The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Required:

• An Active DoD TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly

• A MS in physics, photonics, cryogenics, semiconductor physics, or superconductivity with a minimum of Twelve years of experience in your field

• Experience with RF systems and antennas

• Demonstrated high-level experience and achievement with Quantum Sensing

• Demonstrated experience with MATLAB or similar filter design

• Complete independent research and apply knowledge to meet program objectives and advance the state of the art.

• Self-starter with good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

• Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision

Desired:

• PhD in Physics with a background in photonics, cryogenics, semiconductor physics, or superconductivity

C-UAS Trainer/RPV Pilot

CACI is seeking a c-UAS Trainer/RPV Pilot who is responsible for conducting instructional training to include designing specific training materials for UAS and cUAS operations. These encompass conducting a needs assessment, curriculum design, and developing new and/or updating existing materials/content to meet training requirements for the Engineering, System Integration Directorate (ESID). The candidate is responsible for COTS UAS multi-rotor platforms and supporting systems to gather intelligence for mission planning, mission sensor/payload operations, launching, remotely piloting, and recovering remote piloted ground and air vehicle systems. The candidate will be available and willing to deploy to various AORs for up to 6-months at a time rotating with other deployers and train in the Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD area. Desired candidate will have extensive experience in either Special Operations / Special Forces or senior Combat Arms background.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Assist with the preparation of all instructor materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course evaluation forms).

• Support training of US and Coalition Forces (CF).

• Define vulnerabilities and critical infrastructure regarding threats by UAS/RPV such as TTPs to include emplacement TTPs and photo TTP.

• Responsible for the acquisition, fabrication, modification, programming, and maintenance of RPV for test events.

• Launches and recovers the air vehicle, performs pre-flight, in flight, and post flight checks.

• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to possible conflict areas) on short notice in order to disseminate relevant threat information.

• Assist with vulnerability site assessments to inform analyst team about possible use of UAS.

• Coordinate with national and international intelligence agencies to develop data sharing capability, trend analysis and procedures.

• Provide comprehensive technical red-team analysis.

• Perform all functional duties independently

• Work and live in a small team environment.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

• Experience instructing large groups of low- and high-ranking personnel in a military environment.

• BA/BS with 0-3 years of experience; or AA/AS and 4 years of experience; or HS/GED and 6 years of experience.

• Experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing aircraft, to include hobbyist UAS experience.

The Program Financial Analyst (PFA) is responsible for all program financials, including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, and all forecasting and internal reporting. The PFA will operate as a single point of contact to the PM for all finance and accounting issues, more specifically:

• Compile, interpret, and report program financial and other statistical data; prepare financial presentations, monthly reports, forecasts, variance analysis, estimates at completion, and other materials to support the Program Manager and the client.

• Create and analyze large spreadsheets, multi-year financial plans, reports, briefing charts, and other documents within prescribed timelines for presentation to the client or Management and assisting the Program Finance Manager coordinate between customer and corporate reporting.

• Continually seek out cost control improvements as well as process enhancements to streamline the project financial recordkeeping and reporting to ensure good stewardship of client funds while providing the Program Manager with information needed to achieve project goals within budget and schedule parameters.

• Prepare Limitations of Funds Letters (75% Letters) for Contracts and Program Manager as needed and make recommendations for funding allocations, movements, and de-obligations to maximize the use of existing funds.

• Attend the monthly Project Review Meeting (PMR).

• Review all project costs to ensure accounts and cost allocations are correct and coordinates adjustments or corrections when needed. Review all subcontractor invoices and timecards for both employees and subcontractors for accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate production of prime invoice and produce detailed backup documentation to include costs incurred in the month, but not billed (accruals).

• Work collaboratively with other functional support personnel (contracts, subcontracts, HR, etc.) to support the program manager with other complex contract, project or business-related tasks.

The functional capabilities are to provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate support of national security. TCS will provide innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA mission.

In this role, we're seeking a CSOS Analyst - Tier III located in Springfield, VA .

