CACI is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer ( ISSO ) to assure the Information Systems for prototyping mission critical sensor systems in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • 10 years of experience as a ISSO and a Bachelors Degree OR

  • 14 years of experience as a ISSO and a high school degree.

  • Experience with ICD 503, Relevant Risk Management Frameworks and Certification and Accreditation Processes

  • At least one of the following: Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), Certified Network Defender (CND), CompTIA Cloud+, GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), or Security Nice to have Qualifications:

  • CWIP/DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 1 or higher

  • At least one of the following: A+, Network+, or System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

CACI has an exciting and immediate opportunity for a Senior Unified Collaboration (SME) to support VoIP/VTC modernization for EUROCOM under the ARMY Voice Modernization Europe program run by GENM-O (Global Enterprise Network Modernization - OCONUS) out of Wiesbaden, Germany.

This position is based out of the US, it will require multiple trips to Germany and other European countries under TDY status to perform survey, planning, design, implementation, testing, and turnover activities. This position shall have the following experience and must be able to perform the following actions:

In this role you will:

  • Survey existing infrastructure to gather requirements and deficiencies of the current VoIP/VTC architecture based on customer requirements and utilizing the current DOD best practice guidance.

  • Survey the existing Telephony Management System (TMS) and provide solution based on customers' requirements.

  • Plan, Design, Engineer, Implement, and Integrate existing, new, and future VoIP/VTC to include secured VoIP/VTC connections and High Availability (HA) technology utilizing the current DOD best practice implementation guide to include, but not limited to, Session Border Controller (SBC), E1/T1 circuits, Cisco Call Manager (CUCMs), Voice Gateways (VGs), Analog Voice Gateway (AVG), audio and video conference systems, cloud-based VoIP architectures, emergency responder, Enterprise Management System (EMS), alarm monitoring system, Voice mail, Quality of Service (QoS), end user devices, ETC.

  • Survey the existing Telephony Management System (TMS) and provide solution based on customers' requirements.

  • Survey and engineer solutions for existing Telecommunication Rooms (TR) housing VoIP/VTC devices in compliance with DOD regulations to include but not limited to power, grounding, Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), Inside Plan (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP).

  • Ability to read and comprehend DOD technical documentations and apply that knowledge to engineering design solutions.

  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced environment to meet deadline requirement from customers.

  • Provide support for Projects and/or Program Managers as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) advisor during meetings as required.

  • Provide training to junior engineers or customer staffs.

  • Have experience in networking and VMware technologies to support VoIP/VTC engineering design solutions.

You will also be required to:

  • This position is responsible for providing specifications and detailed schematics for network architecture.

As a CACI-SOAS Sensitive Activities Advisor/Compartmented Capabilities Planner, you will support the Department of Defense and the USSOCOM Enterprise in their efforts to identify, characterize and counter WMD and Irregular Warfare threat networks capable of threatening US National Security and Integrated Deterrence objectives, via the use conventional and improvised weapons of strategic effect.

More About the Role:

You will embed with and advise Combatant Command, National Mission Force and Interagency Partner elements at all echelons of command on effectively leveraging specially compartmented material and non-material capabilities to identify, characterize and counter WMD and Irregular Warfare threats and the networks that employ those threats.

You will provide subject matter expertise to SOCOM, Combatant Commands and their JTFs while maintaining situational awareness of applicable Special Access Programs, Special Technical Operations, ACCM, and sensitive activity plans, operations, units, and friendly and adversary capabilities.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a CI Poly.

  • More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).

  • Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and four-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

  • You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

  • You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.

  • Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.

  • Associates degree and five years of experience or seven years of relevant work experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • More than three years of experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement.

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.

  • Working knowledge of USSOCOM, Inter Agency/Intelligence Community and the DOD Sensitive Activities enterprise.

  • Experience and capability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications.

  • Practical understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, as well as web-based intelligence tools and databases available through SIPR and JWICS.

  • Must be able to work independently with some government oversight

General Description:

  • A strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL.

The Opportunity:

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure Engineer, Network and System Architecture required

  • Linux System Administration

  • Experience in Infrastructure including designing and planning hardware and network infrastructure

  • Maintain servers and software tools

  • Reimage servers and install them into clusters

  • Keep systems updated

  • Manage procurement of new hardware

  • Manage data storage issues

  • Manage organization's CAPEX investments

  • Managing and supporting HPC clusters

  • Managing and supporting Kubernetes and MinIO

  • Ensuring compliance with Security

  • Establishing and maintaining standardized versions of software tools used within the infrastructure

  • Building CUI compliant enclaves that comply with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) regulations

  • Managing access and integration with commercial cloud services, potentially including coordination between different cloud providers

  • Standardizing laptop configurations across the organization, including specific hardware models (such as Tensorbook and Corenet Laptops) and their configurations

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts

  • Experience with deployment/scaling of machine learning models

  • Experience integrating multiple applications

  • Experience with development in microservice based architectures

  • Experience developing and implementing software enhancements to mission systems in various Government agencies

  • Experience building scalable solutions to mission problems

  • AWS API experience

  • AWS Certification (Developer, DevOps and/or, Architect, etc.)

  • Security+ Certification

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Clearance:

  • Ability to get a Top Secret or Top-Secret SCI clearance
