We are seeking an Information Assurance Systems Engineer to join our team and leverage their technical expertise to provide systems engineering and architecture support in the areas of architecture and standards, systems engineering integration, evaluation and testing, systems engineering implementation, and application services to a cryptologic program. Budgeting and financial processes in order to provide expert advice and technical evaluations for complex and critical launch systems and processes. SAIC is seeking a Space Protection Payload Sr. Systems Engineer to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) services to a rapidly expanding Government Intelligence Community (IC) customer for a complex space and ground efforts as part of an exciting and innovative set of programs.
The Space Protection Payload Sr. Systems Engineer supports a USG System Program Office (SPO) in a technical capacity for engineering and integration of the key payload for a Major System Acquisition program within the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). As an individual contributor and an integral team member, this individual works with high-performing systems engineers and acquisition specialists during the assembly, integration and testing (AI&T) of the current payload and leads a small team developing requirements for the next generation payload.
Specifically, the Space Protection Payload Sr. Systems Engineer will serve onsite with USG and other contractor personnel delivering Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) expertise to include the following functions:
Oversee the commercial developer build, test and delivery of the current design protection payload and assess compliance with statement of work and requirements
Provide technical review and advisory support on feasibility, development, acquisition, and operation of innovative technologies for future architectures, systems, capabilities, and performance
Integrate across multiple projects to ensure balanced and unified USG customer portfolio organized around future objective enterprise architecture and strategic vision
Define acquisition strategies and project plans, project life cycle plans, and associated schedules for the next generation payload and contribute to overall system effort

The Navy Business Group currently has a career opportunity for a Quantitative Fleet Feedback (QFF) Support senior training analyst to provide fleet training data collection and assessment support to Commander, Carrier Strike Group FOUR (CSG 4) in Norfolk, VA.
The individual in this position will provide QFF program analysis support and serve as a fleet training program analyst performing a variety of routine and non-routine tasks associated with training assessment and reporting using the Navy Warfare Training System (NWTS) and Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS) for the CSG-4 staff. Training program analysts have experience at the senior level including supervisory experience. They are able to analyze program information, strategize plans, produce quality analytic work in the form of information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence and effectively present the results in a clear and concise manner when required. A perfect candidate will have depth and breadth of knowledge of: organizational analysis (e.g., analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing staffing capacity and capability; missions; management principles and processes); and programmatic planning and analysis (project and organizational cost, schedule, performance and risk) in the context of OSD-level organizational mission dynamics between operational requirements (e.g., Combatant Commands, Joint Staff), budget (e.g., OSD CAPE), and DoD weapons systems development and acquisition (e.g., OUSD(R&E), OUSD(A&S)).
The position is hybrid remote with some onsite work located in Arlington, VA.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, recommend, and implement modifications to current procedures and policies to improve efficiency; develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide organizational management to include staffing analysis; support director-level organizational surveys (seek feedback from the staff); provide recommendations on staffing efficiencies to accomplish organizational goals.
Work with front office staff (e.g., workflow manager, legislative affairs) to assess impact of taskers and new laws/policy on the organization and to support the development and tracking of taskers/action items assigned to the organization to facilitate timely senior leadership feedback and approval.
Evaluate and advise on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation (e.g., improvements organizational and project level data for ease of searching and sharing).
Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
Recommend KM technology where applicable (e.g., advise on the potential benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of administrative support or program operations).
Develop monthly reports/briefs on significant activities with a focus on quantifiable progress, report on the effectiveness of projects and processes.
Organize and facilitate internal and external communications on a wide array of subjects including internal and external tasks, program reviews, meetings, congressional events, invitations, speaking events, and resources.

Active Top Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a TS/SCI required to maintain employment.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years experience. Additional years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Extensive experience in the Pentagon at OSD, Joint Staff, or other high-level organization.
Strong leadership, problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and a proven ability to work with Senior Executives.
Experience writing white papers, briefings, correspondence, and reports.
Exceptional organizational and teambuilding skills and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree.
Understanding of JCIDS, PPBE process, POM cycle, CATMS/TMT or other tasking system, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
Strong knowledge of OSD-level organizational structure and understanding of the National Defense Strategy and DoD Modernization areas.
Senior Service College Graduate.

The System Engineer will:

Develop solutions in a systems integration laboratory (SIL) environment, and perform mechanical design, development, and documentation of components, sub-assemblies, and major end items for defense system equipment in accordance with system requirements
Perform site investigations to secure necessary data for studies and designs
Interface with other engineering disciplines, non-technical disciplines, and suppliers to develop design solutions and resolve technical challenges
Review engineering design proposals, design drawings, specifications and other technical document submissions and recommend improvements
Utilize and red-line Qualification Test Plans, Performance Test Plans, Safety/Hazard Characterization Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports
Resolution of change requests from customer, manufacturers, or suppliers
Perform Reliability Analyses and Safety Engineering processes on systems
