Drive and expect zero environmental NOVs as a KPI
Drive Near miss and Concern Reporting submittals.
Manage direct reports with their personal and technical development, while driving accountability.
Assist EHS&S Director with exceeding sustainability goals as a KPI.
Serves as an EHS&S subject matter expert and business partner for the Region in which they support.
Conduct routine site visits to provide in person support and assistance as appropriate based upon need and business conditions. Up to 50% per month travel within region. Some travel will require 2-3 days overnight stay from home base.
Ensure start-up sites and or sites with new management are provided the guidance and tools to be successful Xylem Inc. EHS&S programs.
Ensure a safe working atmosphere within the region and compliance with all the corporate as well as regulatory requirements.
Assist regional branches with coordination, development and delivery of EHS&S training and education programs for new hires and existing employees either by use of CBT or in person training to meet regulatory and Xylem requirements.
Assist regional branches in identification of facility/job site hazards and risks to prevent injuries, spills or other EHS&S impacts and to ensure compliance with company and customer-specific safety standards and government regulations.
Collaborate with managers, supervisors and staff to institute loss prevention, loss control and corrective actions for unsafe and/or potentially unsafe acts, conditions or equipment.
Partner with Operations team(s) to develop and distribute communications addressing accidents, near misses, lessons learned and other EHS&S-related topics.
Assist and Support the Xylem Dewatering EHS team in the development and implementation of the appropriate EHS Management System procedures in order to align with Xylem expectations and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate the distribution and communication of applicable EHSMS elements at Regional Branches to support comprehension, implementation and accountability.
Assist and support the investigation of accidents to identify root causes and appropriate corrective actions to aid in preventing recurrence of similar incidents in the future.
Participate in the Xylem Corporate EHS&S Audit Program to support ongoing compliance and management system audits at various operations and locations throughout Xylem. Serve as an audit team member and/or audit team leader.
Develop, analyze and present safety data and programs under the direction of the Director of EHS&S.
Prepare detailed summaries that include results of risk assessments, test results, observations, identified safety concerns, and recommendations or solutions to resolve those concerns.
Recommend ways to assist the company in creating safer and cleaner processes. Performance of varied duties as assigned.
Ensure Insurance carrier's audit findings are closed within a reasonable time frame.
Oversee and drive BCP, ERP, IH Monitoring, Security, MOC and XPS action plans within regions
Monitor and drive 100% Training completion.
Manage contractor safety program.
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
10+ years' experience working as a safety professional in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
5+ years supervising direct reports
Construction experience preferred
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologists (OHST) preferred
Federal OSHA and state-equivalent programs for occupational safety and health for general industry.
Federal MSHA and state-equivalent programs for occupational safety and health for surface and subsurface mines.
Federal EPA and state-equivalent programs for environmental protection.

The Role: A Business Systems Specialist serves as a liaison between IT and the business systems users to work on key improvement processes that lead to the betterment of customer experience. Main responsibilities gravitate around analyzing new and existing technologies by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on key procedures as well as supporting the business providing performance metrics and highlighting potential risks.

The Role: The Aftermarket Territory Manager will be responsible for directly leading all Aftermarket sales, marketing, field service, and business development activities relative to the Treatment Aftermarket initiative. Proactively drive all Aftermarket opportunities across the defined region by soliciting and securing orders, all while establishing strong relationships and building customer intimacy. This role will fully support the Treatment products under the Xylem umbrella.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Lead all Treatment Aftermarket & Service activities within a defined territory, promoting Xylem's comprehensive, proactive, and integrated portfolio of products and services that provide customers with solutions to achieve the highest equipment reliability with lowest cost of ownership.
Seeking an aggressive and technically adept sales support and service minded professional to direct the Treatment Aftermarket initiative within Xylem's installation footprint, using a targeted approach to build and leverage relationships to reveal further Aftermarket opportunities across the defined region.
Proactively pursue business through the execution of system health checks (condition audits) within the Treatment installed base.
Manage and conduct ride alongs and health checks with the Treatment representative channel to market to secure orders for retrofits existing Xylem and competitor systems, parts replacement, service opportunities (preventative maintenance agreements, energy audits, operator training, system optimization, etc.), and sales of advance process controls equipment.
Conduct field training of sales representatives and service technicians for health checks as well as conducting ongoing competency training.
Promote new products and services to increase Aftermarket sales revenue, aggressive solicitation of orders, customer inquiry, and quote follow-up, all while optimizing growth.
Collaborate and indirectly manage customer facing activities (requests, complaints, etc.) with the respective sales or service management teams.
Maintain and leverage the Treatment databases and develop communication plans for mapping specific site customer needs and requirements.
Provide installation assistance for products to contractors, customers and OEM's.
Troubleshoot units and components of various systems.
Disseminate service information and provide informal/hands-on training at customer's locations.
Record, collect and report on service and technical repairs problems. Also submit any special reports regarding the operation of the territory, acceptance of products, or competitive conditions as required.
Operate in safe manner consistent with federal, state, corporate and local guidelines for the tasks assigned; including the proper wearing of Personal Protective Equipment as required.
Assist in product warranty determination.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
A. Technical Degree or equivalent work experience within Industrial, Water, or Wastewater industries. B.S. in Engineering or the Sciences is a plus but not required.
Seven+ years of commercial sales, field service, business development, and/or related experience in the Industrial, Water, or Wastewater industries.
Superior customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills is a must.
Valid driver's license with good driving history.
Thorough understanding of systems troubleshooting and the benefits of establishing solid service practices for the company and the customer.
Treatment and/or rotating equipment knowledge and experience is strongly preferred.
General knowledge of control schematics, PLCs, and monitoring devices.

The Role: Xylem seeks to hire a Warehouse Worker - First Shift. This position will perform all duties required to safely and efficiently meet the order fulfillment requirements of our customers.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Order Picking - Safely and accurately, utilize a paper pick ticket or RF scan gun to pick customer orders by operating a man-up order picker or stand up fork lift. Drop pallets or carts in packing area / station
Order Processing / Shipping - Prepare and package orders for shipment. Complete computer transactions and apply shipping paperwork to product. Load trucks as required
Receiving / Put away - Unload trucks with sit down fork lift. Accurately check in shipments and verify contents against packing list. Move product from dock to designated storage locations in warehouse via fork lift, order picker or turret truck.
Participate in annual physical inventory activities
Abide by all company PPE and safety requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement ideas for making the warehouse operation more efficient and safe and organized
Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
High School Diploma/GED plus 1-2 years of warehouse related experience.
Experience running various types of material handling equipment
Ability to do frequent bending and lifting to move products
Team player with good organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and scanning equipment

Your Role: The Manager - Enterprise Applications - ERP Technology Services is responsible for leading Global ERP Technology initiatives that designs, simplifies, enhances, and supports ERP Solutions for enterprise business applications. The role is responsible for being the IT primary leader of Source to Pay and Order to Cash transformation programs. This role will lead and coordinate all IT related responsibilities with ERP integrations to Source to Pay and Order to Cash cloud solutions. This leader will work closely with the other IT Service Leaders to collaboratively define, deliver, and support these two programs.

Responsible for the successful execution of various projects, strategies, roadmaps, and service restoration efforts associated with delivering ERP Technology Services
