As a Bid Manager, you play a pivotal role in overseeing the tasks necessary to assemble large, complex sales proposals. Proposal assembly is accomplished by "project managing" large complex proposals, with input from Management, Finance, Sales, Application Engineering, and Operations. The Bid Manager conducts market pricing analyses and develops Discounted Cash Flow pricing models for product and service offerings. The Bid Manager also serves as the leader for completing Customer Offer Releases as part of the internal project risk review process. The successful candidate will be accountable for well-coordinated and thorough proposal assembly and presentation. Performance measures will include but are not limited to overall proposal timeliness and quality, successful completion and presentation of Offer Releases, and closure of proposals generated with a focus on ensuring exceptional service delivery, strategic growth, and fostering a collaborative environment. Core Responsibilities and Tasks:
Reads, understands, and assigns work required to assemble complex bid responses
Evaluates proposal requests, looks for opportunities to position the company for success and to grow business beyond the specific request
Collects input from team members, assembles, prepares, and distributes bids for complex projects
Ensures accuracy in commercial proposals to customer commercial requirements
Partners with Vertical Market leaders to complete the needed COA (Customer Offer Approval) documents to approve bid submissions and approaches
Manages and maintains proposal opportunity records in our CRM system as well as relevant bid performance metrics
High level of professionalism, the ability to work independently and lead the proposal team in hitting business goals in a demanding and challenging business environment
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years' work experience in a technology-based environment is desired
Two (2) years of experience managing or leading a sales or proposal development process
Detail and process orientation, success requires the discipline to be attentive to detail and to follow established workflows
Computer & technology literate in MS Office, with the ability to rapidly become proficient in other software packages such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
Knowledge and Experience
Compliance with all relevant safety and work rules and regulations
Continuously strives to be technically competent and current in new developments in relevant fields including marketing content generation and distribution methods (print media, social media, internet-based marketing content, etc.)
Ability to travel, in the Americas 5% of the time on average (maybe once or twice per year)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and computer skills
Experience in technical writing and promotional marketing
Aptitude for the presentation of commercial offers
Understanding of cashflow and margin calculations

Job Summary:
As an IT Disaster Recovery and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of disaster recovery policies and procedures to ensure the continuity of IT services across Xylem. You will assist the Cloud Services and Disaster Recovery Senior Manager in the delivery of the DR project, carrying out training and targeted IT DR recovery validations.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Cloud Services and Disaster Recovery Senior Manager in developing and maintaining comprehensive disaster recovery plans for IT systems, networks, and data services
Plan and conduct regular disaster recovery testing to ensure effectiveness and compliance with industry standards working with the DR leads for each site / location to ensure the veracity of our plans and standards
Assist the Cloud Services and Disaster Recovery Senior Manager in the managing the response to emergency situations and lead the recovery efforts after disruptions

THE ROLE: The Sr. Buyer will be responsible for analyzing and processing authorized requisitions by establishing sources of supply and issuing financially binding purchase orders to obtain needed materials and services required by Xylem. This position will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the design of the current product as well as future design changes as market needs change within Xylem's global sites. . Implement sourcing strategies and supplier relationships to leverage Xylem purchases and customers' requirements.
. Creates plans to achieve cost saving targets.
. Negotiate purchase contracts with selected suppliers and follows up on delivery and quality compliance.
. Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and part ordering policies in MRP software systems.
. Analyze and interpret MRP reports and take appropriate courses of action.
. Recommends design change to customer product and initiates new supply programs favorable to Xylem in areas of Production, Inventory Control, and Quality improvement.
. Correspond with Xylem sites worldwide pertaining to specifications, drawings, product life cycle, bids, quotations, and other matters relative to purchasing or product design and follow up.
. Manage suppliers to the levels of delivery and quality performance required by Xylem.
. Familiar with competitive worldwide market situations and material alternatives. Research to benchmark suppliers and processes.
. Assist Xylem Global Procurement team with data collection, outsourcing and communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

THE ROLE : The Manager, Supply Chain Systems will be responsible for supporting the global implementation of a new ERP system (SAP HANA), helping to translate business and manufacturing need to framework experts. In this role, the incumbent will be a key player to a global team well after implementation is complete to ensure business continuity and process upkeep. This position will provide support and guidance to the business and our customers in the review of contract documents, bids and proposals. This role is responsible for the review and revision of contract documents as well as negotiating with customers to align with standard Evoqua terms (when possible). Leverage existing templates and established workflows to prepare routine responses, correspondence, and contract documentation in response to requests for proposals and solicitations.

Position Summary
Xylem is looking for a Field Service Technician to report to our Alpharetta, GA branch and service our equipment at customer sites in the surrounding area.
What your day will look like as a Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle, within our Light Industries Division. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is especially encouraged.
This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.
