POSITION SUMMARY
Build, test, and package a variety of coatings from raw materials.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Work under close supervision of the Production Lead.
. Follow the batch ticket instructions.
. Measure, stage, lift, and charge raw materials into the mixing vessels.
. Identify and report problems with material and/or equipment to supervisory personnel.
. Fill out appropriate paperwork to report production.
. Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
. Other related duties as directed by management.
REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and one year of factory-related experience
. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math

WORKING CONDITIONS
Constant exposure (66%-100% of the time) to the following working conditions:
. A manufacturing area with limited heat or air conditioning. Conditions may be cold or extremely hot and humid.
. Exposure to the hazards of moving equipment, high voltage, and moving mechanical parts that require use of Personal Protective Safety Equipment (PPE's) including steel toed shoes, arm sleeves and safety goggles. Exposure to fumes and/or airborne particles.

A Printed Circuit Board Assembler is responsible for assembling printed circuit boards by rotating through multiple work areas. These work areas will include but are not limited to Heat sink, Pre-assembly, Kitting, Prep, setup/Tear-down, Slide Line, and Final. The individual must be a self-starter, a team player, and be quality conscious with concern for the customer's needs and on-time delivery. This person will also be responsible for training others.
Essential Functions:
Assemble circuit boards according to the layout drawing, bills of material, and manufacturing documentation using work instructions to meet IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards
Inspect circuit boards to ensure IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards are met
Use computers, small hand, and torque tools, scales, calculators, and rulers
Provide adequate coverage to PCB assembly areas including but not limited to Heat sink, Pre-assembly, Kitting, Prep, Set-up/Tear-down, Slide Line, and Final
Repetitive, fast-paced, and accurate hand insertion of electronic components into PCBs
Communicate effectively with co-workers in a team environment
Prioritize workload to meet daily and weekly production goals
Ensure that the assigned area is organized
Follow company policies and rules regarding ESD, quality, and safety
Physical Demands:
Constant use of fine finger dexterity, neck flexion and reaching
Frequently required to use both hands to hold circuit boards, bins, tools, and components
Frequently lift, push, or pull 11-25lbs and occasionally lift, push, or pull 26-50lbs
Occasional bending at knees and waist
Close vision, midrange vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and balance are requirements of this position
Constantly Sitting/Standing/Alternating

Occasionally walk

Transport product from one assembly area to the next assembly area
Ability to work flexible schedules and 50 hours per week Monday through Saturday

This key position has split responsibilities between both our laboratory and production floor depending on the priorities set for each day. This person will use grinders and surface finishing equipment on Wilson hardness Test Blocks, and be responsible for Test Block calibration and customer order processing.
Assemble, fixtures to sets up, followed by operating surface finishing equipment, and testing the product ensuring it meets the product specifications, tracing non-conformances to their source and correcting same
Calibrate, stock, and package Test Blocks using established procedures and work instructions
Performs visual inspection of Test Blocks ensuring established quality standards
Readily identify Quality deficiencies and informs supervision
Ensure proper paperwork, and documents are maintained according to Dept work instructions
Operate and maintain roll stamping machine, bead blaster, buffer, belt sanders, surface grinders and lapping machine
Use quality control devices such as micrometer, dial gauges, and air gauges
Tear down, maintain, and reassemble equipment as required
Other tasks as assigned
Good math aptitude normally acquired through a High School education
Experience working with other members on a team in a production environment
Strong attention to detail regarding inspection of components and assembly of machines
Ability to do accurate calibrations using precision testing equipment
Ability to understand and follow departmental procedures
Ability to give written and verbal instructions which augment and clarify drawings and specifications
Basic understanding of required quality control devices such as micrometer, dial gauges, and air gauges
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift small packages between 5lb to 25lb

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales within the Northwest territory. This includes cultivating new customers, selling service product agreements, and expanding business with existing customers. This position requires a self-motivated individual that can work independently to drive the sales within the geographic area assignment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve or surpass a targeted sales plan. District targets include growth with specific 80 customers and anchor products as well as growth in target segments (Retail, Healthcare, Full Menu Restaurant & Education).
Works jointly with indirect sales people (Inside Sales and Service Managers).
Responsible for developing district sales strategy with Regional Sales Manager.
Responsible for selling Service Product Agreements
Responsible for selling Hobart Water Treatment Products
Responsible for relationship management with Food Service Equipment Dealers, National Account Managers, and Sales Managers.
Participate in branch meetings and sales training in the district.
Identify and maintain a list of potential customers as outlined in district strategic plans.
Call on targeted district accounts and identify service product needs. Close service agreements and contracts.
Generate sales service quotes and lead district marketing communications
Work with local Service Managers to communicate SLA's and customer requirements.
Submit timely reports on sales activity, competitive activity and market conditions.
Participate in local seminars and customer / association / segment trade shows.
Maintain knowledge of all service products applicable to segment needs and sell the full line of service products.
Conduct all activities in keeping with company policies and procedures.
Keep Service Branch, Service Contractors, and FRED' agents apprised of customer requirements and follow up to insure action maintaining a teamwork attitude through cooperation with other sales personnel.
Education and Work Experience

8-10 years' experience selling in a service related business.
Experience selling warranty or service agreements.
Experience dealing directly with customers.
Experience in the foodservice industry.
Knowledge of commercial food equipment.
Knowledge of restaurant, hotel and institutional kitchen operations.

