Outbound Coordinator - 1st Shift

The Outbound Coordinator role is a departmental support position that will directly support the execution of Outbound within the Southaven Logistics Center in Southaven, MS. This role provides semi-complex clerical support to materials management in data entry, filing, coordinating paper flow and responds to inquiries relating to packing lists and shipping instruction.
Responsibilities
Provide support to floor personnel regarding RF and Shipping issues
Serve as main point of contact with Customer Service (including answering phones, emails, etc.)
Managing overall workflow of the office including Carrier Delivery/scheduling, updating incoming shipments and expedite requests as needed
Managing Customer Service communication tools
Responsible for BOL and Shipping doc filings
Responsible for executing all desktop adjustments on behalf of department in order to support inventory accuracy
Productivity
Monitor your work performance, to develop sense of pride in your work and sense of urgency.
Actively provide feedback to supervisors and managers on all daily incidents.
Become authority on key metrics and how they are derived, and ensure you understand how you will be measured.
Ability to lead personnel within work area and perform production activities at a high level.
Be clear and concise on direction(s) given and follow-up.
Address Ineffective or counterproductive processes.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in a large distribution facility
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of order management and selection

Siemens Industry is looking for a Production Supervisor for our Southaven, MS facility located outside of Memphis, TN. Our growing facility has over 250 employees that distributes electrical products to retail, distributors, and home consumers. The Production Supervisor is the key driver of all daily production related processes and the hub of information transfer between the hourly packaging workforce and Management, Engineering, Quality Control, Purchasing and Planning. The base shift is 1st Shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. M-F; however, will support all three shifts of the operations and will require a flexible schedule. This position will be supervising 25-40 hourly workers, with potential weekends.
Responsibilities:
Improve safety for all personnel that work in and around production lines
Drive initiatives to reduce production errors, improve quality and increase productivity
Adhere to production schedule, assigning personnel to work areas, monitoring
progress, resolving line constraint problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries
Plan, oversee and document training of personnel
Work closely with purchasing, planning, engineering and warehouse teams.
Work with Buyers, Planners, Schedulers
Support performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing processes
Drive continuous improvement projects
Support digitalization efforts to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, and Operator Displays.
Performance/Status Dashboards, Tier 1 KPI's, Daily 5S board and other connected tools.

Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field in a supervisor role.
Mechanical Aptitude with experience using hand tools
Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
Project Management Experience
Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
Able to interpret BOM's and production orders.
Strong leadership and time management experience.
Demonstrates full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development and performance management.
Experience collaborating and team building with different internal organizations and locations.
Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office products.

Siemens Industry is looking for a Production Supervisor for our Southaven, MS facility located outside of Memphis, TN. Our growing facility has over 250 employees that distributes electrical products to retail, distributors, and home consumers. The Production Supervisor is the key driver of all daily production related processes and the hub of information transfer between the hourly packaging workforce and Management, Engineering, Quality Control, Purchasing and Planning. The base shift is 1st Shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. M-F; however, will support all three shifts of the operations and will require a flexible schedule. This position will be supervising 25-40 hourly workers, with potential weekends.
Responsibilities:
Improve safety for all personnel that work in and around production lines
Drive initiatives to reduce production errors, improve quality and increase productivity
Adhere to production schedule, assigning personnel to work areas, monitoring
progress, resolving line constraint problems, and reporting results through shift production summaries
Plan, oversee and document training of personnel
Work closely with purchasing, planning, engineering and warehouse teams.
Work with Buyers, Planners, Schedulers
Support performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing processes
Drive continuous improvement projects
Support digitalization efforts to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, and Operator Displays.
Performance/Status Dashboards, Tier 1 KPI's, Daily 5S board and other connected tools.

Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing or related field in a supervisor role.
Mechanical Aptitude with experience using hand tools

Able to interpret BOM's and production orders.
Strong leadership and time management experience.
Demonstrates full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development and performance management.

