Reports to: President of Distribution and Vice President of Digital Marketing & Strategy

The Role:

Roc Nation is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Influencer Strategy to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This position reports t o both the President of Distribution and Vice President of Digital Marketing & Strategy and serves as a key member of the Roc Nation digital team servicing Distribution clients. The ideal candidate will lead influencer partnerships, strategies, and campaigns to amplify the reach of our artists and music projects. This individual will work closely with influencers, creators, and internal teams to craft innovative, data-driven campaigns that elevate the profile of our artists, increase fan engagement, and drive music distribution goals across streaming platforms and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Campaign Strategy: Design and execute influencer strategies to promote Roc Nation's artists and music projects. Focus on driving organic engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube through both paid and organic influencer partnerships.

  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, music influencers, and talent agencies. Identify creators with a strong cultural fit for our artists, overseeing collaborations that align with album releases, singles, and music video launches.

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, from briefing influencers on deliverables to managing timelines and ensuring successful execution. Handle contracts, legal approvals, and communication to ensure all deliverables meet campaign objectives.

  • Tracking & Reporting: Track influencer campaigns, monitor key performance metrics, and generate reports on campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and optimization strategies to improve future campaigns.

  • Trends Forecasting: Stay on top of evolving social media trends and their relevance to Gen Z audiences. Use these insights to keep Roc Nation's music campaigns innovative & cutting-edge

    Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a significant portion of that experience within the entertainment, music, or sports industries

  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis

  • Strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies in the music industry

  • Experience handling influencer agreements, contract management, and campaign budgets

  • A passion for music, sports, and entertainment, with the ability to think creatively and strategically about influencer partnerships amplify our brand and our clients

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns accordingly

  • Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to execute under pressure, highly organized, and proactive

  • Drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player by being collaborative, positive, and flexible

The JOB

The Production Manager is responsible for the on-stage, backstage, show settlement and other technical details of concerts and events at Live Nation-operated venues and third party venues including theatres, clubs, stadiums and arenas in the local market and surrounding areas.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Coordination between tour/private production and venues. Advancing and obtaining presale technical information, including production needs, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes.

  • Interface with local contractors (vendors) and tours, clients renting Live Nation venues and venue production teams when Live Nation is a client at a venue for all show requirements, including stagehands, runners, security, casual labor and rental equipment, with an emphasis on quality, reliability and cost.

  • Day of show management of concert/private events from load in to load out, with an emphasis on customer (artist/client) service, adherence to time schedules, sound restrictions and cost containment.

  • Show settlement, artist and vendor payments on events

  • Live Nation representative at scheduled shows for business unit and production and show settlement responsibilities for non-Amphitheater shows in market, as directed.

  • Coordinate and manages approved subcontractors and third party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Combination 4 plus years' experience as Production Manager, promoter rep, or event coordinator; general knowledge of venue operations preferred

  • Possess strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail/problem solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment

  • Be a self-motivated individual who possesses a -roll up the sleeves attitude- and a -hands-on- style, as well as the aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, results- oriented environment

THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking an Operations Team Member to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties, handling the operations and logistics in preparing the venue for concerts and special events to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.

The JOB

We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator.   • Sell VIP Upgrades such as: Premium Seats, Priority Entry & various premium upgrade products to concert patrons on nights of shows.

I. Essential Duties

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly financial goals

  • Proactively solicit new business opportunities by conducting effective sales calls, facilitate meetings and presentations to potential clients, handle special event inquiry calls, negotiate space, assist with client catering needs through local caterer, create event proposals and conduct site inspections.

  • Develop strategic and promotional plan to drive Special Event/Rental sales for the venue/region to reach/exceed annual goal. Plan to include strategic initiatives, competitive analysis, insights on new areas of opportunity, etc.

