In this USAFCENT Judge Advocate Administrator role, you will:
Assist the customer in accomplishing all necessary internal operations to include administrative training, security, development, and implementation of organizational operating instructions and regulations of personnel related programs.
Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence and with managing programs to include task management, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, safety program, UDM to include ART and SORTS programs, awards program, security program, supply program, records management, Defense Travel System (DTS), training program, and self-inspection program.
Attend required training, meetings, and functions as related to the prescribed unit programs.
Assist with ensuring unit programs comply with regulations, laws, policies, and directives.
Instruct others on changes in administrative policies and procedures.
Assist with developing, establishing, updating, and maintaining office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office. Implements unit file plan.
Identify and implement processes which can be improved or made more efficient through application of automated technology or other methods, including SharePoint. Leverages networks and technology to create office continuity.
Assist in role of FAM, coordinating management of and training for deployed personnel. Assists with legal orientation course for legal personnel deploying to USCENTCOM AOR.
Serve as POC for newly assigned personnel; introduces them to key personnel and schedules their initial training/orientation requirements.
Qualifications
To be successful in this USAFCENT Judge Advocate Administrator, you will have:
High School Diploma/GED
Active Secret Clearance
Six years' experience working military administration support requirements.
Four years' experience in Microsoft Office applications/email systems or the equivalent.
One year experience in SharePoint.
Ability to Travel = 10%

OurLitigation/Corporate Paralegal supports the work of the Legal team across a wide-variety of topics that include litigation, labor & employment, government contracts, corporate governance, ethics and compliance, investigations, risk, and administrative matters relating to the Legal Department's operations. In this role you will have the following key responsibilities:
Litigation management under the guidance of attorneys, including all aspects of discovery
Draft, produce and disseminate communications to other corporate departments and operational staff for the preservation and collection of evidence, both hard copy originals and electronic files as appropriate, in response to document requests, government regulatory inquiries, and subpoenas
Review files gathered prior to production for attorney-client privilege as well as completeness and responsiveness
Creation and maintenance of case files and other legal databases
May conduct legal and other factual research
May assist with internal investigations and due diligence reviews
May assist attorneys in the drafting of legal documents
May assist with the development and implementation of employee training
May be required to assist with other duties as assigned

The Entry-Level Help Desk Specialist will assist Department of Defense (DoD) Information Network (DODIN)/Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) customers across the globe.
In this role, you will:
Perform shift work in a 24x7x365 Global Operations Center (GOC).
Respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users, which includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
Ensure timely process through which problems are controlled.
Provide service level one and two assistance working with three levels of Subject Matter Experts (SME)s / advanced SME teams.
Evaluate analytical and systematical problems of workflows, organization, and planning and assists higher-level Help Desk Specialists to develop appropriate corrective action.
Under the supervision of a higher-level help Desk Specialist coordinate closely with programmers to ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications.
Develop, in conjunction with functional users, system alternative solutions.

The Financial Program Analyst will :

Download and create weekly reports for staff.

This includes planning includes the development and execution of current TPS guidance introduction and implementation of the new NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), the official planning system of record.
Act as Activity manager for deployment and implementation of the NEPS single enterprise-wise financial planning and negotiation tool.
Act as the program authoritative point of contact for assisting in the education of the new financial database/system and for trouble shooting all database issues.
Provide task monitoring of fiscal year allocation plans and execution reports.
For external allocations and execution reports, this includes frequent face-to-face discussions and reviews with Class managers and financial analysts to ensure accuracy and update of requirements and/or allocations changes within the fiscal year.
Develop and edit PowerPoint briefings on NEPS and financial data involving advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Participate in planning meetings with government and business partners.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have :
An Active Secret Clearance is required for employment.
A Bachelor's degree in related discipline plus 5 to 7 years of directly related experience in financial program planning, administration, budgets, and development.

