As a S ystems Specialist, you will:
Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines
Document commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress
Act as the Lead Technician and plan work with Team Leader
Network technologies: Perform data back-up from data servers and create automated back-up procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations Configures PC workstations and user interfaces. Confirm proper network performance
Operational testing, verification, and acceptance: Run routine reports to review system operation Perform final inspection, testing and customer acceptance. Provide customer training on system operations. Complete and submit routine written reports. Provide plans and control system documents to engineering for as-built drawings
Project site communication and coordination: Coordinate trade contractors to perform startup services
Work Overtime as needed (Compressed schedule performance can be a factor and will require extended hours to meet commitments)
Work Rotational On-Call and/or Minimal Overnight Travel
Submit accurate time and expense reports
Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures
Able to accommodate in an out of state overnight travel - typically within the Pacific region.
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Electro-mechanical systems and user PC/software (either in a previous role or through education)
Demonstrated on-the-job experience with:
Integration of low voltage building sub-systems industry protocols, such as LON, BACnet, N2, Modbus, etc.
Reading, understanding, and interpreting design and construction documents
Ability and willingness to work in a variety of circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high lift equipment, working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in various conditions
Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet as well as able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Must be able to work overtime and on-call as needed
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $55,160 - $118,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

Position Overview:
The Field Service Technician provides engineering advice to the Amtrak maintenance workforce in order to improve equipment reliability of the Siemens ACS-64 electric locomotive fleet. This includes advice on routine maintenance, restoration and resolution to equipment failures, semi-complex equipment installation, and modifications and repairs. This position will work 3 rd shift Thursday - Saturday and every other Sunday 6:00pm - 6:30am (including weekdays, weekends and holidays), but can include dayshift or afternoon shift based on operational needs.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Assist with running maintenance on a fleet of locomotives, maintenance instructions from Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Assist with unscheduled repairs on locomotives including Mechanical repairs, Electrical repairs, highly complex technical and troubleshooting repairs on locomotives.
Follow all maintenance instructions (wherever available) to adhere to and maintain compliance and high-quality standards.
Develop a working relationship with the Customer as an employee and representative of Siemens Mobility.
Verify that all defects, tasks, and /or incidents have been reported and detailed in (CMMS) for compliance, issue tracking, and closure.
Provide first line technical assistance to operations staff for troubleshooting and repair of locomotives.
Maintain compliance to all applicable safety rules, laws, and regulations.
Always ensure highest quality standards are met in accordance with Siemens Rail Systems.
In the absence of Stores Keeper Controllers, perform Material transactions to support the fleet as needed.
Foster a work environment that drives a safety first zero harm culture (ZHC) and speak up when necessary, as a stakeholder for shop and site safety for yourself and your coworkers.
Interact with the leadership as needed on all site issues, systems, and related facility operations
To thrive in this role, you have:
Associate degree in Electrical, Electrical Automation or Industrial Maintenance or related subject area. In lieu of degree a minimum of 7 years of electrical experience will be considered.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in an industrial or maintenance environment related to electrical work.
Excellently demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Setting you apart from others would be an Associate or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electrical Automation or Industrial Maintenance with a background in rolling stock maintenance and commissioning or other rail-related experience. Experience with SAP is a plus.

Detecting, reporting and documenting unusual conditions, defective material or specific problems related to quality, safety and delivery.
Having the ability to work in a team, multi-task, cross-train and perform within production requirements is required.

As a S ystems Specialist , you will:
Commission new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines. Documents commissioning details; communicates deficiencies and progress.
Plan work with Lead Technician, and Team Leader.
Network technologies: Assists with data back-up from data servers and the creation of automated back-up procedures. Supports troubleshooting and resolution of inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations. Assists with the set-up and configuration of PC workstations and user interfaces.
Support the confirmation of proper network performance.
Operational testing, verification, and acceptance: Runs routine reports to review system operation. Participates in final inspection and testing. Supports customer acceptance. Assists with customer training on system operations.

Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team at their facility in Grand Prairie, TX. The primary responsibilities include Receiving, Storage, and Delivery to Manufacturing. We are looking for a Test Engineer - Low Voltage Products to join our growing team in Grand Prairie, TX for 3rd shift.
3rd Shift: 11 PM to 7 AM after training on 1st shift (approximately 3 months)
You'll make an impact by:
Maintaining quality of high custom and sophisticated products for Electrical Products; testing and inspecting Low Voltage Switchgear and Switchboards to applicable standards (i.e. UL1558, UL891, IEEE, etc)
Use multi meter and electronic theory to verify power readings and circuit design to ensure proper wiring and operation.
Use Hipot, test card, hand tools and various other tools to aid in testing.
Use specialized software for testing/inspecting when required (i.e. Siemens WinPM, Step 7, MicroWin, WinC Flexible, SAP, etc.)
Perform inspections/audits of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
Maintain and input records or reports related to testing/inspecting activities.

