Job Description
Perform common laboratory procedures such as pH, weighing on analytical balances, glassware prep, equipment calibrations, and other duties as assigned. Perform routine analytical testing of in-process, finished product, and raw materials. Works under direct supervision and selects from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Applies basic and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, materials and equipment, appropriate to areas of specialization. Utilizes PC for data entry/retrieval and calculations.
Education/Tenure - High School diploma required. An Associates Degree in chemistry or related discipline and/or pharmaceutical experience highly preferred.

Job Title: Credit Collections Specialist I
Location: Batesville, IN. HYBRID (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $22/Hr.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily activities as prioritized by GetPaid
- Contact customers on delinquent accounts for resolution and payment and record all activities in GetPaid notes.
- Understand customer profiles and their related sensitivities.
- Communicate account delinquency information to respective Sales personnel as outlined by the standard collections and escalation process
- Resolve unidentified payments that have been assigned to the account.
- Resolve within the prescribed time frame those AIR related Dispute that have been assigned to the account.
- Review credit limit and risk issues with the Credit Supervisor and make recommendations regarding limits, terms, and risk category.
- Maintain daily Pending Order and On-Hold reports.
- Issue requests for refunds of cash on account or credit memos as needed.
- Review Dispute documentation provided by cash application or the customer, and assign the Dispute to the appropriate internal owner.
- Enter note into Get Paid and provide sufficient information to the owner.
- Contact customers regarding unidentified Disputes, determine the reason, secure additional documentation as needed and assign those to the proper owners.
- Contact internal owners for resolution of Disputes that are not being cleared on a timely basis.
- Work with internal departments (Pricing, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales) to research, provide support in obtaining additional information, and assist in payment if due.
- Manage the Dispute (GetPaid) email box, ensuring that the email is forwarded to the proper individual/ team, if it is not for work that is completed by the team
- Identify repetitive issues and communicate those to the proper owners to facilitate root cause analysis and cure.
- Develop strong working knowledge of customer base and company organizational structure.
- Support the training and process improvement effort.
- Participate in the performance review process.
- Achieve past due percentage and DSO related goals.
- Escalated problematic accounts to the collections supervisor with an explanation of the issues and request assistance
- Support the training and process improvement effort.
Required Experience:
Must have Microsoft Office background
Must have some Accounts Receivable ERP experience (if not the ones listed).
Must be comfortable communicating with customers directly by phone.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of successful experience in commercial collections.
- Proficient in using JOE and GetPaid preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in Collections process improvements.
- Excellent customer communication skills with high proficiency in speaking and writing the local business language.
- High level ability to influence and negotiate.
- Excellent problem solving, and customer service skills.
- Functional knowledge of the accounts receivable and collections processes.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up, documentation, and multitasking skills.

Background:
The ideal candidate is Production Support Engineer who is excited to drive change, reduce toil, and come up with strategic solutions to help improve application support activities across multiple regions.
Strong focus on communication and technical skills, system stability, quality and functionality against user expectations, problem management and resolution, including issue documentation, root cause analysis and trend analysis. Ensure all processes and procedures are being followed at all times to comply with audit and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a team of production support engineers and provide automation, toil reduction, and employ Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
- Provide Level 2 Production Support on Risk Application used by Credit Risk and Market Risk.
- Work with different Risk reporting Teams which includes various reporting tools like Tableau or Cognos/Adhoc queries to decode the complex queries and maintaining the data integrity in report outcomes.
- Perform Incident and Problem management including prioritization, root cause analysis and escalation/coordinate to appropriate groups.
- Improve production management process across multiple regions using tools such as: ITRS, AutoSys, AppDynamics, TruSight, Elk
- Perform root cause analysis, making recommendations to fix root causes, and hold post-mortems
- Provide Overnight/weekend or when required support for the applications on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Level 2/3 Production Support with strong debugging and analytical skills
- 1+ years of experience supporting large financial services firm
- 3+ years Sybase, Oracle, unix shell scripting / SQL and writing scripts and database queries.
- 1+ years of experience using and setting up production management tools: Tools include ITRS, AutoSys, AppDynamics, TruSight, Elk
- 1+ years experience monitoring batches and meeting SLAs
- Incident Management tools like ServiceNow
- Proficiency in dealing with complex technical issues in application, good working knowledge of infrastructure (NAS, SAN, Object Store) support.
- Good Analytical skills to understand and articulate issues to stakeholders, technology partners and management
Additional skills that are nice to have:
- Experience with MongoDB.

The Data Quality and Governance organization within responsible for driving data architecture to deliver front to back design, identify gaps, and implement a robust governance framework across. A key focus is on Data Quality including Completeness, Accuracy and Timeliness across data flows. The function is responsible for extensive partnering across Asset Classes to drive key initiatives and associated deliverables for the data strategy and manage change with the right governance frame. The function and role spans the organization, and as a result, requires strong engagement with relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leadership within data analyst team involved in data quality initiatives spanning global functions.
- Working with cross functional teams to develop, test, implement and maintain data quality rules covering the trade life cycle across Markets data.
- Analyzing data quality exceptions to identify root cause and business impact for data quality issues raised.
- Enhancing data quality process automation, governance, and reporting.
- Preparing and presenting written and verbal updates to senior management.

