Candidate will be responsible for supporting the department with the following tasks on a day-to-day basis:

  • Receive and process invoices and check requests

  • Assist with ordering materials

  • Enter expenses into SAP

Job Description

The primary function of this position is to perform accounting functions for assigned product lines, including working with operations to ensure adherence to scheduled month-end activities. Responsibilities include reviewing physical inventories, processing journal entries, account reconciliation, and variance analysis.

- General accounting for assigned product line including month-end close, review of physical inventory adjustments, journal entries, and review of financial statements and monthly P&L, including commentary on significant variances

- Active engagement with operating management to understand underlying business issues, ensuring product line financial reports are in compliance with IFRS

- Prepare monthly performance measures and balance sheet financial reporting, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

- Participate in regular product line team meetings to understand key initiatives, business issues, and develop relationships with product line team members. Prepare and present relevant financial data, as required

- Distribute the monthly product line financial statements to operations, review with them to resolve any unusual items or questions

- Prepare other business reporting as required and address ad-hoc business inquiries/requests

- Preparation of workpapers and supporting schedules for the mid-year and year-end audit process, including tax requests

- Assist with monthly forecast and annual budgeting process

- Guide staff accountant as needed

Job Title: Order Management Coordinator

Job Description

This role involves entering sales orders into the system and ensuring all data for these orders is entered accurately. This includes pricing, order quantities, and delivery expectations. It involves extensive data work across multiple systems including Salesforce, Excel, and an internal ERP system, managing between 30 to 40 different orders on any given day. Additionally, the position requires significant internal communication with the account manager team and occasional customer communication via email or phone.