Position Summary:
Innovation Program Manager - Deltar Fasteners will report to the Innovation Director - ITW NA Automotive Fasteners and will be responsible for driving new, innovative, and adjacent business/product opportunities. The primary focus will be to work closely with our key customer contacts and/or customer advanced development teams to understand their future needs, identify what opportunities will be pursued, and manage those opportunities from initial discussion to transition through launch.

The Press Operator is responsible for running each job to which they are assigned per the job specific instructions. These are in the operator Manual for each job. a. The Operator is responsible for knowing the changes that may affect the way he/she does his/her job. Operators can remain updated by communicating with the Operator who he/she relieves and by reading the Manufacturing Alerts which are posted on the Manufacturing Alert bulletin board and marked by unit.
The Press Operator is ultimately responsible for the quality of the parts that he/she produces. a. When the operator discovers a quality issue, he/she is responsible for checking the Quality Samples to decide on the quality of the part. b. If one of the following situations occurs, the press Operator will notify the Production Supervisor or an Auditor for assistance: i. A relevant sample is not available. ii. The existing condition exceeds the maximum allowable sample. iii. The Press Operator is unable to decide based on the available samples.
The press Operator is responsible for knowing current quality issues involving the product that he/she is assigned to run. This information can be gained from: a. Job Summary
Lead an Inside Sales team that performs inbound/outbound sales responsibilities while generating revenue and ensures customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement, process control, cost management and upskill organization and enhance use of automation in processes. Manage the customer sales/service coordinators in the Ag, Brecknell, Dillon, Eyecon and Industrial Strategic Business Units in the Fairmont facility.
Work to provide the best customer service possible by making independently based qualitative decisions that meet the overall policies of Avery Weigh-Tronix. These decisions may include, but not be limited to, negotiating true customer delivery dates, deterring methods of shipment, discount structures, pricing issues and how to resolve customer complaints.
Provide support and back up for the industrial international product order entry, delivery issues, telephone, and email correspondence.
Responsible for providing training on sales techniques and other relevant training. May also collaborate with key account sales teams.
Provide technical consultation and sales advice to the distributor organization to assist in the sales of the product family.
Answers inbound customer calls regarding product and service information and identifies upselling opportunities from such calls.
Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes all required documentation in a timely manner (Ability to multi-task a high volume of projects at one time)
Monitor the sales order entry activity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, leadership, or other related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, 10 key calculators, telephone, record keeping, filing, data base management, complaint handling and public relations. (AS400/KBM experience preferred)

Basic Description:
Applicant will be responsible for loading and unloading parts on the paint line. Primary Objective:
Develops manufacturing processes that achieve maximum process and cost efficiency while achieving performance and quality standards. Determines cost and routes for new product and maintains current products records structure to ensure effective control of documentation. Assures operational readiness; determines factory capability, work flow, space requirements, and equipment.

Develops methods for manufacturing as technologies and equipment change. Creates and maintains process documentation in support of these changes.

Provides support to internal groups and external suppliers in resolving quality, productivity and routine technical issues related to new and existing products during all phases of the product life cycle.
Assesses the need for capital equipment and tooling and manages the associated procurement and implementation.
Represents the manufacturing function on product and project development teams. Drives operational readiness in support of new product launch.
Assists with the qualification of new suppliers and components by determining and establishing requirements, in conjunction with other internal groups.
Applies lean methods, six sigma methods, and leads initiatives to reduce non-value add activity to drive productivity, enhance quality and maximize production resources.
Drives resolution of manufacturing issues to drive productivity, enhance quality and maximize production resources.

The Staff Accountant I is a key owner of the Accounts Payable process in support of our valued business partners. JOB SUMMARY
Run Flexographic Presses. Maintain high quality parts during the printing and/or finishing process, while at the same time keeping up with production rates, scrap rates, and safety standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

. Read and understand production blueprint, job ticket, and scheduling information.
. Verify that information is consistent between specification sheets, procedure sheets, requisitions, color standards, proofs and other sources of information.

