Key job responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for applicant's questions, escalations, and concerns

- Identify, advise, and execute strategies to decrease the number of customer escalations, unresponsive candidates and application barriers

- Own and increase the application, conversion and ready to launch rate for the entire region and throughout the pipeline

- Knowledgeable and cross-trained in all stages of the onboarding process so you can assist applicants for any stage in the funnel

- Work cross functionally with the vetting, acquisition and account management team to problem solve, drive continuous improvements for the applicant process and the customers