The Digital Deployment Specialist is responsible for deployment of assigned projects that are managed through the Zone Technical Center. The Digital Deployment Specialist will assemble the customer solution off-site and install the Digital Deployment Package online, perform factory testing, document completeness, and perform remote commissioning for panel and controller level equipment. As a Digital Deployment Specialist, you will:
Gather all documents required to enable a functioning system, including product licensing, firmware, panel, and controller level databases. Provide all required technical files for third party system integrations and provides required testing protocol of all system components
Load programs to enable a functioning system including product licenses, firmware updates, panel programming, graphics, setting IP addresses, setting jumpers on all hardware, and properly applying labels to all materials
Test hardware loaded with software to ensure expected results, including I/O level testing, alarm messaging functioning as expected, and all third-party systems integrations. Perform quality assurance on the deployment package and turns over solution to field technical resources, turns over materials to project manager to get materials to jobsite and performs migrations from P2 to BACnet
Ensure customer expectations are met, resolve customer issues in a timely, effective, and professional manner, and update cloud-based project site with testing results and technical documents as required
Receive and track work via workflow management software (Wrike) as required and provide remote commissioning of panel and controller level logic when remote connectivity is in place
Act as a technical resource to all ZTC and field resources and must be able to perform all tasks

The Digital Deployment Specialist is responsible for deployment of assigned projects that are managed through the Zone Technical Center. As a Digital Deployment Specialist, you will:
Gather all documents required to enable a functioning system, including product licensing, firmware, panel, and controller level databases. Provide all required technical files for third party system integrations and provides required testing protocol of all system components
Load programs to enable a functioning system including product licenses, firmware updates, panel programming, graphics, setting IP addresses, setting jumpers on all hardware, and properly applying labels to all materials
Test hardware loaded with software to ensure expected results, including I/O level testing, alarm messaging functioning as expected, and all third-party systems integrations. Perform quality assurance on the deployment package and turns over solution to field technical resources, turns over materials to project manager to get materials to jobsite and performs migrations from P2 to BACnet
Ensure customer expectations are met, resolve customer issues in a timely, effective, and professional manner, and update cloud-based project site with testing results and technical documents as required
Receive and track work via workflow management software (Wrike) as required and provide remote commissioning of panel and controller level logic when remote connectivity is in place
Act as a technical resource to all ZTC and field resources and must be able to perform all tasks

As a Service Specialist, *you will:* **
Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies
Work with multiple internal service team members including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel

We are looking for Equipment Valuation Specialist - Appraisal Specialist - Siemens Financial Services wit h the position being remote.
You will be responsible for evaluating equipment assets, serve as a lead contact on specific vendor programs and work with the team to engage other third-party appraisals
Responsibilities:
Perform equipment evaluations in areas the following areas Construction, Transportation, Machine Tool, Material Handling, Automation, Food Packaging, Healthcare equipment to establish collateral and residual values
Supporting Sales in establishing local and international Vendor Programs
Monitor targeted industries for changes in trends that could impact equipment values or marketability as well as customer behavior
Perform annual collateral value and residual value reviews for specific industries
Participate in the review and implementation of the Local Asset strategy
Assist in the repossession and remarketing of industrial, medical, and other equipment types
Monitor and report on the activities, including Trigger Events, impairments/residual write- downs, inventory reporting etc. to ensure we are compliant
Ensure data quality by monitoring internal control tools and portfolio and new bookings report and correcting the data when necessary
Requirements are:
3 years proven experience with Asset Management specifically in residual setting along with processes and procedures
High School diploma required; highly prefer college degree or relevant work experience
Experience of managing a portfolio of $500M - $1,500M with transaction ranging from $500K to $5M
Strong and proven communication skills
Strong analytical skills, prepared to work outside of the box with Sales and the Business Unit
Sophisticated Microsoft Excel Skills (such as crafting Pivot tables, graphs and using lookup, match formulas)
Solid MS Office skills
Limited travel
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $88,300 - $151,400 along with an incentive bonus structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
