The Patient Care Tech under direction of a registered nurse, performs various patient care activities necessary in caring for a patient or a group of patients and performs clerical/receptionist services as required. POSITION SUMMARY

Functioning as a team member within a patient centric care delivery model for high quality and service within the practice setting. ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Reports for scheduled shifts on time and in a professional manner with regard to behavior, telephone courtesy, dress, identification, and communication with patients' colleagues, and outside agencies.

2. Works closely with the provider and leadership to continually improve the patient experience though daily patient care, clerical support, ongoing projects and assumes additional duties as needed in a self-directed manner.

3. Prepares the patient for the visit by taking vital signs, documenting and order entry within the EPIC system, arranging and coordinating support and ancillary services for patient care, preparing patient rooms for visits, stocking exam rooms, preparing schedules, and providing general support to the providers and patients. Performs specific specialized tests (i.e. pulmonary function tests, phlebotomy procedures) as needed.

4. Provides for a safe patient experience through adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, manufacturer standards and reports any potential equipment malfunctions or safety violations.

5. May support a variety of clerical office functions including calls, documentation, scanning, etc.

6. Within scope of Medical Assistant, demonstrates clinical knowledge and focuses on customer service to answer and triage patient telephone calls. Records complete and accurate messages and obtains necessary instructions from providers and nurses, etc. when appropriate.

7. Supports internal and external customers, to maintain a superior customer experience across the continuum of care through teamwork. Communicates professionally with patients, providers, and co-workers at all times. Actively participates and is engaged in staff meetings.

8. Collaborates with leadership and other staff to recommend changes to improve the safety, quality, and efficiency of patient care.

9. Performs other duties as assigned that support ProMedica's core values.

The Paramedic/PTN functions on an ambulance performing prehospital emergency responses and interfacility transports normally as the senior member of a two person care team. When paired with a EMT-B, the Paramedic would be responsible to direct the care of the patient and delegate as appropriate for the scope of practice. The two person care team is responsible to assess and apply appropriate medical treatment protocols to care for the patient. The Paramedic directly reports to the Operations Manger which handles non-clinical job performance items. The Paramedic provides patient care under the authority of the Medical Director and reports to the Clinical Manager for clinical care issues.

Operates and maintains PTN vehicles in a safe and ready condition. Provides safe, quality care to ill or injured patients in prehospital or intrahospital setting. Will be primarily responsible in field situations if holding senior medic status. When performing SCT, will act under the direction of the Transport Nurse during care and transport of interhospital patients. Provides ongoing monitoring and management as directed of the critically ill or injured during transport

POSITION SUMMARY Operates and maintains PTN vehicles in a safe and ready condition. Provides safe, quality care to clients during non-emergency transports.

Accountabilities:

Supports and adheres to the State of Ohio, Michigan, ProMedica Health System and ProMedica Transportation Network policies and procedures. Maintain PTN vehicles in a constant state of readiness and cleanliness. Document checks of PTN vehicles and equipment every shift. Practices within their scope of practice as defined by the appropriate State certification and shall be accountable for their actions. ACCOUNTABILITIES

Actively manages assigned donor and prospect accounts - participating in new donor identification/discovery, existing donor cultivation, gift solicitation, and stewardship following gifts. In this role, maintains current and timely donor notes in the philanthropy software database, as well as prepares and executes donor cultivation plans leading to solicitation. Actively participates as philanthropy liaison to committees planning special event fundraisers and any capital campaigns of assigned business units. In this role, coordinates with appropriate colleagues within the philanthropy division. Cultivates personal relationships with governance volunteers on the business unit and foundation boards. When appropriate, solicits annual fund contributions from these stakeholders. Supports the philanthropy team by providing counsel to peers as required and assistance with special projects as requested, such as Annual Fund Appeal. Coordinates business unit calendars for philanthropy activities, including informational and fundraising communications, special events, grateful patient events, etc. Performs all other duties as assigned.

The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care provided to a group of patients. Department overview:

RN will provide pre and post procedure care for out/inpatients undergoing cardiac procedures, including but not limited to, cardiac catheterizations; neuro and vascular angiograms; pacemaker/AICD insertion/replacement; ablations; transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE); cardioversions, and loop recorder insertion/replacement.

Scope of Service: The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to individuals and groups which require specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, spiritual/cultural, and nursing sciences. The Registered Nurse functions within the full scope of nursing practice as noted by the Board of Nursing of their designated state for which they are practicing in addition to compliance with any of the hospitals accrediting bodies. Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for implementing and tailoring sophisticated data solutions for the

ProMedica Foundation. The primarily responsibilities include oversight of the Salesforce platform,

ensuring compliance, training, and troubleshooting, ensuring up-to-date records, and creating

dashboards and donor and accounting reports. Additionally, this position will utilize wealth

screening and reports to equip the fundraising team with important insights into prospects and

donors.

Assist with the management of various data vendor contracts. Track renewals and notify the leadership when a renewal is upcoming. Design best practice solutions while also keeping user documentation up to date. Provide back up support to gift processing when necessary.

The Paramedic/PTN functions on an ambulance performing prehospital emergency responses and interfacility transports normally as the senior member of a two person care team. When paired with a EMT-B, the Paramedic would be responsible to direct the care of the patient and delegate as appropriate for the scope of practice. The two person care team is responsible to assess and apply appropriate medical treatment protocols to care for the patient. The Paramedic directly reports to the Operations Manger which handles non-clinical job performance items. The Paramedic provides patient care under the authority of the Medical Director and reports to the Clinical Manager for clinical care issues.

Operates and maintains PTN vehicles in a safe and ready condition. Provides safe, quality care to ill or injured patients in prehospital or intrahospital setting. Will be primarily responsible in field situations if holding senior medic status. When performing SCT, will act under the direction of the Transport Nurse during care and transport of interhospital patients. Provides ongoing monitoring and management as directed of the critically ill or injured during transport

POSITION SUMMARY The Registered Respiratory Therapist will be competent to care for patients of all ages to include infants, children, adolescents, adult and geriatric population dependent on the area assigned. This individual performs the duties and responsibilities outlined below as assigned, under minimal supervision from the Respiratory Care Department leadership team and the Medical Directors of Respiratory Care. The Registered Respiratory Therapist performs these assigned duties and responsibilities according to regulatory standards, clinical practice guidelines, policies and procedures approved by the Medical Directors and Administration. This individual will frequently make independent decisions regarding modification of therapy in accordance with clinical practice guidelines, policies and procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. 3. Understands and applies Respiratory Care Clinical Practice Guidelines, to provide safe, highly efficient and cost effective care, using evidence based best practice.

4. Provides educational needs of patients on disease specific process, tobacco cessation and respiratory care services provided, including instruction for home care equipment and medications.

5. Assist with clinical instruction of respiratory care, nursing, medical students and residents, as needed. Actively participates in the orientation of new staff and contributes to the growth of others.

6. Understands and acts in accordance with all Respiratory Care and Hospital Policies and Procedures for those areas assigned and is able to independently function in those areas.

7. Completes accurate patient documentation, including billing and productivity standards. Participates in creating a plan of care, evaluate achievement of identified goals, record results and communicate pertinent information to appropriate members of the health care team

8. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by leadership within the scope of training and practice, including the ability to perform essential duties in other business units as part of a shared staffing plan, as required.
