SAIC is seeking an experienced Senior Radio Frequency Engineer, ideally with signals intelligence experience, in support of the U.S. Army Comat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch (C5ISR-QRC). The goal of the C5ISR-QRC is to research and develop technologies that enable systematic processes for discovering, selecting, organizing, distilling, sharing, developing and using information to better understand the enemy and the enemy's environment during full-spectrum operations and provides advanced collection capabilities with the flexibility to address changes in the operational environment and signatures of interest to develop situational awareness by acquiring precise and timely information.
This position is on-site in Aberdeen, MD.
The Radio Frequency Engineer will:
Provide engineering services to support system design in determining the proper antenna type and positioning, using extensive knowledge of signal propagation and Link Budget analysis to determine acceptable signal loss in transmission lines over distances
Assess emerging requirements and develop technical concepts/implementation plans to rapidly meet organizational priorities and program objectives within a dynamic environment
Develop solutions in a systems integration laboratory (SIL) and a field environment, and perform technical design, development, and documentation of components, sub-assemblies, and major end items for defense system equipment in accordance with system requirements
Review engineering design proposals, design drawings, specifications and other technical document submissions and recommend improvements
Resolution of change requests from customer, manufacturers, or suppliers
Perform Reliability Analyses and Safety Engineering processes on systems

Strong background in Agile development and experience with the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence) and ability to influence the program's transition to Agile development
Strong background in Microsoft Office tools to include Project and Visio
Able to build and maintain customer relationships and partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
Desired Experience:
Familiarity or direct experience with Cameo, MATLAB, and STK for architecture development and Mod & Sim
Familiarity or direct experience with DOORS Next Gen or similar requirements management tool

Job Description:
The RPO Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of CTS personnel providing RPO support. The RPO Supervisor directs RPO schedules, monitors and oversees daily operations within area of responsibility, and ensures accurate and timely completion of RPO time cards.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day. To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor- provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. Create accountably system with document control and program asset management, oversee visitor control processes, prepare DD-254s

Qualifications
This is you:
Bachelors and 9 years or more of related experience (4 additional years of applicable experience may be used in lieu of degree) with:
National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) / Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) with a focus on ICD 705/Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), Executive Orders, etc.
Computed aided tools such as Microsoft Office suite (MSWord, Excel, Power Point, Project) and other collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Utilizing customer databases such as DISS, NBIS, and Scattered Castles
Must have the ability to illustrate and present decisive and risk-managed security recommendations and decisions
In-scope security background investigation (T5 or SSBI), adjudicated for SCI eligibility and enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable)
Willing to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Programs and willing to consent to a Polygraph examination

SAIC is seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to provide SETA support to SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.
As the Data Scientist, you will provide specialized technical and engineering expertise supporting the acquisition of computer vision (machine learning automated target recognition) software services. SAIC's client is tasked with leading the integration of mission focused tools to foster increased efficiency, automation, and information sharing. You will also assist and advise Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise.
Job Responsibilities to include:
Provide technical and engineering support to the Government customer to manage computer vision machine learning analytics programs; apply knowledge and experience to develop and scale automatic target recognition models in multiple phenomenologies.
Provide software architecture and other technical expertise to support the planning of future systems and architectures, and oversight of development contractors.
Apply systems analysis and design methodology assessments to identify technical debt, architectural runway, and efficiency trade-offs against current and proposed/desired cloud-based software system design.
Develop briefings and documentation material to illustrate features, capabilities, and mission use cases for the computer vision tool portfolio, including developing technical roadmaps and the acquisition strategies/documentation to implement them.
Facilitate technical and programmatic interchanges; identify and resolve issues; and provide engineering and technical advice to the customer to achieve innovative capabilities for automated machine learning analytics.
Work side-by-side with the other LANDMARK AOS staff comprised of world class System Engineers, Acquisition Engineers, and Domain Experts to lead the customer in acquiring modern processing applications.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's and five (5) years or more experience; Master's and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
Strong engineering background with knowledge of software architectures and machine learning approaches for computer vision applications.
Domain knowledge in Agile software development practices and Cloud computing architectures.
Experience in applying modern techniques in artificial intelligence (AI), data science, machine learning (ML), or statistics.
Demonstrated high level of initiative, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments.
Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requiring coordination within a high tempo environment.
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
