Overview: This internship will offer a student interested in business a comprehensive view of the inner workings and elements of a company that are required to come together to make a successful business. The intern will have a chance to work under our Product Development team. There will be minimal day-to-day work as most of the work will be in the forms of projects. These projects will help to build an understanding of the company as a whole.

The employee is assigned by the Government to tool cribs, Mega Centers and plant services. Stock Clerks shall monitor, make adjustments, maintain appropriate stock levels or replenish items for material carried and stock in Mega Centers and will prepare requisitions to refill onsite stock and shall perform any combination of the following duties: iReceive, store, inventory and issue IMRL gear, equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools, and compile stock records of items in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.Count, sort, or weigh incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice Examine stock to verify conformance to specifications Store articles in bins, on floor or on shelves, according to identifying information, such as style, size or type of material Fill orders or issue supplies from stock; prepare periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock (using current data systems such as ATICTS/MAXIMO) Requisition articles to fill incoming orders Compile reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments Mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles; distribute stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued Make adjustments or repairs to articles carried in stock Cut stock to site to fill order Maintain Commodities and HAZMAT lockers throughout each location and shall issue HAZMAT using HMMS or Regional CHRIMP Follow appropriate HAZMAT waste procedures IAW the latest version of FRCSEINST 5090.3 Participate in quarterly and yearly HW handlers and spill drill training and may also be members of the HMCC. JOB SUMMARY
Working under direct supervision, this role is responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate dissemination of client reporting, provides routine day-to-day operations and administrative support for a large client team, business unit or large department. Assists in coordination of client reports, budget, process improvement, controls for specialized software and other functions enabling the department to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes monthly client reporting and department budget reports to maintain expense controls. Prepares commentary and explanation of variances for management review.
Assists in systems administration for specialized software utilized by the business group to support its operations. Researches and resolves routine support issues. Follows-up to ensure open issues are resolved. Assists in preparing user reference material.
Troubleshoots and resolves simple inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.
Reviews and monitors department processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve client reporting service delivery to internal and external customers. May network with external contacts to research and recommend best practices.
Coordinates budget preparation. Researches and collects input from multiple internal and external resources.
Compiles a variety of operating, financial and statistical information for client reporting. Coordinates work with other departments. May add commentary to complete analysis reports and proposals.
Assists in communication of best practices, policies, procedures and initiatives to support operations. Helps to facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution.
Assists in developing project plans and costs, including personnel and fiscal requirements to achieve defined objectives. May provide periodic updates relative to project resource and fiscal plans.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

Summary
The Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer supports the development of the Ryder Continuous Improvement culture in all employees across the Business Unit/Vertical by actively promoting and facilitating the use of continuous improvement methods to support new business and existing operations. Effectively utilizing lean and engineering methodologies, tools, root cause analysis and waste reduction with a bias for action, this position will interface with employee at all levels and various functions across the business and within a facility. This position supports assigned VP of Operations (Business Unit/Vertical) and reports to the CI Manager.
Essential Functions
Effective facilitation and execution of Value Stream Maps & Kaizen Events through all stages (A3 charter ideation / creation, pre-work identification and completion, delivery of results in Kaizen week, regular follow up and follow through on sustainment). Independently identifies process gaps, recommends and implements process improvement. Management of the lean transformational activities and projects at one large customer account or multiple customer accounts, directing the assessment, development, launch and continuous improvement activities related to specific business and day-to-day frontline associate interface and implementation of lean at the site. Coach process owners how to use engineering and Lean methods to achieve operational excellence.
Collects data and performs statistical analysis. Maps and documents processes. Independently identifies process gaps; recommends and implements process improvement. Works on complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Develops a thorough, effective, and timely continuous improvement plan to address the top business needs at Ryder sites (transformation plan development and execution). Drives process improvement activities to achieve dramatic improvement in the key business metrics of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development.
Develop advanced competency in wide range of engineering methods, Lean tools, and quality standards and coaches employees in the use and implementation of CI, Quality Assurance, & Lean principles. Applies company methodologies and tools, engineering methodologies/tools such as product slotting, studying labor standards (time studies), layouts and optimization of flow, data profiling and analysis, and resource modeling to improve distribution and/or transportation operations. Provide regular reports of data and actions to measure progress against the site objectives. Makes Inventory and/or Supply Chain strategy recommendations.
Completes event planning, perform pre-work, facilitates teams and supports events (includes; start-ups, expansion & closure). Follow-up on events and audit compliance to lean plans to prevent backsliding. Supports continuous improvement deployment using fundamentals of lean. Completes CI projects that lead to improved business results. Assesses CI initiatives and provides input and recommendations on future activities. Assisting and/or leading the execution of Lean Assessments.
Design, implement, monitor and maintain the QMS based on established company and/or industry standards. Implement and monitor a standardized corrective action system. Support regulatory compliance and certification requirements. Perform all functions related to Quality Assurance for a start-up or expansion.

