Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs system-wide exempt staffing and full life-cycle recruiting functions. Administers and interprets policies relating to employment, promotion, reassignment, career management, transition assistance, and relocation. - Develops and coordinates short and long term recruitment and staffing plans. Develops strategies responsive to management needs that aggressively target under represented areas. Exercises executive search techniques to locate viable candidates; proactively creating applicant pools and talent pipelines by efficiently using both active and passive recruitment efforts. - Develops position requirements, and prepares job vacancy announcements/advertising. Develops and implements recruiting strategies to ensure widest possible dissemination of employment opportunities in order to maximize the pool of highly qualified candidates. Reviews applicant qualifications and prepares staffing packages for selecting officials. Checks basic stock assortment for additions and deletions; initiates interstore transfers; returns merchandise to warehouse and overstocked merchandise to vendors. - Assists in the preparation and implementation of model stock plans and seasonal buying plans. Prepares historical analysis of various aspects of the merchandise required in developing buying plans and making commitments. - Responds to inquiries from field Exchanges, vendors, etc. Works closely with NEXCOM departments, vendors, field Exchanges, etc. to facilitate flow of information regarding changes to stock assortments, merchandise availability, sales events, substitutions, vendor support, etc. Ensures that Navy Exchanges are provided with complete merchandising information pertinent to assigned departments or merchandise classifications. Prepares bulletins including the master stock assortment list for each selling location. - Assigns style numbers to line items procured and maintains UPC files. - Assists in the preparation of advertising sheets, coop forms, worksheets, secures samples and performs other related duties as needed in conjunction with all corporate promotional events. Assists in developing vendor produced inserts/flyers to tie-in with major promotional events. - Participate in retail marketing meetings, merchandise clinics, functional training courses for department(s) assigned, as required. - Keeps abreast of current industry/market trends for assigned department(s) by receiving trade publications, market offerings and information from the commercial sector. - Works under close supervision. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Detects common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks, and promptly communicates them to management and/or Asset Protection
Ensures compliance with housekeeping standards and programs (e.g., Zone Recovery) to maintain cleanliness and organization of store and working areas
Maintains a safe and secure work environment, which may include conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping aisles clear, and securing doors and gates

The Electrical Design and Implementation Manager is suited for an experienced professional with advanced knowledge in the electrical field. This role requires working knowledge of power generation, electronics controls and fuel systems. Further, this position involves Complex Systems oversight and must be able to identify and resolve discrepancies with the customer prior to ship date.
Electrical Design and Implementation Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide hands on involvement, oversight and training of electricians on the more complex ASC projects.

- Properly inspect each unit before shipping using product drawings and specifications. Correct any errors or defects as needed with respective Supervisors or Managers.

The Commissary Attendant is responsible for providing commissary services to an assigned correctional facility's commissary program. Duties of this position include, fulfilling and delivering food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner. GENERAL FUNCTION
The Assistant Manager I is a core member of the leadership team that drives Sunglass Hut's success. Audacy is seeking an organized, detail oriented and outgoing professional to support our Promotions + Experiences team in promotions, contesting and prize fulfillment in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with the execution of contesting and promotions on stations in Norfolk, Richmond and Washington, D.C. Back-up for contesting and promotions on stations in Philadelphia and Baltimore.
Manage prizing and winner fulfillment process
Coordinate with Sales, Programming, and third-party partners on prize and promotion details
Listener relations, such as answering emails, phone calls, following up with winners for prize fulfillment, and collecting/processing necessary paperwork
Assist with any contesting social media copy & graphic design for stations in Washington, D.C. as needed
Write material terms for station contests, and work with Regional Contest Directors on larger station promotions
Follow all legal contesting requirements and disclosures with support from legal
Work with Promotion Directors to ensure contest and department compliance including but not limited to posting contest rules, material terms, maintaining contest files, and promotional agreements within company policy
Handle recaps for corporate promotional initiatives for the region.
Collaborate with Sales and Programming Departments on promotion ideation for client and brand initiatives
Event Marketing based on needs in Norfolk & Richmond