  • Sales generation - maximize revenue while developing long-term relationships with clients (both local and national)

  • Monitor changes in the sales / special events industry and develop strategies to improve and adjust to those changes

  • Evaluate/identify potential business from new clients for both local market venues as well as Live Nation's portfolio of opportunities

  • Seek out and develop relationship with local industries (i.e. corporations, hotels, non-profits, etc)

  • Fully integrate into CVB to capitalize on the corporate and convention business that comes to the local market

II. Supervision of the Department(s)

  • Actively train and develop team on effective sales calls, prospecting and presentations

  • Manage Sales Managers and provide strategic direction on how they can reach/exceed their individual goals, both short-term and long-term

  • Execute weekly department meetings to keep staff informed, assess/set goals and create strategies for new business development

  • Provide a positive and creative team environment within the department(s)

  • Oversee daily management of sales team

  • Ensure accuracy and delivery of all required reports (SEO's, leads, event calendars, forecasting, sales revenue reports, etc) are distributed in a timely manner for proper planning

  • Understand all operational department responsibilities, capabilities and limitations to smoothly ensure maximum guest satisfaction and operational communication

  • Serve as an advisor to staff members on logistical arrangements, recommend and monitor new business opportunities, develop professional and personal goals of the staff maximizing productivity and stimulating growth, both internally and externally

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years sales experience in the hospitality industry

  • Skill in Interpersonal communications, organization, financial knowledge, and team building

THE ROLE

Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Brand Marketing Intern to join the Brand Strategy team in Calabasas. This position will assist & learn about several of the key teams underneath the marketing umbrella with a focus on the Brand Strategy department. This position reports to the Brand Strategy Department. This is a paid internship and is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with and shadow leads from all Insomniac's marketing divisions, including festival marketing, concert marketing, marketing technology, digital advertising, social marketing, and more.

  • Contribute creative ideas to the brand strategy team for content and campaigns, and research trends in alignment with our brands.

  • Assist with project management tasks via Asana, including streamlining asset approvals, improving organization, and submitting tickets

  • Act as a critical thinker, anticipating challenges and proposing effective solutions to ensure the brand's success

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across multiple marketing channels.

  • Assist with updating content briefs that align with our brand's voice and resonate with our target audience

    QUALIFICATIONS

THE ROLE

The Oracle Financials Functional Lead position is a key role, focused on leading the key customer initiatives related to the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud ERP (GL, FA, Projects), Cloud EPM (FCC, ARCS, EDMC) modules among others, to drive Finance Transformation and Innovation.

  • Provide primary level of support to Oracle Cloud ERP applications for customers in North America and South America and Mexico, across the financials modules.

  • Lead assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Financials modules to newly acquired companies.

  • Engage and actively participate in ongoing Oracle Cloud Financials implementation project.

  • Partner with customers business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle - requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

  • Ensure high quality and value-added documentation of functional and technical solution design for review, update, and approval for implementation.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 10+ years prior experience with Oracle ERP Financials

  • 5+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations is required.

  • Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials in the LATAM countries and Mexico, with experience in localization requirements for those countries

  • Strong preference to candidates with Spanish and Portuguese language skills

  • Ability to perform SQL queries and have knowledge of backend table structures.

THE JOB

The Director of Premium Sales and Service is responsible for the long-term retention and growth of our full season, membership, group, and hospitality package members as well as other revenue-generating programs as added to the product portfolio. This will include the service, support and maintenance of assigned customer accounts and meeting all pre-determined individual and department sales and service performance goals. This sales position will be responsible for multiple amphitheater/ballroom/club retention sales within an assigned region.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Responsible for establishing, nurturing and maximizing positive relationships with existing members and annually renewing their full season memberships via all touchpoints- calls, emails, seat visits and events

  • Design, present and execute annual proposals to existing premium clients and referrals

  • Develop new business sales opportunities by generating referrals, prospecting, and upselling current accounts

  • Meet and exceed specific levels of activity, appointments and revenue goals while exceeding the member expectation

  • Serve as the venue sales ambassador in the community while partnering with the local Convention and Visitor's Bureau, Chambers of Commerce, Meeting Planners Associations, and similar type organizations

  • Work in partnership with the Director of Regional Business Development as well as Sales Coordinator to cover specific shows to network with current and prospective guests to ensure the show experience is exceeding expectations

