SAIC is seeking a Tier 1 Helpdesk, onsite, at Ft Huachuca, AZ to support the US Army Enterprise Service Desk to troubleshoot and remedy any Tier 1 Helpdesk issues such as email access and computer problems within a high-volume service desk environment.

NOTE: This position will require weekdays, weekends, dayshifts, and nightshifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Respond to and resolve customer requests, in relation to software, hardware and network operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient, and friendly customer service.

  • Assist with managing escalated customer issues and creation of updates to process and procedure documentation as required.

  • Resolve problems with or without remote tools

  • Accurately document calls and cases

  • Be aware of customer's time restraints and work within those time limits

  • Keep customer aware of resolution steps if ticket needs to be dispatched

  • Provide clients with problem reference numbers and request numbers

  • Enter all troubleshooting/resolution steps into the trouble ticket

  • Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma and one (1) year or more of related experience

  • Experience in a customer service or helpdesk role

  • Must be able to accommodate any of the three required shifts during weekdays and weekends such as:

  • 1st shift 6:00am - 4:00pm MST

  • 2nd shift 12:00pm - 10:00pm MST

  • 3rd shift 9:00pm - 7:00am MST

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT I Level I certification or higher such as A+ CE, Network+ CE, CCNA, etc

REQUIRED CLEARANCES:

  • Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain

  • Must be a current US Citizen

We seek a Senior Director who will work collaboratively with our Federal Financial VP and Federal Financial Account Managers (AM) to grow our presence with SSA. JOB DUTIES:

The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of the missions of the respective agencies, their cultures, organizational hierarchy, leadership interdependencies, major initiatives and their challenges

  • Lead SAIC efforts in developing strategic plan for the agency with full support from a SAIC Civilian Business Group support infrastructure; capture management, proposal development and management, subject matter experts

  • Develop and manage a dynamic, multi-year pipeline of opportunities in various stages of maturity

  • Possess the skills and the ability to map them to SAIC core competencies and select the highest PWIN opportunities

  • Lead throughout the qualification process and stay deeply involved in developing the company's win strategy

  • Progress opportunities through SAIC's Pre-Award process so an opportunity is included in SAIC's pipeline metrics as a qualified opportunity

Secondary responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of customer contact with SSA

  • Teaming interactions

  • Coordination with other internal business development and sales resources available across SAIC.

  • Engaging with existing delivery teams to understand issue with current execution, and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Analysis and identification of variety of contract types including cost plus fixed fee, fixed price, award fee, and performance based contracting that would improve program financials

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

- Bachelors and 14 years' experience. Will accept an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Masters and 12 years of relevant experience. Will review additional years of experience in the specific field and certifications into consideration.

- Must have 3+ years of experience supporting SSA in a BD or customer facing role

- A reputation for being able to build and work within high performance teams in a matrix-management environment

- Ability to communicate well with senior and executive management within a company and with key federal customers

- Ability and reputation of winning complex, prime integration services or systems engineering contract awards with values over $20M that meets and exceeds challenging goals and quotas is required

- Three years of recent experience in the federal financial agencies including, business development, customer relationships, and an understanding of the buying trends of the agency is considered an advantage.

- The successful candidate will be able to reference a portfolio of submittals and awards that include experience in all types of government contracts (FFP, T&M, Cost Plus) and full array of capture strategies (major re-competes, incumbent capture, sole source, etc.).

- Candidates must have highly effective interpersonal skills in order to carry- out daily interactions with technical leaders and business executives within SAIC, with the customers, and with teammates and subcontractors.

Logistics Technical Writer - SAIC

The successful candidate will have specific, recent and extensive experience providing life cycle support and technical writing/editing or technical system support for US Navy systems. This position is a Hybrid/Remote role located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Must be local.

Must be able to travel 5-10% of the year

JOB DUTIES:

  • This position will involve being responsible for creating and preparing complex manuals and technical publications covering software, hardware, testing and various other technical areas in support of US Navy systems.

