Signature Hardware is looking for Web Designer to join our creative team to design and maintain our website content management system: Amplience. This individual will be responsible for working with cross-discipline teams, be able to manage the design details, and have a strong technical knowledge base so they can provide guidance to the rest of the creative team while working with IT and the development agency. The Web Designer will be a critical member of the team, helping elevate our eCommerce website and creating an optimal brand experience.
Reports to: Art Director or Creative Director
Responsibilities:
Becomes the SME on the creative team for all web design needs
Works side by side the Art Director and defines customer facing look and feel:
Designs, develops, and implements templates within Amplience
Creates new templates as needed to accommodate types of content
Provides guide rails and consistency to content being published using the templates
Coding webpages to build out content on the site, working with an Art Director and Copy Director regularly to update single page, multi-page, or banner content
Reviews website templates and refines designs and works with other team members to prototype and preview layouts and website features
Partners with cross-functional team members to ensure that our implementation and user experiences are of high-quality.
Helps address design issues within the site that require the trained eye of a designer with technical knowledge
Facilitates design discussions, and gives feedback in planning for features and functionality when working with IT and Development
Requirement/Skill Sets:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Visual Communication, Web & App Design or similar
3 to 5 years of experience working as an individual contributor, in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates the ability to design for large and small screens, building accessible and modular designs that are scalable
Expert knowledge of UI/responsive design
HTML/CSS comprehension and code writing capabilities
working and collaborating with diverse teams
Amplience knowledge a huge plus, but can be learned
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

Responsibilities
Setup and maintain machines in the shop for pipe fabrication
Accurately measure, record, and add random pipe length
Measure and cut pipe with band saw and/or torch, rolling and grooving single and double random lengths and threading and beveling of pipe with landis machines
Move loose and /or bundled pipe from various locations within the pipe yard
Assemble pipe orders whether in single sticks or bundles and maintain work supplies in an organized manner
Observe vital safety precautions for fabrications, cutting, assembling, stacking and shipping of pipe for storage and transportation
Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures
Qualifications

Prior Fabrication experience is preferred

Ferguson Marketing is looking for a hands-on Manager to join our growing Marketing Analytics practice. This role will be responsible for deep dive analysis, experimentation, campaign support, and marketing efficiency measurement.
This is an exciting opportunity to conduct strategic analysis to uncover new opportunities for Marketing to contribute to revenue growth. Strategic Analysis
Analyze data to identify new revenue growth opportunities for Marketing, including conducting segmentation analysis, customer lifetime value modeling, and propensity modeling
Tap into a variety of internal and external tools, including web analytics, search trends, email campaign performance, social media data, survey results, CRM data and transactional data, to deliver comprehensive insights that will used to inform our strategy
Translate findings into recommendations to improve our Marketing efforts
Campaign Analytics
Work with marketing business partners and channel owners on campaign design to ensure the appropriate tracking mechanisms are in place to measure performance toward business outcomes
Work with campaign owners to design experiments to test hypotheses and assumptions in the audience selection and campaign design
Conduct campaign performance analysis and make optimization recommendations
Test & Learn
Help develop and lead the Marketing Learning Agenda, prioritizing opportunities with the highest potential revenue impact for testing
Combine functional knowledge of marketing with statistical know-how to conduct experiments (include A/B tests and causal inference modeling) for both online (paid and owned media) and offline/non-digital (traditional media, store/branch) marketing initiatives
Design and implement high quality tests and audience sampling, ensuring normalization of influencing factors and reducing bias to sharpen statistically significant results
Measure Marketing Effectiveness
Analyze cross-channel, customer, and transactional data to determine value of marketing efforts across all trackable customer touchpoints, both online and offline
Work with 3rd party measurement partners to design tests and conduct analysis to determine incremental revenue impact of Marketing efforts
Leadership
Lead a small team of Marketing data analysts to produce high quality analyses
Coach and mentor analysts on performance improvement and career development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar. Master's Degree preferred.
5+ years of proven experience solving challenging, high-impact Marketing problems with data
Significant prior experience with SQL a requirement
Prior experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics data a requirement
Possess strong working knowledge of a Business Intelligence / Data Visualization tool (PowerBI preferred) required
Strong ability to tell stories with data to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Python for data analysis and modeling preferred
Experience developing Marketing Mix and Attribution models preferred
Experience developing predictive models to predict churn risk and upsell/cross-sell propensity a plus