As a Design Engineer, you will:
Choose the appropriate mix of products and installation methods to provide the most cost-effective solution.
Prepare submittals and schedules; handle the ordering of products and equipment and participate in sales-to-operations turnover meetings to evaluate accuracy of the sales estimate and job layout.
Design building automation systems and create unique design solutions to meet the customer's requirements and prepare design documents, including mechanical system layouts, electrical drawings, bills of materials, sequences of operations, valve, and damper schedules, and DDC panel layouts.
Design building automation network architecture to support operator workstations, DDC field panels, and third-party integration devices connected through LON, Ethernet, Siemens P2, or BACNET. Analyze plans, construction contract specifications, and codes to determine project requirements and risks.
Understand requirements and design building automation solutions for higher education and K-12 education facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, high-rise buildings, office spaces, and lab facilities. Design building and space pressurization solutions, chiller, and boiler plant sequencing control, etc. and generate the DDC point database on all projects.
Prepare engineering re-estimates and follow up with appropriate sales and management to ensure understanding of and satisfaction with job scope and prepare specifications and drawings for special components and panels purchased from outside suppliers; select proper types and sizes of company products and those from outside suppliers to meet project requirements and prepare information on pre-installation extras or change orders to submit to customer or general/subcontractor.
Perform quality assurance; peer-review engineering documents and mentor, train, and direct the design activities of the engineering team.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
Building Automation Design experience
Knowledge of engineering fundamentals of building automation and HVAC systems or equivalent field experience with automation/HVAC system controls
Ability to design medium to large standard jobs with some deviation using standard tools, products, and practices
Verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, CAD Training, or other engineering design software application

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of HR or related experience, ideally in a Generalist or Coordinator role within a Shared Service environment.
Bachelor's Degree required
Familiar with HR policies and procedures. Ability to identify and collaborate with a vast array of HR resources. A proven track record of excellence in responsiveness, quality, and efficiency is required.
Analysis/problem-solving & Systemic Improvement - Individuals must be proficient at handling large quantities of data. Experience creating spreadsheets, analyzing data, making recommendations, and leading improvements required. Ability to develop, assess, and improve work processes.
*Strong attention to detail is required.
*Proven ability to shift from strategic thinking to operational thinking and vice versa and understanding that this role operates in a grey space often.
Execute with Excellence: Ability to work independently - Individual must be able to manage their work priorities and complete deliverables with little direct day-to-day supervision. As a Design Engineer, you will:
Choose the appropriate mix of products and installation methods to provide the most cost-effective solution.
Prepare submittals and schedules; handle the ordering of products and equipment and participate in sales-to-operations turnover meetings to evaluate accuracy of the sales estimate and job layout.
Design building automation systems and create unique design solutions to meet the customer's requirements and prepare design documents, including mechanical system layouts, electrical drawings, bills of materials, sequences of operations, valve, and damper schedules, and DDC panel layouts.
Design building automation network architecture to support operator workstations, DDC field panels, and third-party integration devices connected through LON, Ethernet, Siemens P2, or BACNET. Analyze plans, construction contract specifications, and codes to determine project requirements and risks.
Understand requirements and design building automation solutions for higher education and K-12 education facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, high-rise buildings, office spaces, and lab facilities. Design building and space pressurization solutions, chiller, and boiler plant sequencing control, etc. and generate the DDC point database on all projects.
Prepare engineering re-estimates and follow up with appropriate sales and management to ensure understanding of and satisfaction with job scope and prepare specifications and drawings for special components and panels purchased from outside suppliers; select proper types and sizes of company products and those from outside suppliers to meet project requirements and prepare information on pre-installation extras or change orders to submit to customer or general/subcontractor.
Perform quality assurance; peer-review engineering documents and mentor, train, and direct the design activities of the engineering team.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
Building Automation Design experience
Knowledge of engineering fundamentals of building automation and HVAC systems or equivalent field experience with automation/HVAC system controls

Verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, CAD Training, or other engineering design software application

We are looking for Senior Deal Manager - Broadly Syndicated Finance with a focus on Asset Based Lending with the position located in New York City, Norwalk, CT or Iselin, NJ areas.
You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
Drive execution of Asset Based Lending transactions, including due diligence, borrowing base analysis identification of all relevant risks and mitigating factors, development of a coherent investment rationale, and presentation of the ultimate credit approval request.

A variety of opportunities are available across the business supporting project design tasks, operations, product development, special projects and process improvements. Support engineering work via modeling of designs (3D NX CAD and 2D AutoCAD Electrical)
Team improvement projects focused on process documentation and work instructions.
Create documentation of legacy products and projects
Design new parts for prototypes with support of senior members and update existing parts to improve designs.
Support prototype builds with support of senior members and JT files.
