SAIC is currently hiring for a Project Analyst to help support the Army's Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) program at Fort Eisenhower, GA.
Job Duties:
Leads and supports all phases of simultaneous IT projects, as well as the transition to sustainment activities while communicating statuses, issues, and their resolutions.
Conducts requirements analysis to gather and refine technical and process-oriented requirements for assigned projects.
Assesses and develops draft project documentation for newly approved IT projects
Ensures satisfactory performance to schedule, cost, quality, communications, risks, and other project requirements through continuous monitoring and control
Collaborates and briefs stakeholders on project status, risks, and concerns throughout project execution
Supports and executes Request for Change (RFCs) through the CCoE and/or G6 change management processes
Develops and maintains all project documents, knowledge, and artifacts within a project knowledge system to support consolidated project summary
Compiles an archive of project information as part of project closure, capturing and preserving lessons learned within a knowledge archive
Qualifications

Must have PMP or Agile Methodology Certification, such as Scrum Master Certification
Must have a top secret clearance on first day of employment with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
Required Skills:
Must have five (3) years management and supervision of military project management.
Must have advanced knowledge of project management best practices and standards
Ability to work within a team-oriented, collaborative environment, develop strong working relationships across organizations
Demonstrated ability to support projects and issues through to completion, strong follow-through and critical problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of computer-based tools for project management, i.e. MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira

We are looking for an experienced Controller Training Solutions (CTS) Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) to join the SAIC team providing air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on a project at Philadelphia TRACON (PHL).
Job Description:
The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. The RPO operates a combination of a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises. RPOs receive voice commands from students, input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions, translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology, and respond to the student via the VCS utilizing proper phraseology.
The candidate will be required to complete the following certifications: Classroom (pass test on airspace and procedures) and Lab (perform as a Remote Pilot Operator on all positions).

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Candidates for these positions must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one (1) year of experience as a Remote Pilot Operator (RPO).
Candidates must also demonstrate minimum keyboard speed of forty (40) wpm with ninety (90) percent accuracy, possess an ability to read and interpret materials such as diagrams and manuals, and have the ability to speak clearly and be understood.
Desired Skills and Experience:
RPO experience and certification in TSEW/TETRA at the FAA Academy or RPO experience and certification at FAA Level 10, 11 or 12 TRACON facilities is strongly desired.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
This position is fully awarded for immediate hire. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) position provides high level guidance and is overall responsible for technical aspects of the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure cross functional teams deliver value to NAVAIR PMA-251's Marine Aviation Data Management System (MADMS) development project. The Release Train Engineer will communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive improvement through coordination between the Contractor's development team, the Government Product Owner, NAVAIR IPT Lead, as well as key technical stakeholders.
JOB DUTIES :
Program execution follows DEVOPS best practices and employs robust development, test, and production environments.
The program is focused on injecting new technology and adding advanced capabilities while continuing to support an on-going mission and operational system.
This role requires an experienced Agile Leader to take on Release Train Engineer responsibilities for an Agile Release Train (ART) executing on a program implementing Full Scale SAFe.
Major responsibilities include facilitating ART events and processes that assist the team in delivering value.
The RTE also serves as a project engineer/project manager over the ART and focus on ensuring the ART's Feature commitments are met.
This includes working with the teams to determine if teams will complete the Features, understand why something might not complete and help mitigate issues preventing Features from completing.
Finally, this role facilitates horizontal and vertical communication across teams to identify any impediments that may prevent team progress while working mitigation plans as needed.
Managing and optimizing the flow of value through an Agile Release Train (ART).
Managing schedule execution and planning the software / architecture releases for the program.
Facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings.
Facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, including logistics and technical preparation.
Facilitating cross-team collaboration within program via Scrum of Scrums meeting and other less formal forums in support development, testing, and deployment efforts.
Summarizing Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publishing them for visibility and transparency.
Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities through Metrics across the program's agile and DevOps teams.
Briefing customer on development progress throughout PI cycle and on the status of testing, deployment, and release readiness.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE :
Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's degree and seven (7) years or more experience. Additional years' experience accepted in lieu of a degree. Degree in the following STEM subjects (Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science) preferred.
5 years of Experience with large scale agile (e.g., Disciplined Agile Delivery, Large Scale Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework, or Spotify model).
One (1) year experience in DoD acquisition processes specifically related to software lifecycle management.
Release Train Engineer Certification.
US Citizen and an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE :
DoD 8570.01M/ IAM-II certification (CAP, GSLC, CISM, CISSP (or Associate).
In-depth experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and test.

