SAIC is seeking a Desktop Support in Nashville, TN to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Revolutionary IT Services (RITS) to provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware and interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Handle escalated tickets from first-tier help desk support.
NOTE: Must be willing to travel within a 2 hour radius, to other USACE locations, during work hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
Perform technical, operational, and training support to users of personal computers either by telephone, or on-site for PC desktop hardware and software packages
Install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals
Configure operating system, load shrink-wrap programs and other application software programs
Troubleshoot printer, computer, and peripheral incidents
Perform hardware and software diagnostics, coordinate needed repairs, resolve computer system problems, including coordination between users and components of a local area network, and participates in the evaluation of system configuration and software

Seeking to hire a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Specialist to support our federal client, located in Silver Spring, MD . Candidates must have FOIA experience and be highly motivated with expert research and analysis skills, a keen attention to details, and the ability to mange multiple tasks at once.
Essential Functions
Processing FOIA requests using the department's FOIA request management tracking system including assembling legal documents and evidence, reviewing cases, redacting information and applying exemptions as necessary, preparing the appropriate responses, and electronically submitting to Government staff for approvals

program for DCSA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position shall maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot any issues with the security system at HQ USCENTCOM in Tampa, FL .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support required for ancillary facilities modifications, yearly maintenance, inspections, trouble-shooting, and repair of Security Systems, Digital Video Surveillance Systems and various security related sensors and devices such as balanced magnetic switches, surveillance cameras and infrared motion detectors.
Maintenance, upgrades and certification of electronic and physical security systems to include Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and barrier systems for various locations.
The on-site specialist shall not enforce policy but shall be cognizant and report all security discrepancies and violations to the USCENTCOM Security Management Office (SMO).
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and six (6) years electronic security system hands-on repair experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be accepted.
Able to maintain AMAG, Electronic Security System and troubleshoot false alarms associated with Motion Detectors, Access Card Readers and various other components of the AMAG security system;

The Enterprise Desktop Support Technician shall provide support for day-to-day operations for USCENTCOM located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. SAIC is looking for an Assembly Technician to assist us in support of several programs we currently have and additional ones we are pursuing. This position will be located in Panama City, Florida.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing and welding/fitting on assembly units.
Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
May also set up and operate a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, planers, and precision grinders to make metal parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exact tolerances and dimensions.
Interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications; determines sequence of operations, number of cuts required, and method of setup; uses a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments; makes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds; measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points to lay out stock for machining; fits and assembles precision parts into mechanical equipment and determines material, parts, and equipment required.
Some machines may be numerically controlled. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Qualifications
Required Education:
AA degree in related discipline and nine (9) years related experience; High School and eleven (11) years related experience with relevant certification
Qualifications :
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
Work independently or with little supervision
Utilize hand tools, meters, oscilloscope, etc.
Use power tools, drills, saws, etc.
Soldering connections
Assemble cable harnesses per drawings
Possible CONUS & OCONUS travel
Clearance:
Ability to obtain an Interim SECRET security clearance to start and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance

SAIC is seeking a Software Engineering Cloud Architect to be a key member of the Engineering Division team in support of the Headquarters, U.S. Central Command J6 mission.
Roles & Responsibilities to include:
Architect, design, test, and implement multiple SharePoint solutions, to include the migration strategy from the on-premises SharePoint solutions to the cloud SharePoint Online (SPO)
Write Infrastructure as Code to improve cloud migration processes and policies to migrate SharePoint to SharePoint Online and Web applications to the Cloud
Design topology and branding for SPO Sites and Hub Sites.
Automate migration processes to SPO.
Interact with customer throughout project lifecycle. Serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert for SharePoint solutions internally and externally
Utilize Power Platform to develop custom tailored workflows using Power Automate, develop complex customized solutions using Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework.
Elicit and analyze business processes and requirements from technical and non-technical teams. Organize tasks and estimate delivery times.
Perform troubleshooting for the new and existing SharePoint sites.
Document migration strategy and work with the Site Managers throughout the migration process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience AND 9 years of related experience.
7+ years of experience as a SharePoint architect and/or SharePoint administrator
CompTIA certification required for DoD 8570 compliance
Active DoD Secret clearance is required
At least 7 years of experience in SharePoint architect, configuration, cloud architecture, development, and implementation of custom solutions using Power Platforms.
Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) and SharePoint Server 2016/2019.
Experience with infrastructure as code and PowerShell scripts to support cloud migration.
Experience using SharePoint server-side and client-side object models
Experience with SharePoint branding to include hub sites, mega menu, navigation, and site page templates.
Configuring and customizing SharePoint search and taxonomies
The ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment where each day provides a new set of challenges under short time constraints involving complex network configuration and/or troubleshooting requirements
Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders to define system requirements.
Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense security requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures

SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in St. Inigoes, MD. As a key member of the Program Management Team the Senior Scheduler will work with various project teams to maintain program and project schedules.
This is a hybrid-remote position located in St. Inigoes, MD and requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite. Open to candidates local to the area only.
Job duties include the following essential functions:
Ability to develop and integrate master plans and schedules on DoD programs.
Provide critical path analysis, identify problem areas, and create work-around solutions.
Timely create and maintain program and project schedules necessary to properly plan work.
Assist with establishing project budgets from proposal estimate, track committed costs, and forecast remaining costs for engineering, equipment procurement, and construction sub-contracts.
Responsible for project and program contingency planning.
Advises project lead on matters affecting project success, schedule, and cost impacts, and develops project recovery plans when needed.
Part of the project management team responsible for meeting project deadlines.
Maintain a change management program.
Assist with identifying out of scope work items and creating change order requests to be presented to the client, including estimated cost and schedule impacts.
Within the area of responsibility, consistently identifies potential project problems or opportunities in a proactive manner, analyze the issues using all appropriate resources, develop alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.