What You'll Get to Do:

• Coordinate and implement tasks, performing analysis, and building/documenting response activities required during cyber security incident response, including but not limited to actions such as implementing containment measures, IP blocks, domain blocks, and disabling user accounts on the direction of the Government.

• Coordinates with Security and Installations Directorate (SI) Office of Counterintelligence (SIC), Insider Threat Office (SIII), in addition to other law enforcement and counterintelligence personnel as required to perform advanced investigation and triage of incidents

• Collaborates with appropriate authorities in the production of security incident reports

• Categorizes incidents and events

• Coordinates with other contracts, organizations, activities, and other services as appropriate to ensure incidents are properly reported, contained, and eradicated

• Coordinates with other contracts, organizations, activities, and other services as appropriate to de-conflict blue/red team activity with open incidents/events

• Coordinates with other contracts, organizations, activities, and services to ensure NGA recovers from an incident/event

• Builds timelines, documents, briefings, and other products as required to inform stakeholders of incident response actions, analysis, and the impact of both adversary activity and blue force response actions.

• Documents actions taken and analysis in the authorized ticketing system to a level of detail where the actions taken and analysis are capable of being systematically reconstructed

More About the Role:

• Develops and when approved by the Government generates and updates reports in the Joint Incident Management System (JIMS), Incident Case Management System (ICMS), and/or other authorized reporting systems as directed

• Develops, maintains, sustains, and when properly authorized by the Government executes custom scripts, tools, and capabilities to collect and analyze data, and respond to incidents/events

• Performs digital media analysis on host, server, and network data as required to analyze and respond to an incident, including but not limited to volatile and non-volatile memory and/or system artifact collection and analysis

• Develop and identify indicators of compromise to send to Cybersecurity stakeholders and other Contract Services

• Provides adversary attribution

• Performs malware analysis and signature development

• Coordinate with CSOC Tier 1 and 2 services to remediate all discrepancies and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrence

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and or 6 years experience in Cyber Security (CSOS)

• Active TS/SCI, ability to obtain a polygraph

• DoDD 8140.01 and DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II and CSSP Incident Responder.Provides input to and coordinates with all applicable stakeholders to develop and deliver the daily CSOC Significant Activity Report, the daily CSOC Operations Update, and the Weekly CSOC Status Report

• Serve as C-IRT members as required and serve under the direct control of, and take direction from, the Government C-IRT Commander

• Develop and coordinate courses of action with various Government and contract stakeholders, and when properly authorized by the Government, execute Defensive Cyberspace Operations-Internal Defensive Measures on behalf of the NGA on NGA networks and systems

• Performs digital media analysis and malware reverse engineering on host, server, and network data as required to analyze and respond to an incident, including but not limited to volatile and non-volatile memory and/or system artifact collection and analysis.

• When properly authorized by the Government, execute custom scripts, tools, and capabilities to collect and analyze data, and respond to incidents/events

• Develops, documents, and provides the Government incident investigation reports which include sufficient information to document the entire lifecycle of the incident and the response, including but not limited to adversary and friendly forces activity, host and network analysis, timelines, and recommendations for corrective actions, recommendations for new Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) and other recommendations as appropriate, within 30 days of C-IRT stand-down.

• Conduct Quality Control reviews of a percentage of closed CSOC Tier 2 tickets each week to ensure proper analysis, categorization, documentation, and notification

The Opportunity:

CACI seeks a Government Property and Inventory Specialist in support of the Navy's nextgeneration SIGINT, EMW, and IO systems. The position will be responsible for the overall tracking of all government property throughout its lifecycle in accordance with CACI policies and Federal acquisition Regulations and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of program inventory control including overseeing shipping and receiving, inventory management and control.

• Administer inventory transactions in accordance with CACI standards, plans and policies.

• Process packages in shipping and receiving and communicate as needed with outside sources (UPS/Fedex).

• Oversee and resolve all inventory issues affecting finance and audit, and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, program, and customer objectives.