SAIC is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Class Desk support on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs within PMA 299 (https://navair.navy.mil/orgterm/PMA-299) , H-60 Multi-Mission helicopter's Program Office at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Patuxent River, MD with option to work remote few days a week. Duties & Responsibilities:

SAIC is looking for a Systems Engineer - Requirements Management candidate to join an exciting program in Springfield VA , to support the customer in managing a portfolio of advanced capabilities in the maritime domain. The position is a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistant (SETA) supporting Enterprise-Level Systems Engineering (ESE) and focused on governance and implementation of lifecycle management processes and portfolio management at a Program Office level. Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Requirements Management:
Perform bi-directional traceability of user capability needs to system requirements and characterize thresholds and objectives for validation.
Analyze stakeholder requirements to verify for completeness and accuracy of expected services and operational scenarios/use cases, conditions, constraints and sustainment in relevant operational environments.
Moderate and ensure consensus among stakeholders that requirements or system of interest model reflects agreed upon intentions.
Maintain currency of formal requirements management policies and procedures in synergy with program office objectives and establish best practices.
Track requirement changes and modifications and maintain verification traceability matrix ensuring that artifacts of compliance are clearly traced to the originating source document.
Schedule Management:
Function as the primary point of contact for the Program Office to develop, update and maintain the Program Office integrated master schedule.
Identify, verify, validate, and report Program schedule milestones and giver/receiver links across portfolios and projects.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for management of schedule risk.
Recommend and solicit stakeholder buy-in to implement tools or other mechanisms to instantiate program schedule management processes.
Participate and/or lead periodic technical forecasting discussions to identify critical paths with impacts to capabilities or system development using systems engineering best practices.
Manage schedules and deliverables; track actions; brief status of efforts.
An ideal candidate will also be familiar with Acquisition Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Digital and Model Based Engineering Management, Test and Evaluation, and Operations and Sustainment planning and support. ESE support will assist the customer in standardizing the systems engineering practices and level of knowledge while bringing internal practices and processes into congruency with recognized systems engineering accrediting bodies and other Government Agencies.

SAIC is seeking a FSR Engineering Technician for our customer site in North Charleston, SC .
Candidate will perform duties as a Field Service Rep (FSR) / Engineering Technician deploying CONUS and OCONUS as a SME in support of USAF JLTV Tactical Vehicle C4ISR. Based in Charleston, SC, the position will travel minimum 75% with flexibility to travel up to 100% if desired by candidate.
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading all C4ISR systems and equipment on all tactical vehicles in the area assigned; candidate will perform routine maintenance checks. FSR's may perform alternate equipment custodian duties as well as receiving Mission Support Equipment (MSE) shipments, conducting inventory, operational checks as well as tagging, packaging, storing and onward shipment of MSE. The FSR may be tasked to utilize the USAF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) to record all repair and fault analysis.
Individual should be able to work alone after training in Charleston. Must have a current or be able to obtain a US Passport and Real ID.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or other formal electronics training from Technical School OR Class A military school in electronics or communications, OR four (4) year electronics apprentice program. Will accept experience in lieu of a degree.
Three (3) years of practical experience to include laboratory testing, manufacturing, or maintenance.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a secret clearance. Active clearance preferred.
