Security Systems Service Technicians ensure all systems and components are inspected, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the customer. These systems and components include cctv or ip cameras, alarm sensors, access control devices, and software platforms.In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also act as a mentor, providing on-the-job training to less experienced technicians, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing within our team. As aSecurity Service Technician, you will:
Execute comprehensive testing and inspections for systems under maintenance agreements
Create detailed test and inspection reports based on code requirements and customer needs
Swiftly respond to, troubleshoot, and complete necessary repairs to maintain system functionality. Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or material
Identify code and non-conformance issues, ensuring adherence to required standards
Quote small repair jobs and provide detailed parts and labor requirements to estimators and sales for large repair projects
Plan work with mentor, Lead Technicians, and Supervisors to strategize tasks effectively

You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in the installation and/or maintenance of large-scale integrated security systems
Must be able to demonstrate understanding of network components and workstation and server operating system management, IP addressing and subnetting, IP video network transmission and factors that impact video rates and quality. and basic switch, router, and firewall principles
Must be willing and able to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment,working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; differentiate types/colors of wire, carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 poundsunassisted
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred
5+ years' experience in the installation and/or maintenance of large-scale integrated security systems
Ability to read/understand design and construction documents

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager located within TX, CO, NV, AZ, or UT who is responsible for managing and driving building automation controls and HVAC part sales through contractor and distributor channels. This position will be based at the Territory Sales Manager's residence (remote) and is expected to travel up to 50%.
As a Territory Sales Manager , you will:
Assume responsibility for annual growth targets.
Develop strategies and business plans to grow account base and to meet or exceed corporate sales targets
Prospect and onboard new accounts
Maintain a funnel of new accounts in CRM tools
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers at all position levels through civic and professional meetings, sales meetings, workshops, joint sales calls, and trade shows
Support customers with training, technical support and project quotes
Manage the delivery of marketing materials and promotions
Monitor sales activity and conduct regular reviews with customers
Assist the Product Development team with new product roll outs including training, supporting documents, competitive analysis, test sights, promotions, and all other relevant activities

As a Project Procurement Specialist you will make an impact with these responsibilities:

Provide a detailed summary of e-bid results to internal stakeholders after the event has closed. Confirm subcontractor proposals have been uploaded into the system.
Closely monitor metrics related to e-bidding utilization that tie directly into corporate policies and targets. Use available data to closely monitor e-bidding participation by branch.
Collaborate with the Electrical Estimator, Procurement Manager, and Account Executive to confirm all bidding documents are uploaded to the system.
Review and release all purchase orders with a value under $50,000 and verify that contract awards were compliant with bid policies. Seek out opportunities for price negotiations and capture all documented cost savings.
Support the procurement team by managing master subcontract agreements.
Run financial reports on subcontractors and work with the Procurement Manager on insurance enrollment.
Offer support to the procurement team in various areas including issues with billings, payments, vendor set up, contract questions, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
Background or knowledge of construction, project management, or project coordination.
BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years in commercial construction and experience with bid solicitations and negotiating pricing and contract terms.

The Business Development position drives profitable sales growth, emphasizing technical specifications and account influence. Contact clients and become actively involved during the sales and execution phase.

Serve as a liaison, supporting Sales Account Managers, Channel agents, and others who lead End Users, Electrical Contractors, and EPC firms. Additionally, you'll provide marketing advice and leadership to enhance overall market effectiveness.
Develop account development plans (market analysis and definition of strategic objectives, transparency through acquisition of projects in the CRM tool.
Manage the technical support for the customer in terms of the products and their integration into power supply systems, support for prequalification processes at the Key and Focus Accounts.
Support various project management activities.

5+ years of business development / technical sales experience in the Data center and semiconductor verticals and driven product knowledge of MV Switchgear

Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, including some international travel

As a Security System Estimator, you will:
Interpret customer requirements as communicated in plans and specifications.

Calculate, understand, and communicate product, installation, and commissioning risk factors before and during cost reviews.

Short Overall Summary of Position: The Project Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the e-bidding activities for seven branches in the Midwestern U.S.
As a Project Procurement Specialist you will make an impact with these responsibilities:
Proactively interact with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, and procurement managers to identify e-bidding opportunities.
Work closely with the Procurement Manager and Account Executives to be sure e-bidding events are executed within the appropriate time frame.
Manage all e-bidding events to be sure the appropriate number of qualified bidders were invited to participate.
Actively engage subcontractors to verify their interest in e-bidding participation prior to launching an event.
Monitor live e-bidding events and address any questions or issues that arise.
Train Account Executives or new internal user on use of the e-bidding tool. Work closely with all new sales professionals to make certain they are comfortable with the system.
Train external subcontractors on how to use the e-bidding tool and be the first point of contact for technical issues or questions.
Provide a detailed summary of e-bid results to internal stakeholders after the event has closed. Confirm subcontractor proposals have been uploaded into the system.
Closely monitor metrics related to e-bidding utilization that tie directly into corporate policies and targets. Use available data to closely monitor e-bidding participation by branch.
Collaborate with the Electrical Estimator, Procurement Manager, and Account Executive to confirm all bidding documents are uploaded to the system.
Review and release all purchase orders with a value under $50,000 and verify that contract awards were compliant with bid policies. Seek out opportunities for price negotiations and capture all documented cost savings.
Support the procurement team by managing master subcontract agreements.
Run financial reports on subcontractors and work with the Procurement Manager on insurance enrollment.
Offer support to the procurement team in various areas including issues with billings, payments, vendor set up, contract questions, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
Background or knowledge of construction, project management, or project coordination.
BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years in commercial construction and experience with bid solicitations and negotiating pricing and contract terms.

This position manages projects specific to the electrical services business. Position Overview
The Maintenance Engineering Technician supports the engineering and maintenance operations of the Siemens Pomona plant.
This position will assist with maintenance repairs and ensure technical availability and capability of production machinery according to the company's requirements and approved budgets and participates in the implementation of zero harm culture.
The position is expected to work independently and as part of a greater team, assisting in the implementation of projects and activities to support manufacturing including, but not limited to; troubleshoot equipment issues, review and update PM procedures, help with new equipment installations, upgrade and order parts and materials, and assist in the supervision of outside services that support the company as advised by the Maintenance Manager.
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineering Technician based in our Pomona, CA location
Responsibilities
Monitor performance of operations and maintenance on CNC machinery, punching and bending machines, automated conveyor system, cranes, motors, hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, electrical, compress air piping, and safety equipment.
Assist with basic support activities such as, root cause analysis, working with vendors, update CMMS, small CAPEX projects, ordering tooling and write and update maintenance SOPs.
Troubleshoot and respond to normal operations problems and emergency situations.
Check malfunctioning equipment and put corrective actions in place.
Support maintenance technicians who perform preventive maintenance activities.
Ensures that work is performed efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience.
Ensure the availability of an adequate inventory of tools and other supplies to operate. Specific duties include but are not limited to performing periodic checks of inventory levels and equipment conditions, materials, spare parts etc.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Identifies and remediates all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) issues as they arise. Stays in sync with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Performs additional duties as requested.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
4+ years of demonstrated experience in the electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications
Prior knowledge of the electrical code.
Training in at least one trade (electrical, mechanical, machine maintenance).
Familiar with PMs and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Skilled and physically able to operate electric and hand tools, work on a ladder, carry tools, operate required equipment.
Completion of written documentation is required.