  • Enter all pertinent customer interaction information in KORE/Salesforce.com for efficient reporting and historical data purposes

  • Report directly to the Regional Director

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in sports/entertainment management, business or related field is required

  • Five to ten years direct business to business sales experience, preferably in premium seat sales, sponsorship, media or sports marketing

  • A proven track record in relationship building and networking skills with ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of an organization

  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales funnel across multiple entertainment/sports properties with a sense of urgency, sometimes under a high level of pressure

  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards retention of existing memberships

  • Highly motivated, naturally assertive, with a positive attitude

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Prior experience with Archtics and KORE/Salesforce.com is a plus

THE JOB

THE JOB

The FP&A Director is a key strategic Global Finance role responsible for setting business expectations and delivering financial results to the CFO, COO and President of Ticketmaster and the finance executives of our parent Live Nation Entertainment. This is a new role reporting to the VP, Corporate F&PA that will lead a team of 4 direct and indirect reports to own North America FP&A as well as integrate results from finance partners across the business into meaningful Global reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent quantitative, written and verbal skills and has the proven ability to present financial information in a concise & meaningful manner. The candidate must be able to translate detailed, interrelated financial information to various audiences, identifying business drivers and their ultimate outcomes.

Reporting to Ticketmaster's VP of Corporate FP&A, the FP&A Director will work closely with peers in Finance and strategic partners across the company to incorporate real-time data into budgets and forecasts.

  • Own the strategic narrative for executive reports, ensuring alignment of financial results and key metrics with corporate strategy and growth objectives

THE JOB

This role will support Marketing/Success Managers by helping them with the daily management of clients within Ticketmaster's Venues & Promoters vertical. This role will be responsible for but not limited to: managing incoming client requests for marketing support in coordination with our Marketing Solutions Team, scheduling emails to the Ticketmaster database, supporting the execution of digital media campaigns (programmatic, social, SEM + SMS campaigns). This individual must have the ability to successfully operate in an incredibly fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple ongoing assignments, and unplanned assignments and interruptions from both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this role will be required to prioritize and carry out these assignments effectively such that s/he exceeds reasonable internal and external expectations. The ideal candidate will be located near Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX - although this role is 100% remote.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Establish and maintain an organizational system to track requests/needs of Marketing Managers and clients to ensure no opportunities or deadlines are missed.

  • Execute tactical marketing initiatives utilizing Ticketmaster's internal tools or routing requests to appropriate internal teams.

  • Host conference calls /zoom meetings to present Ticketmaster's Suite of Marketing Assets to new clients/new contacts.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers.

  • Report results on marketing tactics when available.

  • In partnership with other MOCs, take on responsibility for monitoring and replying to requests from select clients. Requests may include marketing asset and reporting tools education, ability to outline strong marketing recommendations based on specific client needs, address client questions and concerns in a timely manner, etc.

  • Keep current on industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading trade publications.

  • Serve as, in some cases, the principal liaison with clients.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • BA/BS in Marketing or a related field.

  • Be Data driven, with deep understanding of advertising performance metrics

  • Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management

  • Strong Excel skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets with at least one BI tool.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

  • Ability to lead multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail

  • Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal

Job Summary:

Roc Nation is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Marketing and Strategy. This position reports to the VP, Digital Marketing & Strategy and serves as a key member of the Roc Nation digital team servicing A-List Management clients. The role will support continued development and growth for a diverse roster of Roc Nation artists. Responsibilities will include executing promotional campaigns, designing and implementing creative marketing plans, securing digital retail merchandising/playlisting, facilitating requests between partners, managers and artists and maintaining artist web & social platforms. This Associate Director will be responsible for shaping both digital strategy and the execution of plans, including social media publishing, on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Marketing. Develop and execute digital marketing/sales and content distribution strategies for client; prepare pitches to key digital retail, mobile, and online promotional partners to secure retail campaigns and marketing opportunities for releases

