The Loss Mitigation Supervisor reports directly to the Loss Mitigation Manager. Areas of responsibility include working with delinquent accounts through the various functions within Loss Mitigation. The Loss Mitigation Supervisor will be responsible for training, coaching, motivating, recognizing, account reviews, assigning queues, and monitoring work daily in support of department goals.
Responsible and Accountable for:
Maintaining a continuous presence.
Conducting account level research and monitoring call quality to promote superior service.
Handling escalated member calls and providing problem resolution.
Effectively supervising and coaching phone-based team members in a fast paced environment.
Partner to resolve issues within the Loss Mitigation team and remove barriers.
Monitor daily queue coverage and phone staffing needs.
Drive morale and identify ways to recognize strong performance.
Host and participate in team meetings to ensure communication is consistent and timely.
Participate during candidate interviews when recruitment needs arise.
Meet all required deadlines.
Achieving department delinquency and charge off goals while operating within budgetary guidelines.
Oversees scorecards monthly
Other projects as assigned by the Loss Mitigation Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills required for interfacing with staff and management.
Strong leadership skills to ensure that full staffing, consistent remote monitoring, thorough queue audits, adequate training, and staff development needs are met.
Analytical ability to understand, interpret, and develop various reports and data.
Ability to understand and interpret goals.

Exceptional judgment in offering customer service to members, adhering to policy, complying with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other applicable regulations, while protecting the credit union assets by identifying opportunities to reduce losses.
Strong knowledge and experience with effective collections on delinquent accounts, recovery and repossession.
Ability to prioritize work and remain organized.
May be asked to fill in for the Loss Mitigation Manager during vacations or other temporary requirements.
Education and Experience:
At least three years of collections or loss mitigation experience.
At least one year experience in coaching or in development of team members.
Previous Supervisory experience preferred.
Strong collection insight to direct third party agencies to deliver desired results.

The Interactive Specialist is responsible to the Interactive Manager for providing timely and exceptional support experiences to members. Team members will work in a fast paced, dynamic video call center environment supporting members and staff by video, chat and email. The role focuses on assisting members with their financial needs via the Video Banking platform while providing a consistent approach to service delivery, timely and accurate execution of processes and achieving desired experience goals. Responsible for accurately assisting members with their financial transactions on share and loan accounts as requested and providing information to members regarding membership, new accounts, loans and all other services of the Credit Union through the Direct Teller Machines.
Responsible and Accountable for:
Provide engaging member-centric service to members virtually via Video Banking Solution
Professionally provide first call resolution by assisting members and potential members with requests; answer questions about products and services including loan products; recommend products that will benefit the member.
Producing a pro-rata portion of assigned sales goals
Demonstrating the ability to optimize member contacts by meeting immediate need and uncovering additional opportunities to serve the member
Utilizing -available- time efficiently, consistently maintaining low -work- and -unavailable- percentages while meeting interaction performance standards
Complying with all member verification processes and transaction processing guidelines to mitigate risk and protect the member and the credit union for fraud or loss.
Sales and service responsibilities include identifying opportunities to sell credit union products; meeting/exceeding aggressive sales, cross-sell and funding goals; providing prompt, accurate and courteous responses to members; making financial recommendations; processing various complex financial transactions; effectively educating members basic financial literacy components and Chartway's products and services
Processing transactions using Video Banking solution - deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, opening accounts, loan applications, etc.
Building relationships with members
Problem solving issues that may occur with software
Provides timely, accurate and energetic support to members
Responds to internal and external requests via telephone, email, fax or written correspondence relating to products, policies, procedures and credit union services
Review and monitor e-Funds alerts for possible fraudulent activity, research reinvestigation requests and correct discrepancies

Education and Experience:
Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Three to five years of financial services experience that include support or branch operations roles

Reporting to the Director of Partner Services, the Branch Services Business Analyst will apply analytical skills to support branch service initiatives and execution of branch service strategies. This position will problem-solve through data, while thoughtfully incorporating product dynamics, marketing influences, and a wide range of member impact into recommended solutions. This position will gather sales and production data and report findings and suggestive enhancements to improve sales. This position will work in a collaborative environment on a horizontal team supporting all retail markets and contributing to analytic pursuits across the organization.
Responsible and Accountablefor:
Designs, conducts, analyzes, reports on, and manages branch and market production results
Develops necessary reporting using Excel and PowerBI tools and provides monthly metrics to show opportunities and trends.
Conducts research on member experience, services, and products via a variety of research methods
Assist management in establishing or enhancing the measurement of key performance indicators via new dashboards/scorecards.
Support market directors in ongoing initiatives from a data and analytic perspective and provide ad-hoc analysis as needed
Maintain and improve reporting for the Retail team, including providing guidance in forecasting and budgeting
Works closely with Data Analytics and Application Technology teams along with other organizational data experts to ensure validity and accuracy of data sources.
Participates on the analyst forum and ask forum
Knowledge, Skills andAbilities:
Possess an excellent analytical, strategic and financial acumen with the ability to think strategically and draw logical conclusions and exercise judgment in recommendations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access.
Demonstrated data visualization and querying (SQL) expertise. Power BI (Tableau) experience is preferred, but similar systems with transferrable skillsets (Looker, QlikView, Periscope, etc.) are acceptable

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to the Director of Talent Engagement for the management of the internal and external recruitment efforts.