. Set color print to print and set impressions to operate flexographic presses.
. Set dies in the press and get the die to cut substrate.
. Start press and obtain acceptable color, fit, registration and position in the least amount of footage and/or sheets possible.
. Replace master roll at the end of the press and remove waste roll.
. Maintain flexographic press running speeds, tension, and alignment of printing plates and checks for quality.
. Complete paperwork required and any needed quality sign offs.
. Document material usage and time.

. Monitor quality of converting process.
. Make adjustments to ensure quality run with low waste.
. Perform clean-up after every run including removal of plates, dies, and ink.

Operates nut tappers, KEPS assemblers, and prevailing torque machines to produce quality automotive fasteners using nut blanks and washers by performing the following duties:
. Identify proper components to load into machines.
. Sets controls to synchronize machine actions for various operations.

We are looking for a cold-heading operator to join our team! This individual would be responsible for setting up and operating single and multi die double stroke cold headers and forge pointers to produce quality automotive fasteners from cold metal rod or wire by performing the following duties. Shift time 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Friday.
Assist and observe designated Setup Operators in operation and setup up of machinery
Selects, installs, and aligns dies, cutting tools, guides, and stops to setup machine. Sets controls to synchronize machine actions for various operations on work piece in specified sequence
Positions coil of metal wire or rod on feed spindle and threads it through straightening rolls into feed mechanism
Adjusts settings of dies on controls, as required, to produce product within specified tolerances and meeting quality standards
Starts machine to begin production and observes machine operations for evidence of malfunction and products for defects
Maintains, oils, and cleans machines on a regular basis
Drains and cleans oil trays; dumps scrap, and sweeps floor to maintain housekeeping standards
Ensures all quality and safety documentation is completed with oversight
High School diploma or the equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
Prior experience operating single and multi-die header machines
Continuous Improvement Mindset
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to complete routine production and quality reports
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Understanding and compliance with safety rules and regulations

We are currently looking for an experienced thread roll setup operator to setup and operate thread headed blanks.
Compiles dimensions of stock, sequence of machining operations, and type and size of thread from charts and specifications
Selects, installs, and adjusts threading die, die cutters, chamfering tools, feed grips, pressure tripping mechanism, cams, gears and pulleys.
Sets feed rails, parts bowl, and roller sorter to ensure quality parts.
Adjusts speed control knobs to synchronize transfer and ejection of stock with machine action.
Selects correct SEMS components (washers) and loads into machine.
Complies with all safety regulations and TS161949 policies.
Verifies dimensions of workpieces with specifications. Modifies and grinds thread roll dies as necessary.
Maintains, oils, and cleans machines on a regular basis. Drains and cleans oil trays; dumps scrap and sweeps floors to maintain housekeeping standards.
Recognize and inspect quality issues and troubleshoots process or quality issues with engineers to correct and document.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The Warewash Business Division produces Hobart, Stero and Somat branded commercial dishwashers, waste equipment and disposers used in hotels, retail, restaurants, cruise ships, schools, universities, and other environments. We are the industry leader and seeking to expand our growth in existing served markets as well as new markets. We are in search of a Product Manager to help support and grow the FEG Warewash business through market research, product development, go-to-market planning, demand generation, and sales and channel support for our commercial line of dishwashers. This position champions the voice of the customer with engineering and product development teams and provides support to our sales development managers and field sales organization to maximize sales volume for the business unit's products.

Summary:
The Product Manager, in conjunction with the Marketing Team, will help identify new market opportunities, manage the product portfolio, develop marketing plans for new and existing products, define product training requirements, and develop programs to ensure the field sales organization and dealer and consultant communities have accurate product knowledge and a clear sales narrative to drive success with the Hobart line.

What you will do:
Product Development & Management
Support ongoing discovery of new product and business opportunities through competitor and market analysis and primary and secondary customer research using ITW's Market-Segment-Focus approach.
Work with various stakeholders and partners inside and outside the company to understand market, customer needs, competitive changes and provide clear product specifications, business plans & value propositions for commercial dishwashing equipment targeting the US market.
Ensure that New Product Development teams are aligned with North American commercial dishwashing customer needs and pain points through clear product specifications, business plans and product launches for each product line.
Support for Business Development & Product Line Growth
Support organic revenue growth goals through commercialization, demand generation, customer engagement, and sales support and enablement activities.
Create go-to-market and commercial launch plans for new product launches.
Provide customized marketing, product specification, research, and other direct support to sales teams for key account opportunities.
Provide product sales training and support through product presentations, product marketing collateral and in-the-field training.
Provide continuous updates to competitive and market intelligence and customer trends that affect success in targeted accounts and segments.
Leadership
Provide and facilitate project management for sales, marketing and engineering teams for effective product development and product launches.
Spend time in key segments and channels with team members and customers to understand market needs and provide training on Hobart WW products and sales narratives.
What we are looking for:
Knowledge of product marketing concepts and strategies