  • Partner Management. Support and manage relationships with key digital partner accounts; liaise with label distribution partners to execute digital sales plans and marketing initiatives

  • Content Development. Produce and post digital content, including text, images, videos; liaise with artist and their team to develop artist generated content

  • Site and Social Development / Management. Support and manage new artist site builds and launches; maintain and update artist sites, social media profiles & Roc Nation properties

  • Creative Marketing and Revenue Development. Grow artist awareness, site traffic and content syndication through third party editorials, feature placements, social networking strategies, influencer marketing, marketing programs, D2C initiatives, contests/sweepstakes and exclusive content promotions to drive revenue

  • Reporting and Analysis. Compile and distribute regular reports to internal team; utilize data to evaluate campaign efficacy; evaluate internal and competitive digital campaign performances to determine each promotion's success and areas of opportunity/growth; create reports for artists and external partners

  • Other Priority Marketing. Develop and execute content release campaigns, tour promotions, and other marketing efforts as needed around artist's launches

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years experience managing the use of and/or relationships with digital distribution and social platforms

  • Extensive knowledge of and passion for the music market

  • An in-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, new technologies and digital music services

  • Excellent copywriting skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • The highest attention to detail

  • Track record building and maintaining strong business relationships

  • Strong oral/written communication skills

  • The drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive and flexible

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Experience running reports and exporting data from Google Analytics, email service providers, CRM and other audio/video/social platforms

  • Experience working with social management and listening platforms

  • Experience working with content management systems; especially Wordpress

  • Knowledge using basic audio, photo and video editing programs

THE JOB

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR Director and the House of Blues New Orleans Team

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Work closely with the HR Director and Venue Management to facilitate and coordinate an exceptional on-boarding process for part time / seasonal employees at the HOB New Orleans

THE JOB

Working in conjunction with our promoters, marketing and production teams, this position is responsible for the planning and execution of concerts, as well as responsible for managing the internal processes relating to these events.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Establish, build and maintain positive relations with agents, managers and industry representatives

  • Oversee Marketing, Ticketing and production for each event booked

  • Handle all regional and national agents

  • Negotiate all contractual agreements between LN and artist agents

  • Coordinate with alliances departments regarding submission and approval of sponsor initiatives

  • Responsible for forecast projections of events booked

  • Manage internal documentation as required (ROME, calendars, ticketing, etc)

  • Maintain calendar at venues booked

  • Represent Live Nation at Industry/Office events as requested.

  • Ensure and maintain superior customer service

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

THE JOB - Operations Assistant at Tabernacle

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Works directly with the venue leadership or Operations Manager to perform day of show duties

  • Respond to or elevate staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities, as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades

  • Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy

  • Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members

The JOB

We are currently looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's marketing efforts including artist and audience research, coordination, and delivery of marketing assets to marketing partners, invoice coding and payment and event marketing recap reports.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the Regional Marketing Management Team

  • Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with applicable marketing partners throughout the region

  • Compile advertising settlement recap reports for locally booked events

  • Code and process incoming advertising invoices

  • Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans

  • Assist with any grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials)

  • Assist the local sponsorship team with annual local sponsorship marketing recaps

  • Assist the local PR team in compiling local show information for press releases

  • Assist in digital ad and e-card placements as needed.

  • Reach out to media and promo partners to help gather promotional proposals as needed.

  • Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools

  • Day of show event coverage as necessary

  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings is required (as dictated by show dates, deadlines, etc.)

  • Assist in additional duties as needed

  • This role will be required to be based in the Minneapolis area and will have a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote, but will be subject to change per management's discretion.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

  • Extensive music knowledge: event planning, concert or sports marketing experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks.

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure, team setting

  • Strong collaboration skills - can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials to effectively convey essential messages and event details to both the media and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist in media relations efforts which include compiling media lists, crafting quotes, and key talking points.

  • Monitor all Insomniac press coverage and compile a daily coverage report for the PR team

  • Participate in department meetings and conference calls.

  • Monitor and respond to emails received at press@insomniac.com
