SAIC is seeking a Cyberspace Event and Current Operations Situational Awareness Support Analyst out of Fort Meade, MD.
This position directly supports the USCYBERCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC). The Cyberspace Event and Current Operations Situational Awareness Support Analyst assesses, analyzes, and maintains situational awareness of USCYBERCOM operations and activities. The team reviews numerous JOC products, aggregates data, and summarizes information requiring the attention of the Battle Captain, the JOC Director, or the J3 Operations Director. This is a mission critical function and requires 24x7x365 coverage in support of the JOC.
Shift 1: Tues-Fri 0600 - 1600 / Shift 2: 1400 - 0000 / Shift 3: Sat-Tues 2300 - 0900
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
. Perform expansive cyberspace intelligence analyst duties;
. Review intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities;
. Develop operations products fused with relevant information from higher, adjacent, and supporting organizations;
. Aggregate JOC operational information into daily briefings to provide situational awareness of USCYBERCOM activities;
. Review internal and external reporting data for applicability to cyberspace operations;
. Conduct quality assurance checks on daily briefing dashboards;
. Maintain relationships and coordinate required actions with higher, adjacent, and supporting organizations;
. Develop analytic approaches and make recommendations to problems and situations with incomplete, controversial, or unprecedented datasets;
. Monitor various services to maintain situational awareness;
. Archive current operations products outside their window of relevancy.
Deliverables include (as required):
. J3 Morning Update Brief (virtual dial-in via Skype);
. Daily briefing dashboards;

SAIC is seeking a Coordination and Deconfliction Analyst located out of Fort Meade, MD. This position directly supports the USCYBERCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC) and is a member of the JOC Fires Support Cell. The Coordination and Deconfliction (C&D) analyst operates in a dynamic, 24/7 environment, and interacts daily with other JOC functional cells, the battle watch leadership, and USYCBERCOM components. The C&D watch stander supports the Joint Operations Center (JOC) with technical deconfliction of specific requirements related to cyberspace operations. The C&D watch stander offers a central deconfliction point for the synchronization of inter and intra-Departmental activities in the cyberspace domain.
Available Shifts: Shift 3: Tues-Fri 2300 - 0900 / Shift 2W: Sat-Tues 1400 - 0000 / Shift 3W: Sat-Tues 2300 - 0900 Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
. Perform technical deconfliction between USCYBERCOM, its components, US government partners, and allies in support of routine cyberspace operations, operational deconfliction, and public disclosure requests;
. Consolidate input from USCYBERCOM components and integrated planning elements to develop a weekly cyberspace operations placemat used by senior USCYBERCOM, Joint Staff, and Defense of Department leaders;
. Support C&D activities for cyberspace operations including exercises, global contingencies, and other emerging requirements;
. Review all malware disclosure and information release requests and coordinate with the USCYBERCOM J39 and Public Affairs Officer for action;
. Evaluate all deconfliction packages in IKE and take appropriate follow-on action;
. Act as a JOC trusted agent for DOD Cyber Red Team (DCRT) activities and notify the JOC Director of DCRT actions when required but in accordance with the trusted agent nondisclosure agreement.

Landmark AOS is a large SETA program that supports the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), which is responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.
The MBSE Systems Engineer will provide specialized engineering expertise supporting the acquisition of multi-intelligence (multi-INT) software services. SAIC's client is tasked with leading the integration of mission focused tools to foster increased efficiency, automation, and information sharing. The MBSE Systems Engineer will assist and advise Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise.
Job Responsibilities to include:
Apply Digital Engineering concepts, processes, and tools to help the government plan and define capabilities needed to better support mission operations (e.g., automation, situational awareness, etc.)
Utilize and develop cutting-edge mod / sim tools and algorithms to help address some of the most challenging issues regarding automation across the intelligence cycle for the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD).
Support Agile process evolution across Government teams, development contractors, user engagement teams, and stakeholders
Strategize with government, SETA, and industry partners to conceptualize and prove out a future ground architecture to drive the customer's new space architecture
Analyze user needs, concept of operations, and high-level systems architectures to develop model/simulation requirements
Develop code / scripts to develop algorithms, perform analyses, and automate data processing to model operational scenarios for system evaluation and mission effectiveness
Support and deliver capabilities in a modular, open architecture that provides global, persistent, real-time surveillance and activity-based intelligence information.
Perform technical review and assessment of concepts, systems, technologies, designs, architectures, interfaces, and operation of space and ground systems
Create use cases, develop models, and conduct simulations to help evaluate ground architectures and trades
Participate in and contribute to technical and programmatic interchanges; identify and resolve issues; and provide engineering and technical advice to the customer
Develop briefings and documentation material for Program / Project Manager's engagements, including developing technical roadmaps and implementation plans

