Job Description :
The Program Scheduler Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex integrated schedules for all budgeted work, incorporates changes, challenges inputs to the schedules from the cost account managers, and aggressively resolves issues.
Essential Functions:
Helps in development and preparation of formal project-level Master Schedules.
Obtains, analyzes, and incorporates monthly status information and prepares accompanying narrative reports.
Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW and WBS.
Perform Driving Path Analysis, Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis
Conduct DCMA 14 Point analysis and other related schedule validations.
Create High Level Schedule Charts for monthly Internal Program Reviews
Perform and advise CAMs of Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
Makes/recommends substantial improvements to systems and processes.
Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Attend and lead scheduling status reviews and conduct briefings with senior leaders, which requires ability to communicate matters of importance to the function or business area.
Lead creation of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Deliverables
Supporting joint surveillance reviews (JSRs) with DCMA
Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
Work consists of making significant improvements of processes, systems, solutions, or products to enhance performance of job area.
Communicates within and outside of own function or business area and has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) when necessary.
Explain, interpret, and gain cooperation on policies, procedures, and practices.

Graduate Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of prior Program Scheduler experience.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of prior Program Scheduler experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking an Specialist, Industrial Security Level 3, for our Canoga Park, CA facility.
In this role you will perform a variety of tasks that are planned to provide experience and familiarization with the plant security programs, methods, and practices
Supports a security document control system in accordance with the National Industrial Security Manual and operating unit policies
Assists with security inspections to ensure that security policies/procedures are followed in the handling and storage of classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
Assist with special studies or administrative investigations regarding security issues
Assists in the development and implementation of security training programs and appropriate countermeasures, education/classes and special subject briefings
Monitors the policies/procedures for granting personnel and visitors' access to the facility and/or access to restricted records and materials
Essential Functions:
50% - Serve as primary contact for our contract guard force. Responsible for overseeing that Contract Statement of Work as well as the reviewing and approving invoices. Reviews incident reports and daily activities logs to ensure compliance. Conduct interviews and provide assistance with security related investigations.
20% Oversee and assist with unclassified visitor control. Review visit requests for completeness/accuracy and process for proper access. Assist with Oversee the issuance and control of badges. Coordinate with HR and administrative staff to ensure facility access for employees and visitors. Maintain security files, inventory and records including the various daily, weekly and monthly reports and performance metrics. Assist with processing security clearances for employees. Coordinate background check screening and adjudication for contractors. Main focal between Government Trade Compliance on Restricted Party Screening. Serve as Emergency Alert/Notification System administrator. Assist in the administration of security training programs, education classes and special subject briefings.
20% - Other duties as assigned such as serve as back-up emergency coordinator, Other duties as assigned to support the FSO and assist with security inspections activities to ensure that security policy and procedural compliance, etc. Maintain professional development by taking DCSA CDSE courses as assigned. Performs information and physical security tasks, and provides liaison and oversight to the Security Officer force.
5% - Compile and record data for weekly, monthly and annual security inspections and audits.
5% - Assist with processing security clearances, classified material control, personnel security clearances and visitor/access control for Special Access Program as directed. Maintains knowledge of and follows security controls and procedures for documents, hardware and areas as defined and required by the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.

The Cyber Intelligence Manager/Information System Security Manager (ISSM) is part of an Information Security team supporting a wide variety of existing and developing computer network, communications systems, and projects. The Manager/ISSM partners with senior leadership to implement goals and execute strategic endeavors.

Direct supervision of a team of ISSOs, responsible for training, mentoring, timecards, and periodic reviews etc.
Partner with Cybersecurity leads in strategic planning, funding allocations, and implementation of solutions to ensure best in practice.
Manage, develop, and conduct risk assessment procedures for verification of RMF/Assessment and Authorization (A&A) safeguards to meet various regulatory requirements based upon NISPOM/DAAPM, RMF, JSIG, and NIST 800 series (800-53, 800-171 etc.) guidelines.
Author, provide oversight, and timely delivery of various artifacts supporting Authority to Operate (ATO).
