In this role, you will:
Support IC Cloud activities to include external engagements, working groups, periodic technical reviews, and actions; and internal Govt system engineering actions, working groups, and activities
Coordinate with Capabilities and Architecture team and technical leaders across the organization initiatives to include architecture modernization, security enhancements, and incorporation of new requirements.
Facilitate engineering efforts to add system instrumentation across IC GovCloud to support enhanced metrics, mission impact insight, and Fee-for Service initiatives.
Coordinate with IC Gov Cloud Program Managers, Outreach teams, and other stakeholders, internal and external, to support programmatic activities and reviews, strategic planning activities, customer engagement, and related activities
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
U.S. Citizenship.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, you may substitute 4 years relevant experience.
10-12 years demonstrated experience with developing, conducting AOAs and documenting large systems' software architecture.

Experience with researching, developing and documenting best practices related to migration and transformation of existing products to new IT hosting technologies.
Experience with guiding and managing the risks associated with these migrations.
Experience with researching and provide guidance related to the NSA IT security requirements.
Experience developing briefings on technical topics relating to the migration process.
Experience with DoD 500 Phase A activities (requirements gathering, analysis of alternatives, DoDAF, cost estimation, scheduling, etc).

This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your active Secret level DoD clearance.
The Vessel Operator willprovide support in managing Unmanned Experimental Vessels (UXV) and systems. Troubleshoots problems within project/program, providing analysis and solution recommendations. Expertise and work efforts are focused on the analysis of customer's business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment to solve technical problems. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reports to a Program Manager or head of a unit/department under limited supervision. This position will support onsiteNaval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Port Hueneme along with some remote support.
In this role, you will:
The Vessel Operator will be responsible for safely piloting Navy R&D UXV test platforms, performing scheduled and corrective maintenance, integration, testing, field installation, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment and systems.
Operate UXV from onboard and remote platforms.
Conduct routine and corrective maintenance of complex automated control systems, primary and auxiliary engines and systems, diesel generators, electrical distribution systems, and ship firefighting equipment.
Lead support with vessel modifications, payload integration, fabrication engineering changes, electrical, mechanical and network integration and testing.
Planning shipyard overhauls.
Develop maintenance plans and procedures.
Conduct at-sea testing of UXVs and associated payload, including test plan development, test execution, and post-test analysis.
Provide sound and seasoned technical judgement that follows company policies and procedures in meeting customer obligations.
Maintain teams and systems in the highest state of readiness to meet US Government requirements.
Work within a team to resolve technical issues.
Formulate methods and processes which will increase safety, efficiency, and readiness.
Ability to operate Naval Small Craft such as 11M Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIB)
Travel and at-sea watch standing will be required.
Qualifications

In this role, you will:
Perform as the Test and Evaluation Engineer that supports the OPTEVFOR Aviation Division (Code 50) in the review of acquisition documents, development of complex cyber test plans, execution of operational tests, the reduction and analysis of data, and the writing of test reports.
Supports Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) events to provide the OPTEVFOR with an evaluation of the mission capability of the system or service when employed in a realistic, operational environment.
Supports the Operational Test Coordinator in providing a Cyber T&E Strategy brief to the Director of T&E (DOT&E) for all major acquisition programs under DOT&E engagement.
Assists in providing Cyber OT&E strategy associated with operational testing and drafting of applicable sections of the TEMP per policy with the T&E Manager and T&E WIPT.
Provide DOT&E a T&E Concept Briefing on the planned OT&E activity.
Supports development of Cyber Test Plan for approval, executes test events, collects, and analyzes data, and provides a report on the results.
Works directly with senior technical personnel, stakeholders, and project managers in the planning and execution of test events.
Employ existing guidelines and instructions, guidance from higher-level engineers, experience, and independent judgment to plan and accomplish test objectives.
Qualifications

Analyze profit risks and opportunities and advise management on the optimal path forward.
Liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on financial issues. Interfaces with subcontractors, vendors, and customers as required.
Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles. Must be versed in various contract vehicles, i.e., CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc. Preferred knowledge of FAR/DFAR, DCAA compliance and audits.

PMS 397, the COLUMBIA Class Submarine Program Office is responsible for the acquisition of the OHIO Class replacement and for identifying, assembling, managing, directing, and coordinating the resources required for the R&D, design, construction, Test and Evaluation (T&E) and Live Fire Test and Evaluation (LFT&E) of the COLUMBIA Class. The program is a major defense acquisition program and is of significant political importance with Congress and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).

Serco-NA is seeking a highly motivated and competent individual to provide programmatic support to PMS 397 and work through some challenging issues. Serco-NA has an opening for a Financial Analyst with expertise to support an active contract with the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area.
General Duties
Assists with planning, execution and GFE.
Execute funding in Navy ERP.
Understand GFE planning.
Provides daily support to Financial Management team.
Provides financial analyst services including data gathering, budget and financial analysis, and trend analysis.
Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting and analysis.
Collects and reviews financial data from various sources.
Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required. Maintains appropriate records and documentation.
Provides financial models and financial statements, applies forecasting techniques, and evaluates performance against budget submissions.
Coordinates with Branch Head and field activities to establish funding priorities.
Reconciles spend plans according to Resource Management Plan and weekly status reports.
Compiles and submits Task Assignment Sheets to initiate financial transactions.
Provides biweekly metrics reports to Business Financial Manager.
Tracks and reconciles funds obligation and expenditure status.
Assists Financial Analysts in resolving accounting discrepancies.
Responds to financial data calls.
Provides draft input for Congressional budget exhibits.
Reconciles Spend Plans to match the Resource Management Plans.
Coordinates with the field activities to establish timely receipt of reimbursable funds.
Tracks direct site funds sent out on ZFD PR Addendums.

Prepares Unclassified and Classified briefs for audiences up to and including the Flag level.

Qualifications
Education and Required/Preferred Experience:
You must have an Active Secret clearance to be considered.
A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field is desired, plus 10 years experience but in lieu of a degree, Serco will consider a candidate with 15 or more years of experience directly supporting a Navy customer in a business or financial capacity.
A successful candidate should have knowledge of the Navy's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution processes and policies, Navy ERP, and GFE planning and program support
One year of past experience supporting a DoD customer as a financial analysist is desired. Must be familiar with rules governing the different Navy Appropriations, with specific knowledge of O&M,N accounts a desired bonus.
Some travel outside the DC area may be required.
Ideal candidate will have experience in:
Budget Automation and Process Improvement.
Cost Analysis.
Data Management and Analysis.
Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and
Other DoN financial automated and budgeting systems to perform financial execution functions.
3 years of work experience within DoD, the Armed Services.
Required: MS Microsoft skills are essential, especially EXCEL and PowerPoint.
