Audacy is seeking a Super Star Commercial Production & Voice Over talent to join our team of commercial producers. This individual must possess strong creative instincts in addition to the ability to work seamlessly with a variety of internal teams, on local, regional and national levels. This position reports to the Regional Director of Production.
Possibility to work from a home studio setting if environment and equipment meets Audacy standards.
You must attach commercial audio & your VO samples to your application to be considered.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Writing, voicing and producing audio commercials for a wide variety of radio formats & demographics, additional media outlets such as websites, social media, Video/TV and Podcasts
Perform other related audio production responsibilities as assigned while ensuring that all spots/content abide by company and federal guidelines

Required & Preferred:
At least 3+ years of experience, ideally in radio audio production, but not a deal breaker.
You must demonstrate proficiency in audio production tools such as Adobe Audition CC, Pro Tools or similar DAW.
Prior experience with vCreative vPPO and WideOrbit Automation is helpful, but not required as well as a basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite / Google Workspace
Proven track record of voicing and producing audio commercial material across a variety of music & spoken word radio formats, social media platforms, TV/YouTube and/or podcasting.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $38,000-$57.500. S alary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Create presentations using Google Slides and/or Powerpoint for promotional requests
Work closely with internal departments to gather information for the national sales team
Act as in-market point of contact in execution of all national sales campaigns including, but not limited to, contesting, sponsorships, and talent endorsement campaigns
Create recap presentations for national promotions
Provide backup coverage for markets when coordinators are away/on leave
Qualifications

The National Sales Coordinator should be an active participant in the sales process, lending not only administrative support, but creative ideas and feedback.
Must be an energetic, enthusiastic, people person with time management skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks for many people.
Must have endurance, patience and superior time and project management skills.

What You'll Do:
Oversee the Audacy Legal Team's Document Management System, iManage, in addition to oversight of onsite physical files.

Process settlement agreement payments with the Accounts Payable Department.
Oversight of incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, etc.

Manage sourcing and recruiting for openings throughout the company with a focus on technology and ability to recruit for other verticals.
