You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
What you'll bring to the table:
An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience
Refrigeration Experience Preferred but not required
You must have a valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily
You should be able to work Overtime and On-Call as required
You must be able to attend our industry leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH

Summary:
The Account Manager will maintain and grow cleaning products for the interior, cabin, in transit and exterior segments of top-tier airlines and cleaning companies. Territory will be the Americas, with most of the focus in the US. This position will be a team player, be open to coaching and enlisting help from others, and will take ownership of every initiative she/he/they create(s). The Account Manager will get support from global and experienced sales and marketing, product, and technical teams.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Partner with the Global Sales Manager to create Celeste's maintenance and growth strategy within airlines, distributors, and cleaning companies. Additional business exploration on Jan San as needed.
Meet and exceed annual goal for current customers and products.
Drive launch of new products and meet annual goal for new business and new products.
Develop cleaning companies' and partner with them to understand their pain points and how to develop solutions for the customers. Articulate those pain point into sales opportunities with current or new products ideas as needed. Explore new markets for our products within the cleaning segment. Expand your contact data base through cold calling, referrals, and LinkedIn.
Provide market intelligence including price, annual usage, pros and cons of products and other critical information to marketing manager for inclusion into the competitive database. Keep track of contract expiration dates and length. Acquire samples when needed.
Track pipeline opportunities and conversion by managing Sales Force (SFDC). Track any business at risk or lost in a similar fashion.
Work on account plans as needed.
Prepare pre call agenda and report outcomes.
Prepare and execute bids (private and government) and RFPs as needed.
Update and negotiate supply contracts with airlines as needed.
Provide sales outlook for 12 months for current and any new business.
Qualifications:
5 plus years of experience in a sales role or equivalent.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Previous management experience preferred.
Price, bid and contract negotiation preferred (private and government).
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar planning): Intermediate/Advanced
Master's in Business Administration is a plus.
Airline background preferred.
Sales Force experience preferred.
Able to travel up to 50% of the time with potential overnight stays.

The Project Manager leads the development of new products, engineering changes and second sourcing initiatives. This dynamic position identifies and executes on product opportunities to solve customer pain-points related to tire repair. The project lead will work in a cross functional manner with various functions within the organization such as Product Management, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and leadership teams bring ideas to market.
Responsibilities:
Manage the development of new products from ideation through mass production
Project management - execute the NPD Process, Engineering Changes (ECR Process)
Support product engineering and bring value add/value engineering (VA/VE) opportunities, and second sourcing opportunities

Basic Function
A key role within the Brooks Instrument Semiconductor Business Unit (BU), the Engineering Gas Lab Manager will be a technical expert on Brooks Instrument products, have both a solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and how Brooks products are used within these applications. The Applications Engineering Manager will perform tests and product demonstrations in accordance with customer specified protocols, support of sales, and field customer support staff. In addition he/she will working closely with technical support teams, product marketing and engineering to achieve Brooks business goals. The Brooks Semiconductor Applications Engineering Manager will manage product qualifications efforts, and successfully deliver solutions to our customers. As a key technical resource, he/she will be a contributor to New Product Development, Customer Back Innovation, and technology development roadmaps. This person will have one (1) direct report, manage Brooks Applications and Customer Demo laboratory , and conduct process gas testing on Brooks products.
This position requires an experienced Semiconductor Applications professional with a solid track record of working with Semiconductor OEMs and/or End Users to deliver the results required. The position requires an individual who is a self-starter and who can simultaneously work closely with Key Accounts sales teams, provide hands-on support to Key Customers as well as communicate and leverage the Semi BU resources. This consummate team player will effectively negotiate with others to achieve win-win outcomes, maintain an open flow of communication, clearly state expectations while achieving desired results. A successful candidate must exhibit a sense of urgency to support Brooks' competitive edge by serving as a technical catalyst for innovative thinking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage one (1) direct report
Manage develop and maintain an applications/demo lab running semiconductor process gases, including inert as well as toxic and corrosive gases.
Perform testing of Brooks Products in the applications/demo lab using actual semiconductor process gases.
Plan, setup and execute testing to ensure product performance meets customer expectations in end use applications.
Manage, utilize and maintain specialty gas cylinder inventory, scrubber canister inventory, gas cabinet/delivery system, abatement systems and safety monitoring systems.
Assist customers with applications requirements, translate customers' needs and requirements into specifications for Brooks' products and services. Identify opportunities for new products or services
Assist customers with product selections, sizing and configuration to best fit customer application
Assist customers and the Brooks Semi sales team with specific requirements not covered by Brooks Instrument standard product offering.
Provide clear requirements and direction to Product Management and engineering teams to drive Customer Back Innovation projects.
Work with Technical Support, Sales, Product Management, Quality, Engineering and Operations to resolve field issues and escalations in a timely manner with corrective actions fully completed and approved by customers
Manage new product customer qualifications. Be a key point of contact for all activities related to evaluation of Beta products at assigned customer accounts.
Track evaluations from initial installation through each step of testing through to final decision - document and share lessons learned from opportunities.
Provide regular intelligence and report on key account evaluations and progress.
Regularly report on field issues and trends.
Maintain product awareness and provide required training to sales and customers.
Keep current with technological and competitive developments. Identify and understand existing and emerging semiconductor applications for Brooks' products and identify promising areas of research or technology that address current needs and have larger potential markets.
Communicate changes in customer requirements.
Support technical promotion of Brooks Instrument products.
Provide content for sales support and training materials that promote Brooks products competitive differentiators and enhance effectiveness of all selling activities.

