THE ROLE:

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee management of financial statements, prepare forecast and budget data across multiple countries in Latin America, analyze & prepare key financial schedules/deliverables and assist in other special reporting projects as needed.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:

  • Role will entail hands on management of international accounting and reporting

  • Responsible for preparation and oversight of financial statements, including maintaining balance sheets (account reconciliations and bank reconciliations) as well as preparing and analyzing the P&L.

  • Assist in preparation of all key forecast and budget schedules across an array of companies and locations; analyze forecast/budget data and assist in preparation of required forecast/budget schedules.

  • Month end close and SOX reporting

  • Fixed cost review and management, including recording of appropriate accruals

  • Make sure that all receivables, receipts, and payable items are processed and recorded accurately and timely; participate in and monitor collection of receivables

  • Assist in preparation of all applicable sales and use tax returns

  • Assist with special projects as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA strongly preferred, MBA a plus

  • 7 years comparable work experience

  • 3+ years' experience in financial statement preparation / general ledger accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting operations

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

  • Oracle experience preferred but not required

  • Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Ideal candidate is bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

THE JOB

The Concerts Technology team is looking for highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in providing on-site IT support at Live Nation events and venues across the country. As a Venue IT Support Representative, you can expect to gain real-world experience and an intimate understanding of IT service delivery concepts as you learn valuable operational and procedural skills and develop your troubleshooting abilities in an exciting/dynamic industry.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance as needed to venue administrative, operations and production staff.

  • Identify, track and help to resolve persistent issues, and ensure venue technology problems, issues, or needs are reported to appropriate remote support or service delivery teams, following established escalation procedures.

  • Act as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams troubleshooting reported issues with venue technology

  • Be the onsite contact and provide guided access for visiting IT service or support providers

  • Provide onsite assistance to tour production by helping to establish artist Internet connectivity or otherwise fulfill the terms of artist/tour IT riders prior to and on -day of show.-

  • Provide proactive -day of show- IT event support by ensuring there are no outstanding IT hardware/software issues with point of sale or access control technologies prior to gates opening for fans.

  • Assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment including POS terminals.

  • Develop, demonstrate and leverage a comprehensive understanding of venue network connectivity and deployed technologies.

  • Participate as needed with seasonal IT preparation and validation, as well as shutdown and winterization.

  • Assist with the extension of existing venue IT infrastructure or implementation of new infrastructure to support special events such as festivals or private events.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Experience with and in-depth knowledge of Apple iOS, MS Windows, and network technologies is preferred

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) paired with a professional communication style

  • Self-motivated, capable of independent reasoning and troubleshooting

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail

  • Must be a reliable and dependable team player with ability to work independently and under little supervision

  • Must be able to adapt to a constantly changing and at times stressful work environment

  • This position requires flexibility with scheduling; including the ability to accommodate evening and weekend on-call shifts, holidays, as well as extended hours for events and summer festivals. Availability to consistently provide event support is a requirement of this role.

THE JOB - Lighting Engineer at the Tabernacle

Responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by performing the technical aspects related to the show(s) production. Assist in all aspects of stage & load in operations, assist in all on-site lighting & stage set up with a focus in lighting adjustments to artist or event specifications. THE JOB

The Booking Coordinator will support the Lead Booker and other talent team members in all aspects of buying responsibilities including preparation and distribution of offer sheets, administrative support, talent research and prospecting.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Booking Support

  • Create and prepare deal sheets in Rome

  • Obtain holds from venues and place and release holds in Rome

  • Obtain all details and show information from artist representatives and act as communications liaison between artist and venues

  • Coordinate with artist and internal staff to set up all announce and on sale dates

  • Complete and distribute Show Confirmations and Event Status Sheets to internal staff, venues and partners

  • Update and maintain offer templates, venue and artist info in Rome

  • Create reports as needed and distribute to pertinent internal and external stakeholders

Administrative Support

  • Execute artist contracts and venue leases per company guidelines and return to artist agencies and venue partners

  • Complete artist deposit payments

  • Complete artist and venue show settlements night of show and post show as needed. Deliver all completed settlement information to finance team

  • Manage show files to ensure all essential documents are present prior to day of show. Including but not limited to headliner and support contracts, riders, and W9's.

  • Assist with industry and guest ticketing requests and serve as liaison on site as needed

  • Complete expense reports and book travel as needed

Research and Talent Prospecting

  • Research new, up and coming artists, and distribute info to Lead Booker and rest of the booking team

  • Serve as a key member of the booking team, participate in meetings and discussions, deliver new and exciting ideas on artists, processes, and best practices

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 5+ years - Experience in data analysis

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an assistant is preferred.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook (including group scheduling) and well-versed in Excel and database programs and ability to work with accounting and financial departments.