Serco supports the USCG in the acquisition of new technology used to defend our nation. Our team reviews acquisition documentation, develops test plans, executes test events, collects and analyzes data, and writes test reports. This includes programs supporting the USCG Operation Test and Evaluation Command (OPTEVFOR).
You will be part of a 5-7 -member team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality test analysis and reports. The team has been supporting Test and Evaluation for over 15 years and has been recognized by both the Navy and DHS for their outstanding contributions.
In this role, you will:
Perform as the Test and Evaluation Engineer that supports the OPTEVFOR USCG Test Division in the review of acquisition documents, development of complex test plans, execution of operational tests, the reduction and analysis of data, and the writing of test reports.
Support Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) events to provide the OPTEVFOR with an evaluation of the mission capability of the system or service when employed in a realistic, operational environment.
Support the Operational Test Coordinator in providing a T&E Strategy brief to the Department of Homeland Security Director of T&E for all major acquisition programs under DHS engagement.
Assists in providing OT&E strategy associated with operational testing and drafting of applicable sections of the TEMP per policy with the T&E Manager and T&E WIPT.
Provide T&E Concept Briefing on the planned OT&E activity.
Support development of Test Plan for DOT&E approval, executes test events, collects, and analyzes data, and provides a report on the results.
Work directly with senior technical personnel, stakeholders, and project managers in the planning and execution of test events.
Employ existing guidelines and instructions, guidance from higher-level engineers, experience, and independent judgment to plan and accomplish test objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years of Test and Evaluation experience. 4+ years of USCG, DHS, DoN, or DoD Operational experience in Surface Platforms or as part of the CG-9, USCG, DHS, DoN, or DoD Headquarters staff OR at least ten (10) years of USCG operational experience in Surface Platforms and Operations.
Successfully completed the necessary requirements to hold either a Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Certified Acquisition Professional certificate for Test & Evaluation Manager Level I
At least three (3) years working on the development of Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEFs), Test Plans, and Final Reports, in direct support of Operational Testing of USCG, DHS, DoN, or DoD Level 1 Acquisitions.

Willing to work second or thirds shift as needed and more than 40 hours work weeks.
The ability to pass a background investigation, drug screening and able to gain access to various Naval facilities and shipyards. This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
Must be able to work in high heat spaces, climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders, work in kneeling position for layout of cable runs under false decking, lift up to 50 pounds with 80% of work requiring carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 40 pounds for majority of shift while being in a standing, crouching, or walking position. Attention to safety critical.

In this full-time Senior Facilitator role, you will:
Guide the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals, while also assisting them with recognizing any employment or education gaps.
Conduct large group instruction and provide individual counseling on the job search process.
Mentor and assist in the training of part-time Employment Facilitators new to the program to include a 90 day post-hire review.
Provide transitioning Servicemembers (Active, Reserve, National Guard), family members, and Veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment, job searching, job application processes, networking, technical training opportunities, credentialing, and assistance in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools; and who can conduct large group instruction and provide counseling on the job search process.
Facilitate job search and process workshops with curriculum and activities created specifically for Spouses, Veterans, and Wounded Warriors.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An Associate degree and 5 years of TAP training experience.
Previous experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes.
Must have excellent time management skills and able to work independently.
Must be Proficient in MS Windows and Office.
Must be able to communicate effectively with Military clients, be comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group, be observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently.

Experience using predictive SW metrics and quantitative analysis techniques to gauge software quality, schedule and readiness in support of data driven decision making
Knowledge of Software Requirements Management (stability, traceability, dependencies, etc.)

General familiarization with DoD autonomy software development and evaluation pipelines such as Rapid Autonomy Integration Lab (RAIL), and architectural frameworks such as the Unmanned Maritime Autonomy Architecture (UMAA).
Expert technical knowledge of naval engineering, vessel machinery systems, and/or Navy C5ISR systems.

Prior experience as a chief software engineer or architect on a program

Maintain a pulse of programs via participation in Test & Evaluation, and Systems Engineering Working Integrated Product Team meetings, and systems engineering technical reviews. Document insights and contributions in the form of summaries, trip reports, weekly activity reports, and prep material for subsequent government engagements
Attend key component, subsystem, and system level testing events
Monitor program performance and execution metrics include that include Key Performance Parameters, Key System Attributes, Critical Technical Parameters, and Technical Performance Measures to assess performance-to-plan to inform mitigation activities. Monitor the verification of requirements to ensure the ability of programs to meet the mission vice specification requirements
Lead a team of engineers/analysts in conducting cross-functional, multi-discipline DT&E Sufficiency Assessments and DT&E Performance Assessments, and Independent Technical Risk Assessments that support critical acquisition milestones and engineering decisions; Each assessment will focus on identifying the technical risk within a program's test plan and/or test results and recommending specific mitigation measures
Evaluate the maturity of new technologies

Qualifications
In this role, you will have:
An active TS/SCI security clearance

Qualifications