  • Duties include collection and organization of information; producing parts and systems illustrations using digital photography, three dimensional models, and/or line drawings; working directly with the customer to achieve a product that meets the contractual expectations of all parties; and coordination with a logistics support team on final product deliverables.

  • Deliverables include complete operation and administration manuals for hands-on equipment operation, Navy shipboard installation, and detailed troubleshooting procedures.

  • Other deliverables include hardware and software installation and configuration guides, training materials, reports, standard operating procedures, and interactive electronic documents and collections of documents, all of which must meet military standards and customer documentation standards and requirements.

  • This position requires an individual who is able to manage multiple projects, priorities and inputs within a functionally matrixed organization with limited supervision.

  • Candidate must be able to independently plan and schedule work activities to meet work product delivery dates.

  • The candidate will be expected to actively participate in technical and programmatic meetings to provide status and define technical documentation development requirements and milestones.

  • The position will also involve submitting documentation for ATIS testing, requesting TMIN information and processing docs to FI, reviewing ILS certifications and determining TMs that are applicable, gathering logistics products based on ILS certifications to create ILS CDs to support installs, responding to data calls, ordering nomenclature plates, proofing documents and NAVWAR cover sheets for Final Issue, applying APLs/XRIC to TMINs, updating SAILOR with documents that have been processed for Final Issue, and maintaining weekly reports for documentation.

  • This position involves direct contact with customers and fleet users, and demands performance that is both detail oriented and time critical.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience in either Technical Writing or Technical System Support

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with XML and Madcap Flare a plus. Experience with or exposure to the following a plus: CMPro, TDMIS, MBPS.

  • Candidates must have a thorough knowledge and documented use of software systems/databases including CMPro.

  • The ability to exercise independent judgment while working on multiple projects of diverse scope will be key to successful performance of the task requirements associated with this position.

  • Working knowledge of US Navy and Department of Defense Logistics Systems including supply processes, provisioning, ECR process, baseline management, CDMD-OA, and ILS Certifications is helpful.

  • Key skills include the ability to establish positive working relationships with highly technical subject matter experts to obtain data required for technical documentation development, as well as innovative research and problem solving abilities to research sources and identify and extract relevant data from a wide variety of organizations and data repositories.

  • The candidate needs experience being hands-on with equipment and validating/verifying procedures on hardware and software systems.

The Intelligence Analyst will conduct intelligence and counterintelligence analysis to support JAPECs efforts to integrate and coordinate analysis to enable and inform Controlled Technical Information (CTI) protection efforts across the DoD enterprise.

The JAPEC Intelligence Analyst will effectively optimize existing CTI protection processes across the DoDs Acquisition Community, Counterintelligence (CI) and Law Enforcement (LE) communities, as well as the Intelligence Community (IC) to effectively develop and integrate new methodologies and practices, and CI and LE strategies to enhance DoDs program/technology protection efforts. This position requires a tenacious individual with strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and writing skills as well as a high degree of personal initiative and attention to detail. A successful candidate will conduct in-depth critical analysis on Technology Protection Activities and be able to provide critical analysis to highlight, identify and recommend enhanced program protection measures and risk mitigation strategies to DoDs critical acquisition programs and technologies.

Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing technology/program security vulnerabilities and translating related CI analysis into actionable intelligence enabling exploitation opportunities by appropriate LE and CI communities.

  • Developing and integrating appropriate counterintelligence analysis in support of OUSD Research and Engineering (USD R&E) sponsored Technology Area Protection Plans (TAPPs); synchronizing intelligence collection requirements to alleviate identified intelligence gaps related to the TAP.

  • Providing inputs to Joint Collection, Analysis, and Production Plan for horizontal threats to critical and cross cutting technologies.

  • Working collaboratively with the government and business groups to ensure a consistent and integrated approach is applied to product development that aligns to the overall security mandates.

  • Supporting Intelligence Collection requirements in support of program protection efforts.