  • Ability to navigate internal sales admin system for most daily tasks.

  • Ability to navigate the internet as a communication and research tool.

THE ROLE

The PR Coordinator will provide support to the publicity team across Insomniac's expansive portfolio of concerts, festivals and new business initiatives. This position will compile press clips, track marketing assets and timelines, execute creative brainstorms, write press releases and news pitches, track the competitive landscape, and other administrative tasks. This position reports to the PR Manager and is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile and deliver daily Insomniac press clips and weekly reports to PR team and brand stakeholders

  • Research and main up-to-date media database and contact lists for all media types and global markets with current Insomniac presence

  • Build target media lists for concert and festival announcements for PR team to pitch and secure coverage opportunities

  • Participate in team brainstorms for event strategy and planning, listen in on department meetings and conference calls

THE JOB

Live Nation is seeking a Backstage Experience Coordinator. The position will directly report to the venue General Manger. The Backstage Experience Coordinator (BEC) will be responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house expectations & backstage division-wide goals while ensuring that our Artist Commitment is met or exceeded. This role will act as a hospitality-focused position ensuring a phenomenal experience for touring personnel backstage. This is a seasonal, hourly position. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business needs and may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week or more during peak season.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • In partnership with the venue General Manager, the Backstage Experience Coordinator is responsible for administering various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel.

  • The Backstage Experience Coordinator will maintain back of house hospitality expectations & backstage division-wide goals.

  • The Backstage Experience Coordinator will meet & greet the tours upon arrival to the venue and be available to assign dressing rooms and is the point of contact for all hospitality needs.

  • Where possible- wash, dry and fold all tour laundry as well as hand and bath towels. The Backstage Experience Coordinator will check dressing rooms periodically through the day to tidy up and collect any towels to be washed.

  • Partner with local backstage catering to ensure the Artists rider requirements are met and the culinary experience exceeds the artist's and touring personnel's expectations.

  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating the bands about our efforts.

  • Will be the backstage brand ambassador and the face of the service culture program.

  • Responsible for completing the Post Event Service Recap and analyze other venue service reports to create action plans for service improvements in partnership with the Artist Services team & Venue GM.

  • Research best practices and collaborate with the Artist Services team & Venue GM to develop venue opportunities to increase engagement, increase Artist/Crew satisfaction.

  • Work with Production Managers & Catering Teams to help facilitate advances.

  • Pre and post show walk through with checklist to make ready all backstage Artist & Touring crew areas and notate any damage to be repairs.

  • Oversee all dressing room and bus stock, including after-show meal coordination.

  • In coordination with the General and Production Managers, co-manage any applicable backstage program budget and process vendor invoices.

  • Will act as the lead in maintaining metrics and sharing information with the Artist Services Team, tracking historic data on Tours & details regarding Artist choices/favorites and manage the backstage tour personnel survey and competition rate for your venue.

  • Partner with the venue's Production Manager, Artist Services team and LN Tour rep to create memorable, hospitality-minded moments at every show, including but not limited to birthdays and special celebrations.

THE JOB

This position oversees accounting and control in a corporate setting, and interacts with multiple divisions, including the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. THE ROLE

The Junior CAD Designer is responsible for creating detailed 2D site plans for all Insomniac festivals and concerts. You will work in an office setting, but will at times need to fulfill travel requirements and work on site. This position reports to the Senior CAD Designer and is based in our Calabasas, CA office. This is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare detailed, multi-layered 2D site plans drawings for all experience elements for festivals and concerts using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Ensure that safety standards are maintained on every experience plan and understand code for each city

  • Help develop and maintain a standard site plan layout for all Insomniac concerts and festivals to accelerate the site plan development process

  • Conduct site visits to gather data needed to complete the site plans for each show

  • Maintain in-office equipment

  • Be able to specify a series of points or select an object to find the enclosed area and other geometric information from objects such as distance, radius, angle, and volume

  • Create GEOTAGGED files for GPS markings for each venue as needed

  • Prepare capacity studies for the entire site and for specific stage audience areas as requested

  • Create as-built plans of each festival/concert for record keeping and use in future planning

  • Communicate with various departments and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings

  • Some travel as needed

  • Identify and communicate potential design problems to festival producer and senior CAD designer

  • Manage workflow by utilizing project management tool (Asana)

  • Maintain media content from as-built footage

  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of experience in 2D/3D CAD work, ideally in outdoor applications

  • Live event experience strongly preferred

  • Detail oriented with a strong grasp of the overall big picture

  • Strong understanding of prioritization in a demanding & fast-paced work environment

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in organization and multitasking on projects pertaining to numerous shows at once

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
