The Mobile Event Expert, provides customers an outstanding retail experience while achieving sales and service expectations of the Mobile Showroom. Leverages Customer Focus capabilities to develop relationships, understand customer needs and recommend complete solutions. What you'll do in your role.

  • Sales (Events & Partner Events): Support event sales goals through side-by-side selling with local Retail Sales Associates or Partner Sales Associates during events. May include selling when other Associates are not present. Includes Partner support though proactive outreach to local businesses with Partner Associates.

  • Community Outreach & Support: Support community partnership efforts by reaching out into the local community and business environment to network, build the brand/awareness of the mobile showroom & company, through relationships, referrals and events. May be used for emergency relief.

  • Brand Ambassador: Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly visible and upbeat retail environment. Makes customers feel comfortable and welcomed into the T-Mobile environment while educating around our products and services.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction in all areas of sales and service. Answers customer questions and makes personal recommendations.

  • Contributes to the culture, bringing the space to life with vibrancy by having a charisma, passion, and hobby or skill that helps consumers experience the Mobile Showroom experience.

  • Acclimate local Mobile Associates and Partner Sales Associates to unique event environment to provide an outstanding customer experience.

  • Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.

The experience you'll bring.

  • 6 Months of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience, Retail Environment Preferred

  • Strong Customer Service skills; Passion, integrity and energy is vital to build a dynamic work environment necessary to deliver a world class shopping experience

The Cybersecurity Sr Engineer will be part of the Enterprise IP and Security (EIS) Operations Cyber Services Org - focused on the delivery of enriched enterprise data sources used for cyber event analysis/correlation - as well as deploying and maintaining a robust set of cyber tools that detect/prevent enterprise cyber threats and secure enterprise data. Works closely with other T-Mobile Teams and customers including: Cyber SOC, Cyber IR, Cyber Detection. Candidate will encompass industry experience related to cyber data and detection/prevention capabilities - and a proven ability working with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on goals for the Cybersecurity Operational Services Team.

Essential Functions

  • Improves process efficiency by creating and implementing creative and sustainable changes to existing deployment methodologies.

  • Leads the identification of security needs and recommends plans/resolutions. Implements, tests and monitors cyber security improvements.

  • Maintains transparency inside and outside of cyber security at the People management level.

  • Leads cyber security policy lifecycle throughout, including intake, creation, review, approval, implementation, publishing, communication and maintenance.

  • Executes security projects driven by groups both internal and external to info security.

  • Mentors peers and junior team members in security technologies, enterprise solution design and facilitation and effective customer interaction.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years experience with increasing responsibility with security related technologies and capabilities

  • Experience with the engineering, analysis, deployment, and operations of endpoint detection technologies

  • Knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response industry capabilities

  • Experience administering security platforms

  • Experience working in a large-scale environment of security platforms in an operations capacity

  • Medium to advance knowledge in various scripting tools: (Python/Java/JavaScript/Perl/Shell/HTML/PHP)

  • Knowledge of current technological trends and developments regarding Cyber Security

  • Strong presentational skills to large and small audiences.

  • In-depth knowledge of security-related standard methodologies in large-scale environments

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Always act with tact and integrity, and work with a variety of individuals in a positive and productive manner

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks independently; and meet tight timelines

Education

Minimum requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They're brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services.
