Caterpillar is looking for an Account Maintenance Strategist located in Houston, TX. As an Account Maintenance Strategist, you will aggregate, correlate and create Caterpillar customer and dealer recommendations using the 5 elements of condition monitoring in order to provide critical suggested actions to help customers lower owning and operating costs, improve availability, and reduce warranty costs. These recommendations will improve customer loyalty, increase enterprise market share, and grow parts and service sales, while reducing the customer's costs through equipment management efficiency.

Job duties, include, but are not limited to:

  • Aggregates and correlates the five elements of condition monitoring, where all are available.

  • Functions as a subject matter expert for each of the condition monitoring five elements.

  • Provides equipment recommendations to Caterpillar dealers and customers.

  • Uses enabling software tools & systems to prioritize and analyze condition monitoring data inputs.

  • Extracts or is provided data from the appropriate business systems including customer, dealer and contractor sources.

  • Provides information for equipment management lead tracking and resolution.

  • Prepares standard written reports of recommendations for customers and their Caterpillar dealers on a monthly basis.

  • Facilitates ongoing customer meetings with Caterpillar dealers, industry groups, Corporate Accounts, and DSDs.

  • Communicates verbal recommendations as required to customers and their Caterpillar dealers.

  • Builds collaborative relationships & acts as a consultant with equipment management personnel.

  • Mentors & coaches other condition monitoring advisors, consultants, & pre field representatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 plus years of experience in the product support and/or engineering fields

  • Strong customer service/contact experience, communication, multi-tasking, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • ability to work in team environment and work with diverse groups of customers and business partners.

  • A degree in engineering, business, marketing and/or equivalent application experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Capable of providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members

  • initiative and ability to resolve issues either individually or through appropriate team guidance

Job Summary:

As a Quality Inspector, you will perform the duties associated with the quality inspection of engine blocks and cylinder heads machined for Caterpillar Diesel Engines. Job Purpose

We are actively searching for Learning & Development Analytics Consultant with a strong understanding of people data, workforce development, and learning and development processes, plus a passion for data and analytics with the corresponding communication skills to effectively reinforce what matters most.

The Learning & Development Analytics Consultant will be a critical part of the Learning and Development Center of Excellence (COE) team, and will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering Talent Development Analytics & Insights including the development and delivery of recurring or ad-hoc analysis, customized scorecards or dashboards, and supporting a larger talent development data strategy.

This work includes:

  • Consolidating and analyzing talent development related data from multiple sources (Workday, external learning content providers, internal survey data, and more)

  • Ensuring integrity/accuracy and structure of data to help support or provide business value

  • Developing and delivering of scorecards/dashboards to analyze and interpreting the data in light of the larger business context to provide the organization with insights

  • Using Workday reports, MS Excel, Power BI, and other automation tools

  • Deploying and empowering others to learn and leverage dashboards to inform local business decisions and drive productivity/efficiencies while reducing/controlling costs.

Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • You will be a critical member of the centralized Learning Experience Platform (LXP) team and work closely with other HR analytics team members embedded in central Workday support groups, HR IT, and Global IT teams.

  • Flexibility to work in multiple and/or rotation of areas of the warehouse

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least six months of warehouse experience, or similar work experience

  • At least six months of experience on equipment such as forklift, cherry picker, reach truck

  • Good communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamwork

  • Ability to read/write and interpret documents

  • Ability to perform a variety of clerical functions and do basic math

  • Experience with heavy machinery such as: Forklift, Order Picker/Cherry Picker, pallet jacks

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes.

  • Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures

  • Walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • May be required to use pneumatic tools and overhead hoist.

  • Will be required to work in various areas of the facility day-to-day based on business needs.

Additional Information:

  • Starting wage is $ 16.30 per hour

  • Openings are in Clayton, OH

  • Eligibility for employment is contingent on passing all active pre-employment screenings

  • No relocation is offered for this position

  • Start dates for this position will begin in mid to late October
