Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, hands-on Senior Manager of Financial Reporting , to join our team at our headquarters location in Herndon, VA. This position will be overseeing the consolidated financial reporting process to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the financial reports submitted to its parent, Serco plc (a London Stock Exchange listed company) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

You will be responsible to support the Controller's organization in identifying accounting issues and providing advice to management; participating in implementation efforts for new accounting standards, interfacing with various internal and external auditors on a routine basis; and other special projects as needs arise; reviewing merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions, and providing accounting due diligence support for M&A and divestitures.

In this role you will also be responsible for internal controls and business continuity documentation and implementation as it relates to the financial reporting processes. Key attributes we

are seeking for this role include both the willingness to dig deeply into details, as well as the ability to assess the big picture. The selected individual is willing to research and learn new and updated accounting standards to support the Controller's organization in the preparation of the financial reports consistent with the applicable ASC and IFRS accounting rules.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The selected individual will be expected to perform and direct the following:Collaborate effectively with the Group finance team at Serco plc (parent) to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, including agreeing and setting up of account mappings for consolidation purposes.

• Research, analyze, and provide explanations for key balance sheet and P&L account movements quarterly, and coordinate to address other queries from Serco Group Finance.Assist in the preparation of formal and well-supported accounting position papers.

• Evaluate organizational strategies, transaction streams and accounting processes and implement proper accounting treatment and effective internal controls in accordance with IFRS, GAAP, Serco Accounting Policy and Compliance Requirements. This includes managing of chart of accounts mapping to ensure proper reporting of financial statements to Serco plc.

• Review and approve monthly key account reconciliations

• Ensure effective internal controls over financial operations by enhancing and monitoring self-assessment programs for the finance function.

• Document processes, develop corresponding narratives and risk control matrices, test operating effectiveness, perform remediation as needed, and monitor overall compliance.

• Collaborate effectively with affiliated corporate departments, including FP&A, IT, Facility, Human Resources,

• Procurement, Contracts, and other Finance & Accounting departments as well as build strong working relationships with Operational Leadership.

• Provide 5-year projection of key expenses to FP&A

• Provide oversight and coordination for the successful completion of internal and external audits.

• Be the POC for Finance and work closely with the Corporate Compliance and Legal team to ensure successful completion of ISO recertification and annual ISO audits.

• Manage and coordinate all Accounting Compliance activities including annual risk assessment, internal control evaluation, design and testing.

• Position will assist the controller organization in directing the organization's accounting functions. These functions include establishing and maintaining an organization's accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

• Oversees the preparation and evaluation of monthly account reconciliations and other financial operating reports, and presents findings and recommendations to top management.

• Position manages at least one (1) other accounting professional.

Qualifications

Successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with an emphasis in Accounting / Finance; and a minimum of 10 years direct experience in the field. CPA is required. Master's degree a plus

• Four (4) or more years of public accounting or 6 or more years of financial reporting experience in a publicly traded company.

• Experience in a federal government contracting environment a plus.

• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Business acquisition, mergers, and divestiture experience preferred.

• Good working knowledge of lease accounting and revenue recognition with both IFRS and US GAAP a plus.

• Financial statements consolidation experience required. Experience working with Budget, Planning andConsolidation (BPC) software a plus.

• Ability to research and perform flux analysis on key balance sheet and P&L accounts.

• Effective communication skills both oral and written preferred. Ability to break down complex issues and tailor communication style to a range of audiences, including non-accountants, and to clearly articulate ideas, solutions and conclusions to stakeholders.

• Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities within deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

• Experience in ISO 9001 compliance a plus.

• Proactive and self-motivated individual, who maintains a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment while balancing a commitment to quality of work product.

• Ability to make well-reasoned and timely decisions, possessing a skill for problem analysis and creative solutions.

• Position requires a high level of computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Costpoint required.

Serco supports the Navy as prime for their Amphibious Warfare program. This opportunity will primarily support technical and programmatic management of the new Landing Craft Utility (LCU) 1700 class, and the planning of maintenance of the legacy LCU 1600 class.

In this role, you will support the Engineering Team in the drafting, editing, and verification of construction drawings, technical manuals, craft specifications, design reports, etc., as well as support testing and evaluation efforts of subcomponents, craft systems/integration, and Builders and Acceptance Trials.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for providing technical support for all aspects of requirements development, concept development, engineering, integration and test, and performance analysis as tasked by the Lead Engineer.

• Support senior technical personnel and project managers within the organization in various technical activities related to system and technical product development for life cycle sustainment of LCU 1600 and 1700 class vessels.

• Assist the customer with coordinating meetings, discussions, and action items.

• Develop change records for craft improvements and safety issues.

• Provide technical guidance and documentation for craft changes, including installation drawings, TM updates, Liaison Action Reports (LARs), etc., as required.

• Create, revise, and review Technical Manual Deficiency/Evaluation Reports (TMDERs).

• Provide technical and design support on emergent issues in the Fleet and during all availabilities.

• Respond to emergent Fleet Life Cycle support and engineering issues.

