The candidate will be the local Global Sustainment Functional Manager supporting a team of personnel in King of Prussia, PA.
THE WORK
In this role, you'll provide all functional support to their assigned team members. You'll be responsible for the execution of all logistics & sustainment support efforts supporting the ISR&SE portfolio. You'll work closely with Program Managers and Engineering to determine staffing levels, required skillsets and day to day management, measurement, and reporting of contract scope. You'll devise and implement plans, budgets, and schedules in response to program requirements. You'll monitor work progress of logistics personnel assigned to tasks to ensure milestones are met. You'll devise solutions in response to problems that negatively affect successful accomplishment of tasks assigned throughout the team. You'll advise, coordinate, and assist in training assigned Global Sustainment personnel. You'll support the adoption of Digital Transformation processes, tools, common products, and infrastructure as required. You'll be the primary contact between the Program team's and the Global Sustainment team's senior leadership.

Description: What You Will Be Doing
This position is part of the Quality Management team supporting F-35 aircraft Interim Contractor Support and maintenance operations at MCAS Miramar CA. The position is responsible for conducting routine and Safety of Flight Process Compliance and Maintenance Standard Evaluations to ensure compliance with applicable technical data, engineering drawings and contractual requirements to provide aircraft that are in good mechanical condition and safe to fly. Additional requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Requires experience in inspection of aircraft ground handling/servicing; component removal/replacement; scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) execution.
- Requires the ability to evaluate process compliance, write/review Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) reports, perform root cause analysis and validate quality plans, processes and responses.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and trends including failed process, recalls, corrective actions, and validations.
- Requires ability to identify and understand non-conformities as they relate to Safety-of-Flight inspections, procedural breakdowns, and program (process) audits.
- Must be able to work any shift as required to support customer, including weekends.
- Must be able to travel to support customer needs.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have an Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting

Basic Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of recent (within the past 10 years) maintenance experience on military aircraft.

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join our team in Highlands Ranch, CO !
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Being readily deployed to assorted program types to ensure compliant compelling proposal deliveries are met.
- Develop proposal story board templates
- Develop proposal schedule, milestone plan, delivery plans.
- Coordinate and run color team reviews.
- Lead proposal volume development and deliveries.
- Develop complex compliance matrix per RFP requirements.
- Work closely with program and capture managers to ensure win themes are being communicated
The successful candidate will typically have a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as a Proposal Manager informally or formally leading competitive proposal efforts
- Experience informally or formally leading diverse proposal teams
- Experience with competitive proposal processes
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Proposal Manager leading competitive unclassified and or classified proposal efforts for U.S. and/or foreign pursuits in aerospace, defense or other industry.
- Completion of Shipley training
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience informally or formally leading diverse proposal teams under time pressures and competing priorities
- Team leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills requiring minimal direction; this position is virtually self-supervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Writing ability and strong understanding of technical, management, past performance, content
- Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and/or SharePoint
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead proposal activity from RFP through negotiations /certification
- Active TS/SCI Clearance; Ability to obtain an Top Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