As the Mission Thread Systems Engineer, you be actively performing engineering analysis, ensuring programs successfully deliver core mission processing services in all phases of the acquisition life cycle. You will also be part of a highly diversified team supporting Ground Intelligence acquisitions and providing cutting-edge capabilities to the intelligence community (IC).
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide day-to-day collaboration with development contractors, other Government program office personnel, and Government Customers on systems engineering and acquisition functions in the domain area of GEOINT collection, mission management and mission processing
Work with Acquisition SETAs in the role of oversight, monitoring software development and integration activities, ensuring alignment with Government requirements and objectives
Retain cognizance of wide variety of GEOINT mission projects including, technical baseline, project schedules, dependencies, risks, and cost
Advise Senior and Mid-Level managers on architectural decisions to include investment strategies, acquisition portfolio priorities, and risk assessment of project execution
Conduct Strategic planning for both mission architecture (technical trade studies, definition of future architecture planning, software service recommendations etc.) and programmatic needs (Program Budget Guidance, cost estimation, generation of acquisition schedules)
Accomplish performance assessment and provide estimates of cost, schedule, and risk impacts to existing Ground architecture implementations
Provide technical and cost assessment of vendor proposals, review technical reports, design artifacts, and develop program plans

SAIC is seeking qualified candidates to support the US Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFMS) program. This is an onsite position based out of Toledo, Ohio.
AFMS is the premier agency responsible for implementation, integration, and development of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and training and analysis standards that support the US Air Force (USAF), Department of Defense (DoD), and mission partners requiring these capabilities to support the Warfighter in full-spectrum operations. As the lead agent for M&S within the USAF, AFMS gathers requirements, seeks out potential solutions, and integrates legacy and emerging M&S solutions across the USAF and the DoD. The USAF has an M&S initiative that focuses on providing simulation and synthetic training as the critical capability to augment live training, act as an enabler for critical decision-making, and enhance human performance. In the current resource constrained environment, demand for M&S rises with the continuously evolving need for operational readiness and mission preparedness across the USAF, DoD, and with coalition partners. AFMS focuses on providing innovative M&S services as the key to meeting this demand.
The role of this position is to support the Air National Guard with M&S Operational, Technical, and Innovative Support and the candidate will work out of Toledo, OH. The Fighter Aircrew Simulator Operator will:
Fighter aircrew (F-16, F-15, F-18, F-22, or comparable aircraft) or have been previously qualified as a cockpit qualified.
MTTG or MTC simulator operator.
Operate Simulators from inside the cockpit, as well as at the console as an operator while other pilots operate the cockpits.
The SMEs are responsible for all aspects of daily simulator operation: Management of simulator console operations, scenario development, and current 3-1tactics, avionics management and scenario management
Qualifications
The following skills are required:
Fighter Pilot with five hundred (500) hours air-to-air and air-to-ground flight experience as an Instructor pilot (F-16, F-15, F-18, F-22, or comparable aircraft) or have been previously qualified as a cockpit qualified.
Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience; or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
Must be US Citizen and currently possess a Secret Clearance

SAIC is seeking a Desktop Support in Nashville, TN to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Revolutionary IT Services (RITS) to provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware and interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Handle escalated tickets from first-tier help desk support.
NOTE: Must be willing to travel within a 2 hour radius, to other USACE locations, during work hours.
NOTE: This position can support between $45-50k (depending upon experience and skill level)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
Perform technical, operational, and training support to users of personal computers either by telephone, or on-site for PC desktop hardware and software packages
Install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals
Configure operating system, load shrink-wrap programs and other application software programs
Troubleshoot printer, computer, and peripheral incidents
Perform hardware and software diagnostics, coordinate needed repairs, resolve computer system problems, including coordination between users and components of a local area network, and participates in the evaluation of system configuration and software
Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties and recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associates and one (1) years or more of related experience; two (2) additional years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
Experience in Tier II helpdesk environment
Experience installing and configuring Windows 10 and MS Office 365 applications
Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
Must be able to work Monday through Friday; 8 hour shift any time between 6AM and 6PM local time. After hours support may be required
Must be willing to travel to other locations within 2 hour radius during work hours