The Professional Support Operator is considered the front line representative, providing best in class service to our customers and field team members. Position Summary
The candidate's mission will be to support the sales efforts for Artisanal Brewing Ventures' brands. The Brand Ambassador - Sampling Representative will be a part-time ambassador for our beer and our brand at a variety of events, festivals and tastings. The primary duty is to represent our company in a professional, positive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable way.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers at events to educate them on our beers and our Company.
Set-up, break down and clean pouring stations at event site.
Transport and maintain table display, equipment and materials.
Pour beers, hand out promotional materials, be able to discuss the beer characteristics.
Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.
Support Sales staff, as needed.
Attend brewery training events to stay current with offerings.
Perform other business related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Must be 21 years of age, or older.
High School graduate - college degree is preferred.
Craft beer industry passion and the appreciation of the culture that goes with it.
Excellent communication skills, particularly public speaking.
Have an outgoing, energetic, confident personality.
Ability to work nights and weekends, along with a flexible work schedule with notice.
Certified Cicerone or Certified Beer Server is considered a plus.
Regular visits to bars, restaurants, stores and festivals, some of which may be outdoors.
A valid state driver's license is required and must be maintained throughout employment period with Artisanal Brewing Ventures.
The candidate must fully understand that they are a representative not only of the company, but of the alcohol beverage industry. Other Requirements
Candidate should be able and willing to lift at least 31.5 lbs. from ground level to a shelf 50 inches from the floor. The candidate should also be able to move 165 lbs. of kegged beer from one location to another by sliding it on the floor.

FTI is seeking an associate level Kubernetes and Docker Cloud Developer to support various military and DoD customers. This position requires a developer to work hand-in-hand with analysts, other developers, and customer user groups. Updates/validates wayfinding and product location signage as well as digital maintenance of this information throughout the store
Confirms that product pricing information is visible and clear and resolves/replaces any missing pricing labels
Ensures cross merchandise, side stack products, j-hooks and gravity feed bins are placed appropriately, helping to drive add-on sales
Works with store leadership to stage clearance and damaged merchandise for quick sale
Sorts products in bins, drawers and boxes to ensure that they are in the proper location
Clean and Safe Stores
Reviews, completes, and enters completion details (when, what, amount of time spent, taking and uploading photographs to confirm servicing completion, etc.) for all assigned merchandise reset, service, and maintenance tasks
Ensures all reset displays are safe and in working order and repaired/replaced as needed
Repairs/seals damaged packaging and boxes including peg-hook items
Removes all trash, moves cardboard boxes to the bailer, and moves plastic wrap and other debris to the compactor
Replaces light bulbs and alerts Facility Services Associate (FSA) when additional maintenance issues are noted (lights out, painting, etc.)
Detects common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks, and promptly communicates them to management and/or Asset Protection
Ensures compliance with housekeeping standards and programs (e.g., Zone Recovery) to maintain cleanliness and organization of store and working areas
Maintains a safe and secure work environment, which may include conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping aisles clear, and securing doors and gates
Adheres to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties: top stock safety, reinstalling safety cables, use of aisle blockers, a tether line on power equipment, spotters, and safety devices
Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department (e.g., Zebra phone, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance system, key cutter, panel saw, paint mixer, flooring cutters, compacter baler)
