Anticipated Salary Range: $102,357.00 - $190,000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. Job Description

Enlighten is looking for an experienced Product Owner to directly support operations and assist in growth strategy with special emphasis on U.S. Air Force. Will help provide some project management and DevSecOps support from which organic growth is desired. Will also assist in training and adoption of various analytics and applications developed for cyber operations on the government owned Big Data Platform (BDP). Work will be hybrid with some on-site local work with the customer as well as travel up to 50% to support customers CONUS and OCONUS as necessary.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Establish, foster and strengthen relationships between company and targeted government customers.

  • Function as the account lead and work to integrate directly into the customers daily operations.

  • Responsible for understanding our technology / capabilities and championing accordingly.

  • Responsible for understanding all Tiers of the Air Force Network to support implementing new hardware and software solutions at the base level.

  • Work with the company marketing team to develop and implement marketing and business plans, operational roadmaps, and action plans for identified targets of opportunity.

  • Expand future opportunities by working with existing customers.

  • Identify new market opportunities and target markets. Document and maintain opportunities in company pipeline tools.

  • Develop customer relationships and maintain updated knowledge of customer plans, programs, and general market intelligence.

  • Develop an external network of solution partners and providers.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering departments.

  • Own the customer experience success from start to finish. Work closely with company development and engineer teams to ensure DevSecOps pipeline delivery dates track with customer targets and timelines.

  • Act as the focal point to pushing capabilities out to the customer. Ensure the customer is fully aware of relevant DevSecOps pipeline touchpoints to ensure acceptance of new updates, features or capabilities.

  • Support identifying, pursuing, and capturing new business opportunities within the Department of Defense (DoD).

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

+ + Security Clearance: A current TS/SCI level U.S. Government clearance is required; U.S. Citizenship required.

  • 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a B.A. in Business, a technical field, or related; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

  • Must have prior government or military experience with any of the following organizations: MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber.

  • Experience directly managing complex technical projects and or programs.

  • Understands budget practices and acquisitions shop with the organizations or has relationships with people who do.

  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with others. Ability to speak in a public forum.

  • Excellent interviewing skills including active listening and empathy.

  • Will participate in the full lifecycle of Business Development, including proposal support, staffing, opportunity identification, bid / no-bid analysis, RFI / Market Responses, etc.

  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, sometimes on short notice CONUS and OCONUS.

  • Ability to work a hybrid role with some time on-site with the customer and team.

  • Preferred Requirements

  • DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications may be required in this position as directed by the customer.

  • Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies and Cyber Security.

  • Technical background strong enough to determine system requirements and work closely with engineering and management to ensure accurate design and estimating would be an asset, but not required.

  • Any previous BDP experience is a huge plus.

The Role

HII is looking for an Accountant 2 with our Corporate office in Newport News, Virginia! This position with HII is responsible for supporting corporate general accounting duties and perform daily operations of corporate accounting functions, including, month-end close, consolidation, preparation of account reconciliations and journal entries, process disbursements, expense allocations, intercompany transfers and performing variance analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance. The Role

Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed. The Role

Coordinate Emerging Shipbuilder Connect events, p oint of contact for shipbuilder experience and o versee Shipbuilder Concierge activities, including supporting shipbuilder with signing up for Career counseling, Percipio account (if available), Clifton Strengths Coaching, Employee Resource Groups, Ingalls Champions and Culture Connectors.

Partner with Operations on continuing onboarding efforts in training center. Engage with shipbuilders through in-person and/or virtual touch bases throughout first year. Partner with Operations on 30 and 90 survey content and facilitation. Redesign and update content in new shipbuilder experience intranet. Work with IC&SE to build new shipbuilder experience on app. Facilitate transfer of onboarding questionnaire information to Chiefs of Staff to provide individualized approach for shipbuilders. Manage 6 month milestone gift order/pickup/inventory. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Must Have

3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suites.

Nice to Have

Experience working Human Resource

SHRM or PHR certification. Bilingual

Proven experience in delivering presentations and facilitating group discussions, especially with new shipbuilders

The Role

Shipfitter apprentices complete a 6000-hr. program. Shipfitter apprentices are first assigned to the Welding School for instruction in shielded metal arc tacking. After qualifying, apprentices begin a rotation through various production areas to hone in on skills. Apprentices engage in various methods of cutting, heating and burning as it applies to hand held torches as well as automated cutting, heating, and beveling processes. Safe operating procedures are emphasized as apprentices learn to cut and shape steel plating and layout using mathematical functions. Apprentices also identify and use various measuring devices in metric and standard format as it relates to the ship's frame, hull and superstructure. Apprentices also learn shipyard terminology, related tools, equipment and process to perform the basic tasks while building their knowledge of the maritime industry.

Summary

Mission Technologies a division of HII seeks a current Reserve, Air National Guard or retired/separated U.S. military fighter pilot or systems operator to fill the role of a Fighter Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Distributed Training Center (DTC) in O'Fallon, IL. What you will do

Leads and facilitates mission briefings and debriefings as well as evaluates simulator design and training effectiveness to provide maximum proficiency. Collaborates with MAF Aircrew Training Device providers and our customers to determine exercise requirements that will enable the units to meet the MAF DMO Program vision to enhance Global Reach through a network of live, virtual, and constructive training capabilities. Provides operational and tactical level experience in integrated employment of MAF DTC core missions, with specific expertise in air battle management and Blue Force integration. Expertise in sister service core missions may be appropriate and requested for training joint customers. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to support DTC Operational Training events

  • Lead the development, coordination, and integration of MAF Mission Profile (MMP) Events to maximize training.

The SSN Fleet Support Assistance Chief Test Engineer (ACTE) Engineer Lead Test is a demanding position that requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the management of the Los Angeles Class Combat Systems (CS) Test Program. Requires a Los Angeles Class Lead Test Engineer (LTE) Qualification. The ELT must be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers. The E25 NPE ACTE ELT will assist and backup the E25 NPE CTE who is the Joint Test Group (JTG) member responsible for managing and executing the test index and schedule; test procedure issue and final acceptance; manage the NAVSEA 6010 execution; sea trial planning and execution; manage all external customers and interfaces and report overall NPE status. The ELT must have knowledge of safety requirements and coordinate with functional supervisors, waterfront construction and Ship's Force to ensure that test program is conducted safely and is accomplished in accordance with Ship Yard and NAVSEA approved requirements and procedures.

What You Will Do

  • Designs components or portions of systems and modifies existing designs to develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations.