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in data-focused initiatives across Pre-Trade/Post-Trade activities such as RFQ, Order/ Executions, Trades, MTM, Positions, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in writing SQL queries and reviewing stored procedures.
- Exposure to Capital Markets is beneficial.
- Experience working with Database, Reporting/Analytics.
- Experience in FIX, XML messaging is a plus.
- Experience in Issue tracking and governance with systems like JIRA / HPQC is a plus.
- Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Data and Results oriented with excellent attention to detail.

JOB SUMMARY: The Manager LD is a key role intended to drive the development and feasibility process. After the acquisition team contracts for a new deal, the Manager will initiate and complete all necessary due diligence and helps prepares Land Packages for the purposes of securing all corporate approvals, and steers new communities through the kick-off and new community opening process.

JOB SUMMARY: This role supports the Sustainability team and is responsible for maintaining data sources and processes and pulling and analyzing Sustainability-related data from internal and external sources. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Job Description
Performs various assigned tasks and physical labor to ensure proper off-site treatment and disposal of customers' hazardous waste materials in accordance with environmentally responsible and cost-effective practices and Clean Earth policies, practices, and procedures. The ability to oversee a small project/job with supervision of personnel.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Handles hazardous materials including inventorying, identifying, segregating, and packaging waste material in accordance with Lab Pack policies, procedures and practices and all applicable regulations.
Perform onsite services which may include waste collection, consolidation (i.e., bulking, repackaging), sampling, safety/compliance inspections, and other related activities required by the customer/contract.
Assists other business groups, i.e., Depack, Retail and HHW, for both internally and onsite as needed.
Preparing shipment of packaged waste by inspecting, labeling, marking, and loading into the transport vehicle
Properly completes documentation including shipping papers, Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR's), evaluations/certifications and other required documentation in accordance with appropriate regulations and procedures.
Maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat Endorsement to legally operate Clean Earth vehicles necessary for transporting personnel and waste to and from customers' job locations.
Follows, understands, and promotes by example, all Health & Safety /Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) procedures including development of on-site Health &Safety plans/JSA's as outlined in the procedures and policies.
Perform unknown field testing for classification and packaging for transportation and disposal.
Mentor and assist new employees in field work duties.
Complete site walks to inventory and assess requirements for potential and awarded work.
Assist sales in creating estimates for lab pack work.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Lead and participate in the Quality Clinic in the achievement of real-time MRB dispositions and facilitation of RCCA processes.
Prepare monthly Quality metrics to support Corrective Action Review Management Board, Management Review, and Quality Reviews.
Assist with supervision of various product quality assurance activities, for example, receiving inspection, in-process, final, NDT etc. as required with adherence to Employee Standards of Conduct.
Provide effective corrective action to control losses using 5-Why analysis and other problem-solving techniques such as PFMEA.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent.
Manufacturing Engineering/Precision Machine Shop environment; thorough knowledge of Quality principles, materials & processes, including assembly & test experience.
QA field as applicable to methods & procedures related to military & commercial standards; knowledge of GD&T; must possess proven capability & initiative to function in a high technology environment; ability to interface with administration, management and customers
Aerospace or Automotive Industry Experience REQUIRED!

Our client, global engineering, construction and project management company that has built the world for more than 120 years is seeking Mechanical Handling Engineer to join their team.
As a Mechanical Handling Engineer , you will be part of the Mechanical Handling team designing the areas of material handling equipment, treatment and vitrification systems, and/or supporting utilities.

Location: Richland WA
Pay Range: $40-$42/HR
What's the Job?
Conduct and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work for a global business unit usually in one discipline in a project or staff group.
Perform work that involves conventional engineering practice.
Perform work using organization's Standard Application Programs and appropriate 2-D and 3-D computer-aided design and computer-aided engineering (CAD and CAE) tools (Solidworks, IGRIP, Microstation).
Review and disposition of field change notices, non-conformance reports, and condition reports.
What's Needed?
Knowledge of current computer applications for engineering and design including appropriate knowledge of CAD (both 2-D and 3-D).
Knowledge and ability to utilize Microsoft office suite of products.
Familiar with regulations and industry codes and standards affecting complex engineering work within discipline.
Familiar with effort required to prepare standard discipline deliverables and knows how to prepare standard engineering budgets and schedules within discipline.
Must be able to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship.
Engineering-in-training (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear Engineering.- Preferred
Experience in equipment design analysis in DOE or commercial nuclear facilities.- Preferred

You will be working as part of the Mechanical Handling team designing the areas of material handling equipment, treatment and vitrification systems, and/or supporting utilities. You will responsible for preparing 3D Models, detailed drawings, design proposal drawings, and simulations. The ideal candidate will have some experience in mechanical handling or equipment procurement. You will be interfacing and coordinating with other engineering disciplines and the client in the development of the design.
Role Overview:
- The primary role of the Mechanical Designer is meeting with engineers to establish their requirements for a new or existing mechanical designs.
- Working on CAD software, such as Solidworks or Microstation, to create drawings and models in line with the design drawings and specifications.
- Creating designs in accordance with company regulations and client standards and values.
- Perform work using appropriate 2-D and 3-D computer-aided design and computer-aided engineering (CAD and CAE) tools.
- Support the procurement of equipment by developing procurement packages, reviewing quotations and evaluating them technically; review of vendor submittals and resolution of technical issues during the procurement of mechanical equipment.