Education and Experience
BS degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent technical background - advanced technical degree a plus
Preferred minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in field applications engineering role and support in the semiconductor industry.
Broad knowledge and understanding of semiconductor wafer processing equipment and processes (e.g. Plasma Etching, Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition. Photoresist Strip etc.)
Previous experience with control and measurement equipment, ideally with Mass Flow Controllers from Brooks Instrument or direct competitors would be an advantage
Proven experience in establishing and nurturing customer relationships. Extensive existing customer relations a plus

SUMMARY
The IT Manager - Service Desk Operations role is responsible for improving Hobart Service's IT Service Management practices, as well as delivering an excellent end-user support experience. Well versed in ITIL, you'll be working closely with various process owners and managers to improve the performance of processes such Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Asset Management. Directly managing the IT Service Desk team and ensure timely and accurate resolution and communication of all incidents and problems, as well as manage all end-user computing and collaboration platforms and vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a change agent and program lead for IT transformation to a process-based team using industry standard best practices such as ITIL as the foundation.
Directly manage and develop a team consisting of Service Desk agents and Systems Administrators servicing the end-user computing environment.
Work with IT leadership to design and maintain all IT support and operational processes and policies through standardization of methods.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors.
Support the configuration, security, usage, maintenance, and lifecycle of PC computing and mobile devices.
Support and manage Microsoft collaboration and management tools such as the Microsoft 365 Suite, Intune, and SCCM.
Manage and organize purchasing and licensing of all end-user equipment, software, and subscriptions.
Implement and maintain a robust Asset Management solution encompassing both enterprise and end-user assets.
Establish metrics, SLAs, and key performance indicators and processes to regularly monitor and act on the data provided.
Support reviews of Incident and Problem data for trends and recurrence of issues, finding opportunities to reduce the frequency and eliminate service impacting events.
Manage and implement solutions within the IT Ticketing and Service Management system.
Provide the framework for the development of guides for users and service desk analysts, such as FAQ documents or knowledge base articles. Be a key contributor to these guides.
Manage and conduct training for end-users on collaboration, computing, and support tools.
Support management of the IT budget pertaining to end-user computing, software, data plans, and subscriptions.
Education and Work Experience
8+ years relevant work experience of escalating leadership roles
Bachelor's degree in MIS or related technical discipline
2+ years of experience of implementing ITSM tools and process, with a proven track record of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of IT.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration, SCCM and/or Intune technologies
Experience implementing ITSM or ITIL based ticketing systems.
Experience leading a small team of Service Desk Analysts and/or System Administrators

Plans and facilitates Agency Testing and Annual Testing for all filler metals. Supports Regulatory annual audits & registrations
Manage purchase product compliance testing
Plans and facilitates CE product type testing, CE labeling, & prolongation testing
Manages updates of Certificate of Conformance & Typical Data for data sheets
Manages Warranty/RGA program
Support quality team by leading risk assessment for product approvals and warranty
Support trending analysis of scrap [drive actions/reactions]
Manages Customer Complaint Program, customer requests and communication related to products & approvals.
Performs timely and thorough response to customer inquiries & complaints.
Assist with customer satisfaction metrics and product solutions
Supports Production with Quality Inspections
Support Quality team by performing engineering improvements in the process and daily operations using quality/statistical tools
Implement ITW Toolbox techniques in process and quality role

A minimum of a Bachelor's in engineering. Welding, metallurgical, or materials science engineering is a preferred.
Understanding of FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, and SAW is a plus
Working knowledge and experience with welding and filler metals specifications: AWS, ASME, ISO, and Military is preferred
Code experience with different agencies filler metals specifications: CWB, ABS, Lloyds, CE, BV, and DNV is a plus

Position Summary:
The Production Scheduler/Planner is a member of the Plant Operations team that works in an administrative role to support the production process in numerous areas. In addition, this individual will interact heavily with Sales and Customer Care to ensure the needs of our customers are continuously met.
Function:
This position reports to the Baxter Operations Manager and is the main contact for the scheduling of all orders.
Responsibilities:
Schedule all customer orders, provide commitment dates to Customer Care based on capacity and customer.
Develop a strong relationship with the Customer Care team and learn each Key Accounts requirements in order to fulfill their needs.
Organize, plan and manage production schedules according to orders, demand, capacity and capacity restraints.
Develop production schedules that make the most efficient use of time and resources.
Develop one common template for all department's schedules to streamline the process.
Work with manufacturing supervisors to obtain feedback about production status.
Analyze and measure the current production status and identify problem areas that inhibit full schedule execution.
Provide feedback to Manager on schedule achieved versus planned.
Monitor production numbers and have several backup plans to accommodate unexpected customer demands or production issues.
Develop and manage production planning and tracking metrics to ensure on-time delivery.
Review safety stock and ensure all commitments to key customers are met.
Maintain Kanban/MRD program.
Manage packets for install, and operations and service manuals
Create serial numbers and device data plates, and other various labels for production
