Job Summary
The successful candidate will Provide Systems Administration support to the Test Resource Management Center's (TRMC) All Domain Test Range (ADTR) and INDOPACOM Pacific-Rim Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability Team, Joint Mission Environment Test Capability (JMETC) Secret Network (JSN) Node, JMETC Multiple Independent Levels of Security Network (JMN) Node, Secret Defense Research and Engineering Network (SDREN), Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN);
As a SA, you will be a critical part of our team responsible for evaluating customer requirements pertaining to complex technical challenges. You will assist with providing solutions to complex problems in a manner which meets both functional and security requirements. You will be responsible for keeping the team's testing environment operational and in compliance with all TRMC directives and applicable RMF requirements. To do this you will frequently work with other distributed team members to discuss current system status and desired future enhancements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of: computer systems hardware, network gear, software, information systems & peripheral equipment such as servers, desktops, zero clients, storage devices, and virtualization infrastructure.
Install, maintain, upgrade and configure systems (Windows/Linux/VMWare/SQL Server, Horizon UAG, VDI)
Maintain security and recovery procedures such as patching, applying STIGs, and performing backups of systems.
Administration of infrastructure including but not limited to: servers, zero clients, malware protection software, HBSS, syslog servers, databases, ACAS, etc.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and/or security issue resolution.
Identify potential risks or inefficiencies associated with the configuration of the system and recommends appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with data security policies, relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and TRMC cyber security program implementation plans in accordance with TRMC directives and applicable RMF requirements.
Authors and/or reviews team standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation to ensure consistent systems configuration and knowledge transfer to other team members.
Basic Qualifications:
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A Top-SECURITY CLEARANCE
Minimum 5 years in a technical systems administration role
Education: Technical Bachelor's Degree (experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Willing to travel up to 25%

Strong background in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of virtualization environments -VMware preferred (VxRail, vSphere, vDS, NSX)
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure - Horizon, UAG, Provision and Maintain VM pools
Solid understanding and experience maintaining zero clients
Strong Windows Skills (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Web Application Proxy, ADFS, PKI)

KBR is seeking a NASA IT to support our Mission Control Center (MCC) for KBR's Science and Space division.
The Atlas Support Team (AST) is responsible for assisting users supporting mission, simulation, and test activities. The AST acts as the primary point of contact and maintains privileged access for resolving issues for individual users of the Mission Control Center Systems (MCCS), within the critical and moderate environments. The SC handles Disaster recovery, including backup processing within the MCCS. The AST coordinates with appropriate operations team personnel when additional support is required, including engineering or maintenance. The SC monitors specific systems to ensure availability and reliability, and the AST performs facility reporting and communication. Domestic travel may be required for supporting Backup Control Center (BCC) operations. Compliance with the personnel reliability program for flight critical personnel and security standards is required. Training must be completed within a year or management discretion.
Console operations are conducted 24/7, 365 days/year. All AST controllers support a rotating schedule covering three shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Quality Assurance Inspector will provide inspection support during all phases of hardware development, including design, fabrication and testing, in order to ensure compliance with established requirements and standards. Inspection services will be conducted from receipt of parts and materials through delivery of finished products. Inspection services will be conducted on mechanical parts, soft-goods assemblies and other products, including electrical and electronic assemblies. The Quality Assurance Inspector will also record non-conformances and participate in the development and execution of corrective actions.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental plan; must be committed to a high standard of safety and comply with all applicable safety laws and all Company safety policies and rules; must report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.- Responsible for compliance with the Quality Assurance Plan, policies and procedures- Complete all assigned training- Comply with all applicable KBR policies, procedures, and work instructions.- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and personal information to which access has been granted.- Positively represent HHPC and KBR at all times through a success-oriented and professional demeanor.- Perform detailed inspection of space flight hardware and ground support hardware and software.- Support qualification testing of space flight hardware and ground support hardware and software.- Support internal drawing reviews for space flight hardware and ground support hardware and software.- Support design reviews of space flight hardware and ground support hardware and software.- Support Test Readiness Reviews of space flight hardware and ground support hardware and software.- Support pre-delivery, and pre-installation acceptance testing of space flight hardware and ground support hardware and software.- Perform source inspections at outside suppliers.- Provide quality assurance support at remote locations (vendors, suppliers, testing facilities) in support of product requirements verification and compliance.- Provide informal quality assurance support for the development of prototype, engineering, and development units.- Conduct periodic inspections of all flight fabrication areas. Verify conditions in the flight fabrication areas comply with all applicable requirements.- Work with internal customers to resolve issues documented in the QA Discrepancy Reporting System.- Work with NASA/DCMA contract surveillance representatives to coordinate verification of Government Mandatory Inspection Points (GMIP).- Proactively maintain required training and certification required to conduct quality assurance inspections.- Promote and implement process improvements as needed. Work with QA management and Quality Management System personnel to update existing work instructions to reflect improvements and create new work instructions where appropriate.- Maintain knowledge and understanding of all applicable processes and work instructions and adhere to them.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable industry standards, guidelines, technology trends and project management methods. Stay abreast of industry best practices for Property and Logistics Management policies, procedures and technology. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, use, and/or implement a set of tools and techniques to perform data preparation, cleaning, and ingestion using data-oriented programming and customer-enabled tools. This could include VBA, R, Python, Java, SQL, and/or Regex depending on requirements. Position will be VBA and Regex heavy, with some others occasionally utilized.
Analyze data ingestion trends and patterns using business intelligence tools such as Teamcenter Reporting and Analysis (TcRA).
Prepare, import, and manage data using both a digital backbone Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) tool and functionality as well as a change and lifecycle management tool.
Potential to apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets. Visualize, interpret, and report data findings.

