Job Description
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a quality military veteran or IC Agency counterpart to join our team supporting customer operations on-site in the Maryland area. This position is for a Lead Military Analyst (Military Operations Analyst 3), directly supporting the customer and functioning as their primary conduit for operational support of Identity Management (IM) physical and virtual activities supporting worldwide missions. The team of analysts assists with enabling technical and tactical operations based on their expert assessments of the operating environment and the adversary in conjunction with the common operational picture. The Lead Military Analyst will enhance joint collaborative planning and assist all echelons to achieve operational dominance.
Provides policy and IM recommendations to government senior-level staff, based on a comprehensive analysis that utilizes the tenets, principles, and DoD directives associated with IM methodologies. The incumbent will work independently or in small group situations, developing solutions to problem sets, including alternatives based on a thorough knowledge of the situation utilizing IM principles in recommending viable options.
Under the direction of the designated HII project manager, and within the scope of work, the Lead will perform multi-faceted sensitive assignments requiring the analysis and synthesis of complex systems and assigned projects supporting the CCMD.
As the Lead, the incumbent will serve as the focal point for liaison activities with CCMD program staff and other military organizations as assigned. The Lead works closely with the customer to anticipate future requirements and develops and evaluates plans for projects or program activities that meet the urgent operational needs of the command.
Additionally, the Lead will use best practices and ingenuity to assess and recommend the feasibility of proposed approaches to solve problems. The incumbent must possess a thorough knowledge of applicable operational mission areas and national defense requirements.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Leadership: Leads and participates in working groups, program development forums, analytical activities, readiness exercises, training, education, and other forums as required to accomplish contract requirements.
Operational Analysis: Lead the analysis and provide recommendations on issues dealing with military command control and communications, electronic warfare, weapon systems, contingency operations, Military Tactics Techniques and Procedures (MTTP), force planning, and training exercises.
Coordination: Coordinates with user community representatives throughout all phases of development concerning requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives.
Quality Assurance: Establishes and monitors standards for the quality of programs and documents. Assists in the resolution of project and program priorities. Ensures quality control throughout all contract activities.
Communication: Demonstrates superior writing and presentation skills to develop briefings, documents, papers, conceptual, and analytical reports for clients.
Training Assessment: Investigate the conduct and results of operational user training, military maneuvers, or simulated wartime operations undertaken to maintain the capabilities of a force.
Program Evaluation: Compares, analyzes, and evaluates the relative merits of program designs and alternatives.
Doctrine Application: Applies established and emerging doctrine and tactics in changes or modifications to system design and development.
Impact Assessment: Assesses the impact of programmatic and technical options on user requirements and doctrine.
Reporting: Prepares reports and briefs summarizing support requirements, deficiencies, and investments for programs and systems.
Joint Operations: Operates in joint and DoD unique environments as required.
Operational Proficiency: Applies extensive operational background and experience gained from military/civil service and leadership roles, as well as operational proficiency in advanced analytic operational theory and IM principles, during joint and combined operations at tactical, operational, and strategic levels of warfare to solve current and future mission needs or to correct problem areas.
Project Development: Initiates and develops operational ideas in specialty areas and develops effective implementation schemes. Plans, develops, and coordinates several small complex projects.
Security Compliance: Maintains and complies with security procedures in the performance of duties.
Mentorship: Provide direction, training, and assistance to other program staff as an expert in a particular field of study.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of intelligence/IM analyst experience.
Experience with various techniques applied to IM methodologies.
Maintain knowledge of established IM and OPSEC plans.
Experience in determining the operational validity of a unit's IM Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
Knowledge of various open sources, digital behaviors, and common platforms used in one or more CCMD AORs.
Experience within the Intelligence Community, CCMDs (J2X/3X), or Federal Law Enforcement in the specialty areas of CI/HUMINT, Cyber, and SIGINT.
Experience in Surveillance Detection Route (SDR) and Counter-surveillance planning.
Other: Position may require supporting multiple DoD customers. Must be able to travel to points within the designated area of responsibility on an "as required" basis. Current/active US Passport and medically cleared to deploy.
TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly, REQUIRED.

Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of intelligence/IM analyst experience.
Successful completion of the following JCITA courses: Advanced Planners Course; Advanced Technicians Course; Due Diligence Course; or the FOSS course.
DoD or military service special agent credentialing course.
DoD or military service intelligence analyst producing course.
DoD or military service training in SDR/Fieldcraft.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Physical Requirements

Summary
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Project Management Analyst to help support multiple programs in the C5ISR Systems operation. The selected candidate will work closely with a team of engineers, designers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. This role will be critical to the organization and aid with developing & delivering cutting-edge technologies/solutions to protect national security.
The selected candidate will be responsible for working with engineering leaders and program managers to ensure successful project execution. Projects will include multidisciplinary engineering teams developing complex electronics systems for a variety of DoD customers. Daily activities will include project execution, tracking project status, financials, risks, opportunities, customer communications, and development of status reports.
What You Will Do
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Interface with internal HII functional teams including finance, contracts, subcontracts for successful project execution

This Marine Elevator Mechanic position supports Elevator Support Unit (ESU) by performing a variety of skilled trades, maintenance and technical tasks on aircraft carrier elevators, cargo handling systems and associated equipment, including aircraft elevators, weapons elevators and vertical stores conveyors. What You Will Do

- A sound understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and software design patterns

Job Description
Join our Elevator Support Unit (ESU)! The position will support contracted skilled trades work on Weapon Elevators and Aircraft Elevators and their systems on U.S. Navy ships. The selected candidate will support ESU by performing a variety of skilled trades, maintenance and technical tasks on aircraft carrier elevators, cargo handling systems and associated equipment, including aircraft elevators, weapons elevators and vertical stores conveyors. The selected candidate will work closely with higher level employee in specialized assignments and may train/assist other employees/navy personal on shipboard systems and day-today operation. Essential Job Responsibilities
Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time. Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. May provide onsite training of customer support personnel. Applies understanding of production and processes to assignments. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May assist in the development and use technical documents including controlled work packages, formal work processes and procedures, test documents, reports and task or trip reports. Performs duties outside of specialty in order to complete installation or work assignment.
Minimum Qualifications
High School education, or Trade School or equivalent, and 2 years of related experience.
Must have experience performing troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and testing of mechanical systems.
Must be able to read blueprints, technical manuals and/or related technical documents.

Preferred Requirements

Summary
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the RS20 ITEAMS Missile Systems Engineer, to support our team and customer in Huntsville, AL. This critical role will oversee the design, development, and integration of electrical, aerospace, and computer engineering systems for advanced missile and launch vehicle systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of project milestones and deliverables.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Leveraging previous efforts and all-source intelligence, define the missile operations including: engagement planning, missile prep, launch, boost, sustain, midcourse, communications, guidance, navigation, control, seeker(s) activation, target search, target acquisition, target resolve, target discrimination, target track, counter jamming, terminal phase, endgame
Assess engagement planning algorithms
Assess communication methods and data content between the missile and other ground components of the SAM system
Develop an overall block diagram of the missile that is consistent with the individual subsystem designs
Develop a diagram depicting phases of flight and guidance methods
Ensure the characterization is consistent with the overall SAM system performance and design
Document the Missile Operations/Performance assessments in an Interim Missile ITEAMS Performance Report in Microsoft Word for entry into MKB
Document the Launcher assessment in an Interim Missile ITEAMS
Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical, aerospace, and computer engineering systems for missile operations, performance, and launcher systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of project activities.
Conduct performance analyses, simulations, and testing to evaluate and optimize missile and launcher system performance, reliability, and safety.
Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols for verifying system requirements and specifications.
Participate in technical reviews, design reviews, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues and risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to missile and launch vehicle systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders and project teams.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and technologies in the aerospace and defense industry, and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience (with portion in last 2 years) in the aerospace and defense industry, with a focus on missile systems, launch vehicles, or related technologies.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical, aerospace, and computer engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.
Proficiency in engineering design software, simulation tools, and programming languages relevant to the role.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to missile and launch vehicle systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

The Role
Estimates labor and material costs of manufacturing and engineering based on request for proposal (RFP) data submitted by prospective customers. Analyzes specifications, including sketches, blueprints, bills of material, or sample layouts, and calculates production costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data. Collects cost data from functional representatives, subcontractors, and vendors. Computes cost estimates of raw materials or subcontracted work and labor. Prepares and maintains historical cost data. Creates cost models for cost estimating elements. Prepares cost reports and presents findings to management, contract personnel, proposal coordinators, customer representatives, price auditors, vendors, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate should be a proactive, team-oriented, resourceful, independent/critical thinker, solutions-focused, adaptable, and flexible individual that can work with minimal supervision. It is preferred that the candidate have RCOH trade and estimating experience so that they will have familiarity with the RCOH Planning Alpha Acquisition process to be able to estimate and help lead/train others on the team. Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary due to the collaborative nature of this position with the other functional areas of NNS, as well as external customers. Occasional travel is needed in order to support ship-checks onboard nuclear powered aircraft carriers and meetings held outside of the normal office space.
