Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license

• A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is preferred

• Prior commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred

• Assist Warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material

• Ability to work overtime as needed

Signature Hardware is looking for Web Designer to join our creative team to design and maintain our website content management system: Amplience. This individual will be responsible for working with cross-discipline teams, be able to manage the design details, and have a strong technical knowledge base so they can provide guidance to the rest of the creative team while working with IT and the development agency. The Web Designer will be a critical member of the team, helping elevate our eCommerce website and creating an optimal brand experience.

Reports to: Art Director or Creative Director

Responsibilities:

• Becomes the SME on the creative team for all web design needs

• Works side by side the Art Director and defines customer facing look and feel:

• Designs, develops, and implements templates within Amplience

• Creates new templates as needed to accommodate types of content

• Provides guide rails and consistency to content being published using the templates

• Coding webpages to build out content on the site, working with an Art Director and Copy Director regularly to update single page, multi-page, or banner content

• Reviews website templates and refines designs and works with other team members to prototype and preview layouts and website features

• Partners with cross-functional team members to ensure that our implementation and user experiences are of high-quality.

• Helps address design issues within the site that require the trained eye of a designer with technical knowledge

• Facilitates design discussions, and gives feedback in planning for features and functionality when working with IT and Development

Requirement/Skill Sets:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Visual Communication, Web & App Design or similar

• 3 to 5 years of experience working as an individual contributor, in a fast-paced environment

• Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates the ability to design for large and small screens, building accessible and modular designs that are scalable

• Expert knowledge of UI/responsive design

• HTML/CSS comprehension and code writing capabilities

• working and collaborating with diverse teams

• Amplience knowledge a huge plus, but can be learned

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Applications

The Copy & Content Manager should have a strong sense of branding and product marketing, with a deep understanding of how to bring stories to life across channels.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the tone of voice and integrity of the brand is effectively present all facets of the brand experience regardless of channel or media including, but not limited to radio, social posts, articles, emails, and video scripts

• Concepting and collaborating with team members for brand content and campaigns

• Responsible for executing against the content strategy, providing oversight of a content calendar, and leading copy to create strong messaging that drives action

• Product Naming

• Maintain knowledge of current copy standards and formats; guide and ensure appropriate copy standards for projects, which may include project multiple teams

• Manage team of content and copywriters, providing consistent coaching and feedback to develop talent and make the work better

• Ability to multitask, provide copy direction for multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work for the copy team

• Navigate projects with a solution-oriented mindset, collaborate with team members across groups, and synthesize and implement feedback

Qualifications

As a Pricing Coordinator for Ferguson Facilities Supply, you will be responsible for supporting current and future pricing integrity with a focus on increasing and maintaining profitability. You will use various tools such as Power BI, CORE, PricePoint, Excel and Trilogie to carry out daily responsibilities and ongoing projects.

This position is a full-time, hybrid role available to fill immediately.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key HQ personnel to drive price matrix strategies, tactics, and objectives

• Cross train in all -specialty- pricing programs and processes

• Provide regular and ad-hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management

• Perform margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives as required

• Identify price/margin erosion and implement solutions

• Responsible for entry and maintenance in PricePoint and CORE

Strategic Analysis

• Analyze data to identify new revenue growth opportunities for Marketing, including conducting segmentation analysis, customer lifetime value modeling, and propensity modeling

• Tap into a variety of internal and external tools, including web analytics, search trends, email campaign performance, social media data, survey results, CRM data and transactional data, to deliver comprehensive insights that will used to inform our strategy

• Translate findings into recommendations to improve our Marketing efforts

Campaign Analytics

• Work with marketing business partners and channel owners on campaign design to ensure the appropriate tracking mechanisms are in place to measure performance toward business outcomes

• Work with campaign owners to design experiments to test hypotheses and assumptions in the audience selection and campaign design

• Conduct campaign performance analysis and make optimization recommendations

Test & Learn

• Help develop and lead the Marketing Learning Agenda, prioritizing opportunities with the highest potential revenue impact for testing