Basic Qualifications

Eight (8) years of directly related work experience in logistics.
Four (4) years of supervisory experience in logistics.
In depth knowledge of U.S. Navy logistics systems, inventory management, procurement, item identifications, warehousing, and material handling.
Working knowledge of U.S. Navy Expeditionary Force Logistics and NSE or NCE Table of Allowance (TOA) equipment is preferred.
Familiar with Lean principles, Yellow or Green Belt certification is preferred.
Experience in a Collective Bargaining Agreement working environment is preferred.
Demonstrate satisfactory written and oral communication skills.
Intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Must have a current security clearance or be able to obtain a security clearance to access government websites.

The purpose/function of this position is to perform system engineering integration for the Human Landing System (HLS) for future NASA lunar landing missions. System integration is performed as part of the HLS Crew Compartment (CrewCo) system engineering and integration work performed for the Moon to Mars (M2M) Lunar Exploration Program. Tasks include developing and updating requirements for Government Furnished Property (GFP)/Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), coordination of GFP process improvements, support to the HLS GFP management, participation in GFP safety reviews and verification efforts, and review of GFP-related Change Requests (CRs). GFP is a term used for GFE developed for a commercial provider. The person will work at Johnson Space Center with a large team of System Engineering and Integration (SE&I) personnel across multiple NASA centers in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
System engineering integration support to GFP interface requirements definition, associated verifications and milestone reviews.
Develop/coordinate/integrate potential GFP process improvements such as requirements management and certification streamlining.
Participate in/support GFP safety reviews, risk reviews and verification reviews as a representative of HLS Crew Compartment.
Review and provide comments on HLS and cross-program CRs that impinge upon GFP requirements, interfaces and management.

Responsibilities:
Duties will require successfully completing a training and skill certification process. Typically, the candidate will first train and become certified for a Mission Control Center console position. The individual may subsequently attain additional certifications required to train astronauts, cosmonauts, flight controllers, and other NASA and International Partner mission operations personnel on ISS systems content.
Specific duties associated with flight control positions include maintaining a safe environment for astronauts onboard ISS to work and live; monitoring of real-time status and performance of ISS systems; controlling ISS system operations from mission control; reporting status and anomalies to mission managers; determining mission impacts and implementing corrective actions; test and verification of operational products and analysis; integrating requirements with other systems and organizations; and the development and maintenance of operations products such as flight rules, console procedures, and technical references.
Certain positions require the candidate to support or lead technical analyses relating to spacecraft systems or trajectory operations. Individuals in this position may interface directly with the NASA customer, subcontractors, ISS program personnel, International Partners, and commercial vendors.
Candidates will have an opportunity to achieve additional certifications to support Exploration efforts such as Artemis missions to the Moon, which include the Orion, SLS, Gateway and HLS programs.
Entry level certified flight controllers may work evenings and weekend shifts during noncomplex operations. Flight controllers may then achieve additional certifications after a period of time to support more complex operations, which frequently occur during day shifts. As a certified Instructor the individual will support shifts as needed, develop training materials, participate in the conduct of simulations, and instruct crew and mission operations utilizing a variety of media and facilities.
Qualifications:
This is an entry-level position. Preferred position related experience 0-2 years (for Trajectory Operations position assignment, a minimum of 2 years position related experience is preferred).
This position requires successful completion of a government background check before commencement of employment.
Bachelor of Science Degree or anticipate graduation within the next 6 months in Engineering (ABET), Physics, or Mathematics. Knowledge of engineering principles and the ability to apply them to real-time operations is essential.
