We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command's Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM's primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on counterterrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2's priorities in the Middle East.
More About the Role:
As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will conduct timely, relevant, in-depth research and analysis using qualitative and quantitative methodology to support the Finished Intelligence (FINTEL) production cycle while adhering to Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) 203, 206, and 208.
Conduct analysis on regional and functional topics, including counterterrorism, counter insurgency, political and military capabilities, defense issues, and provide support to targeting, collections, and plans, as required.
Produce IC-coordinated All-Source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide.
Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and federal law enforcement agencies/organizations in support of USCENTCOM J2's programs, functions, and mission activities.
Produce, support, and review USCENTCOM and DIA-unique product lines to include, but not limited to, Defense Intelligence Digest (DID) articles and notes, Response Memos, Defense Intelligence Tabloids and/or graphics, assessments, and briefings in accordance with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) analytic tradecraft standards.
Conduct daily research of raw intelligence to identify potential threats to DoD personnel, activities, and interests in the region.
Identify emerging threats, trends, and patterns and nominate strategic production when appropriate.
Provide all-source analysis support to DoD Enterprise collectors and operators to improve awareness of threats to DoD personnel, resources, activities, and interests within the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Present formal and informational briefings to support USCENTCOM J2's priorities and be able to defend analytic results to a variety of audiences in support of their mission readiness requirements.
Identify intelligence gaps, leverage, and help create collection requirements to fill those information gaps, evaluate intelligence reporting, and identify collection opportunities through collector engagement.
Integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
Have the opportunity to support advanced analytics initiatives, knowledge management projects, and both lead and support projects, that satisfy national-level intelligence priorities.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance required
12 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education(a Bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience may be substituted for the Master's degree).
All-Source Analysis experience
An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle.
Experience with ODNI's analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.
Experience using the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE and CHROME.

CACI Premier Technology, Inc., is seeking full-time Reviewers for the federal background investigation program. Reviewers work with investigators to complete and submit background investigation interviews and record checks to determine the suitability of current and prospective Federal employees, contractors, and military personnel for security clearances. The investigations support critical national security efforts of our federal government customer on behalf of over 100 U.S. government agencies having some of the nation's most sensitive missions.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Reviewer scrutinizes reports of investigations submitted by Field Investigators and Record Searchers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to thecustomer. This is a fully remote position, however, there may be local travel to attend business meetings.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Conduct thorough reviews of a background investigations, including reports of investigation, to ensure investigations are complete and adhere to customer and CACI requirements.
- Provide guidance on customer investigation requirements to Field Investigators and Record Searchers
- Maintain quality and production that meets customercontract requirements and CACI performance expectations
- Identify trends in errors and communicate trends to Field Investigators, Record Searchers, and management
- Work closely with review team members, field investigators, and record searchers to develop training and guidance to improve background investigations
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must have at least 12 months' experience conducting/processing background investigations on behalf of the customer and must currently work on the contract.

- U.S. Citizenship (a requirement for a federal security clearance)
- Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assess, update, monitor, and optimize a variety of processes across the entire program to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand their requirements and ensure the program meets these expectations with high standards.
Lead the evaluation and refinement of organizational processes, identifying areas for improvement and executing advanced-level implementation of solutions to enhance operations.
Actively assist the team in the implementation of new processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the program.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the program's processes and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Cultivate a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, setting high standards and achieving program objectives.
Provide hands-on support during process audits, proactive analyses, and the implementation phase to safeguard program quality.
Oversee the documentation and reporting of process performance, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Advise on new methodologies and technologies that enhance processes.
Generate detailed reports on process performance and compliance status for stakeholders.
Support, guide and continuous monitoring processes to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in process management in either a corporate or government setting.
In-depth expertise in process analysis, design, and optimization.
Proven ability to support teams in the implementation of new processes effectively.
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP are preferred.

What You'll Get to Do:
Review of Maintenance Concepts of system
Review, develop, and/or make recommendations on Engineering Change Proposals (ECP).
Perform trend analyses based off failure reports/data and make recommendations for corrective action.
Provide technical support and recommendations to Integrated Logistic Support Center (ILSC) personnel.
Work Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR).