• Combine functional knowledge of marketing with statistical know-how to conduct experiments (include A/B tests and causal inference modeling) for both online (paid and owned media) and offline/non-digital (traditional media, store/branch) marketing initiatives

• Design and implement high quality tests and audience sampling, ensuring normalization of influencing factors and reducing bias to sharpen statistically significant results

Measure Marketing Effectiveness

• Analyze cross-channel, customer, and transactional data to determine value of marketing efforts across all trackable customer touchpoints, both online and offline

• Work with 3rd party measurement partners to design tests and conduct analysis to determine incremental revenue impact of Marketing efforts

Leadership

• Lead a small team of Marketing data analysts to produce high quality analyses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar. Master's Degree preferred.

• 5+ years of proven experience solving challenging, high-impact Marketing problems with data

This position entails leading all aspects of a 450,000 square foot distribution center with 135 hourly warehouse associates.

Responsibilities

• To oversee the operational functions of the Distribution Center

• Manage and/or supervise other projects as directed by the GM.

• Responsible for developing current/new Department Managers

• Establish and maintain open lines of communication with all corporate associates, branch personnel and distribution associates.

• Continuous review, evaluation, and audit of operational procedures and performance KPIs with the purpose of identifying areas for improvement or developing potential cost saving projects.

• Build upon Departmental Goals monthly and ensure adherence to established KPIs.

• Communicate, in a timely manner, steps taken to correct problems or ongoing issues.

• Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools

• Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives

• Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison among different departments to improve operation results

• Ensure warehouse operation is led with efficiency and success

• Manage inventory control in our warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered

• 5+ years' management experience in a Distribution Center / Fulfillment Center environment required

• 5+ years handling inventory / operational tasks

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience

• Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with the evolving business requirements

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to optimally respond to urgent situations

• Must be process oriented with good judgment and decision-making abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to lead a team

• A confirmed understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations

• Strong technical skills included but not limited to Microsoft O365 applications

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership, direction, and organization through consistent and frequent mentoring, leadership enhancement and regular performance evaluations.

• Building partnerships with third-party vendors, service providers, and contactors in reviewing SLAs and SOWs to identify and resolve gaps in service while monitoring costs.

• Establishing effective standards and procedures for operation and maintenance of all material handling and building systems within a Distribution Center; to include power generation, Automation, robotics, conveyance, HVAC, fire suppression, plumbing systems, etc.

• Troubleshooting systems, conducting complete failure analysis, performing repairs, inspections and planned maintenance tasks as needed.

• Working with other departments to facilitate building and equipment changes to meet evolving business demands.

• Maintaining a cooperative and productive relationship with all associates involved in ensuring successful facility operations.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Construction, Engineering, Facilities, Project Management or related field or equivalent skills and training

• 5+ years' experience as a Facilities Manager, Chief Engineer, Property Manager or equivalent with an emphasis on team development

• Technical knowledge of building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, equipment life cycles and industry standards for maintenance of such equipment.

• Experience with material handling and packaging equipment to include Autostore, conveyance, boxing, and wrapping equipment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize feature work while balancing multiple demands and meeting timelines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and quality of work required.

• Proven focus on results in a professional, ethical, and responsible manner when dealing with internal customers, vendors, team members, and others.

• Exhibit vital knowledge in all applicable code requirements and follow compliance by use of standard operation procedures and protocols. This includes all BOCA, NFPA, EPA, OSHA, State and local regulatory reporting agencies for equipment, utilities, and facilities.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, building layouts, equipment specifications, schematics, and system drawings.

• Proven knowledge of life safety and auxiliary power systems, fire pumps, HVAC systems, commercial plumbing, electrical and pneumatic controls, compressors, dryers, and conveyors.

• Proficient in all MS Office Suite applications, BMS/MMS systems, Tracer Summit controls, PLC, and Ladder logic, etc.
