Job Summary
The Senior Government Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to government laws and regulations, customer requirements, and internal operational policies, procedures, and systems. They will oversee and conduct operational reviews, as well as develop new policies and procedures as needed to maintain compliance. This role also involves aligning customer-site processes with the objectives and requirements of the Government Property Manual (GPM) to ensure ongoing compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure Global Asset Management (GAM) compliance with government laws, regulations, customer requirements, and internal operational policies, procedures, and systems.
Oversee Government Property (GP) sites and review GP Site Managers' product delivery reports before submitting items to the customer.
Conduct operational reviews and develop new policies and procedures to maintain ongoing compliance.
Maintain strong working relationships with customers, regulatory bodies, and industry groups.
Meet Voice-of-the-Customer (VOC) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement plans if performance falls short of expectations.
Train and mentor Global Asset Management (GAM) staff on Government Property and customer regulations.
Contribute to the development of functional strategy and may oversee global processes and procedures.
Identify and develop growth opportunities in property management to meet annual revenue targets, including proposal creation, cost estimation, and execution post-award.
Basic Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, including 4 years of experience in management.
In lieu of a degree, 14 years of directly related experience, with 6 years of experience in management.
In-depth knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 outcomes and requirements is essential.
Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and other government agency regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.
National Property Management Association (NPMA) certification at the CPPS (Certified Professional Property Specialist) level or higher is required; CPPA (Certified Professional Property Administrator) or CPPM (Certified Professional Property Manager).

Optical Engineer
KBR is seeking a highly motivated Optical Engineer.
Responsibilities
Provide expertise for the design of optical system analysis.
Support the design and operation of all-optical technologies and various phenomenologies using different sensor platforms.
Review, edit, and enhance vendor documentation, such as operating manuals and concepts of operations, to support operating electro-optic systems.
Operate prototype electro-optic systems.
Write results documentation, including recommendations on system parameters and settings necessary to improve the system's performance. Support program development documentation such as system requirements documents, concepts of operations, interagency support agreements, operational security plans, deployment plans, and test reports.
Travel as necessary to vendor facilities to evaluate system checkout, perform security accreditation, and provide independent documentation to assess the performance and capabilities of vendor-developed electro-optical systems.
Attend conferences and perform literature reviews, after which he/she will provide a written assessment of the current state-of-the-art with recommendations for future courses of action for the government.
Demonstrated expertise in design and optical system analysis.
Demonstrated strong proficiency working in optics in major system development.
Demonstrated experience in reviewing, editing, and enhancing vendor documentation to support operating electro-optic systems, such as operating manuals and concepts of operations.
Experience operating prototype electro-optic systems; proficient at recommending system parameters settings.
Experience providing test results documentation.
Experience supporting program development documentation such as system requirements documents, concepts of operations, interagency support agreements, operational security plans, deployment plans, and test reports.
Required Experience:

Experience characterizing all types of optical systems.
Experience designing and operating all optical technologies with deep expertise in collecting optical performance data from various phenomenologies using sensor platforms is preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage all quality improvement and staff meetings, conferences
Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health/organizational social work.
Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts as required.
Maintain accurate medical records of all patients seen and produces reports of evaluation and/or treatment.
Participate in military specific training. This position may include clinical supervision of unlicensed providers or trainees.
May be required to perform some, or all, of the following activities: Participates in and successfully completes required DoD or service required training; Contact referred patients to assess treatment adherence; Use validated symptom inventories to assess current symptom severity; Assess barriers to treatment adherence and help patient problem-solve solutions to barriers; Provide patients with education regarding their mental health condition and treatment regimen; maintain patient information in a patient registry; maintain accurate and current notes in the electronic medical records of all patients contacted for review by the managing physician; Routinely staffs difficult cases with the referring provider, behavioral health consultant and/or psychiatry consultant; and Performs case management functions.
Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training:
Position requires U.S. Citizenship.
This position requires a Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain a clearance.
Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent (MSSW, MSSA) degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
Maintain a current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Maintain credentialing requirements in good standing at a local MTF.
Minimum of two (2) years within the past five (5) years in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of professional standards and ethics regarding the delivery of clinical social work services.
Experience in brief behavioral interventions.
May be required to receive and maintain clinical practice privileges.
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
Must maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) by the American Heart Association; must provide front and back proof of all training/certs/documentation.

The SPARC program (Service Personnel Advancing Research on CTE) seeks to: 1) Provide education to service members, veterans, and their families on brain donation; 2) Register individuals for participation in the Brain Donation Awareness Registry; and 3) Recover whole specimens, process, and prepare for shipping using appropriate methods.
The goal of this program is to support research that is ongoing at the Uniformed Services University's Brain Tissue Repository related to military brain injury and chronic traumatic encephalopathy. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
Under the direction of the Senior Program Manager (SPM) and Donor Manager, the Donor Coordinator will supervise Donor Specialists on site, ensure clear communication with leadership and peers, and maintain compliance with contract requirements. The Donor Coordinator will establish relationships with local coroners, justice of the peace, medical examiners, and healthcare facilities to support logistics surrounding tissue acquisition and processing.
This position will be on-call on a rotating and regular basis and ensure coverage of on-call responsibilities of staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit weekly reports to Donor Team Manager of all activities of the site; meet with Donor Team Manager weekly to keep Program Manager abreast of all developments of activities and progress toward objectives on site.

This Emergency Essential (EE) position is in the KBR Shipboard Department for the APS-03 program, located on the Goose Creek Naval Weapons Station, Joint Base Charleston.
Roles and Responsibilities

Our workforce is paid hourly based on a guaranteed 40-hour work week; the daily schedule is from 6:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday (work hours are determined by the hiring manager).

The APS-3 daily schedule is a 4-day workweek with the potential for overtime during high-demand missions.

The AFCAP V Middle East BOS Facilities/DFAC Supervisor is responsible for planning, managing and resolving customer requests and inquiries related to the operations that occur at a facility which includes scheduling, monitoring, managing, and participating in the preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance of all facilities at the project site. This includes a dining facility, dorms, latrine/shower/shave facilities, laundries, and other various building types.

Roles and Responsibilities
Duties also include management and direct assignments in various roles as needed for exercise support including but not limited to DFAC/catering, service call center, billeting, aircraft bed down, linen exchange, laundry, and fitness facility support.
Must have experience managing US military dining facilities and general expeditionary support services for both permanent and temporary facilities.
Develops plans for incoming personnel and resources required to support exercises. Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various cleanup activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting.
Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Must be able to operate and input/maintain records in the USG provided BUILDER Sustainment Management System, as well as the KBR Maximo system.
Food Service- Plans, orders, receives, and tracks all the required dining facility food and consumables in coordination with the military, experience with the AFMIS system is preferred.
Ensures preparedness of dining and serving areas, setting up counters, stands, and tables. Monitors food containers in serving line and tables are prepared for customers to dine. Manages the receiving and proper storage of subsistence items.
Oversees the washing, rinses, sanitizing of dishes, glassware, and silverware. Ensures the cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen equipment, pots and pans, counters, and tables. Ensures personnel working in the dining facility are properly vaccinated, have a current chest x-ray (screening for tuberculosis) and appropriate medical screening is completed and documented by a medical provider. Must possess knowledge of, certification, and implement Tri-Service Food Code (TB MED 530) and local food safety/sanitation practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