• Receive technical guidance and training from the more experienced technical staff and provide training to junior team members where required.

• Perform basic engineering work in analysis, design, development, evaluation, planning, testing and operation.

• Duties include the collection of information and data, performance of various tests, and engineering computations, measurements, and analyses.

• Support fully independent interaction with customers and provides input to project managers on programmatic and technical deliverables under guidance of more senior technical personnel.

• Comply with applicable quality and security procedures in the performance of duties.

• Travel for craft audits or inspections when required.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years of relevant work experience. Degree must be in Ocean Engineer, Naval Architecture and/or Marine Engineering, Naval engineering. (In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 10 years of relevant work experience.)

• You must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD clearance upon employment.

• Experience and understanding of configuration management of technical manuals, and ship drawings.

• Experience and understanding of DoD acquisition management.

• Defense Acquisition University (DAU) certification(s) is highly desired.

• Experience creating and updating drawings or working with AutoCad is required.

• Knowledgeable in SolidWorks or ShipConstructor 3D modeling program is highly desired.

• Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, hardware, and software.

• Effective organization level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Prior experience working with a DoD Program Office, US Navy Supervisor of Shipbuilding, or in the Navy marine shipbuilding industry is desired.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired but not required.

• Must be willing and able to travel to shipyards to support craft audits or inspections when needed, usually once per quarter, or at least twice per year.

• Develop response rationale for Government Furnished Information Deficiencies GFIDs, Condition Reports, Trial Cards, Variances, and Contract Letters. Use AutoCAD to develop design.

• Support meetings including Weekly C4ISR meetings with the customer and other adhoc meetings. Facilitate Monthly C4ISR meeting with SPAWAR/NIWC.

• Provide coordination/liaison with other Government agencies and commercial companies to address and resolve technical issues.

• Conduct review of future change packages and determined package preparation dates in a joint review between PMS377 and PMW 750.

• Conduct travel to outside activities and participate in shipboard trial events upon Government approval.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline is desired. A combination of 15 years of relevant work experience (education/internship/navy experience counts).

• Must be able to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance post-employment.

• Experience with integrating system changes to cable block diagrams and cable running sheets is required.

• AutoCAD proficiency, an in-depth knowledge of U.S Navy Amphibious Ship C4ISR systems and interfaces, and familiarity with PEO C4I and SPAWAR/NIWC organizations is highly desirable.

Your responsibilities include:

• Play a critical role in ensuring the successful monitoring of safety compliance issues and report discrepancies by Investigating incidents, aid with development and completion of corrective actions and prepare applicable reports.

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship. This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer your Secret clearance and gain and maintain access to US Govt facilities and private Shipyards

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to deal effectively, comfortably, and confidently with people at all levels of responsibilities, authority, and rank

• Ability to facilitate and coordinate efforts with key

• Must be willing to travel Worldwide

• Have a current US Passport - required

• Be willing and able to conduct safety inspections and walkthroughs in Industrial environments (eg ships/submarines in shipyards)

Serco is looking for a Sheet Metal Mechanic-Mid Level to join a high-profile and challenging project supporting the US Navy. Sheet Metal Mechanic-Mid Level will be on a dynamic team, supporting our C5ISR system installations. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our Sailors.

You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco team members to deliver high technology performed onboard U.S. Naval Ships and military installations.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, layout, fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal parts for the repair and modernization of US Navy vessels.

• Utilize equipment including hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment.

• Sets up and operates fabricating machines, such as shears, brakes, presses, forming rolls and routers to cut, bend, lock, and form, or straighten materials.

• Receive technical guidance from supervisor or higher-level technician, and your work will be reviewed for compliance with accepted practices.

• Supervise a small team of 3-5 lower-level employees while reporting to a manager.

• Follow blueprints, guidelines, and/or diagrams to fabricate and assemble various electromechanical and electronic assemblies.

• Perform work with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within field under general supervision.

• Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and you will typically report to a supervisor.

• Work onboard U.S. Naval Ships and military installations in an area that is somewhat uncomfortable due to drafts, noise, temperature variation and the like and with equipment where carelessness would probably result in minor cuts, bruises, muscle strains, serious injury, or death.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a High School Diploma and 2-4 years of Sheet Metal Mechanic Experience.

• Have an OSHA 10 certification or able to obtain the certification.

• Be able to use power tools, assembling both large scale and intricate mechanical assemblies.

• Demonstrate the ability to working with blueprints, assembly drawings and sketches in completing a wide variety of assembly and subassembly tasks.

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within this field.

• Experience in the fabrication and precision assembly of various mechanical assemblies.

• Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff, and smooth surfaces using hand tools.

• Weld, solder, bolt, rivet, screw, clip, caulk or bond component parts to assemble products.

• Applicant must be able to get respirator qualified and wear proper PPE throughout their work shift.

• Applicant must be willing to work second, or thirds shift as needed and willing to work more than 40 hours work weeks.

• Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% to various work sites.

• Must be able to work in high heat spaces, climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders, work in kneeling position for layout of cable runs under false decking, lift 50 pounds with 80% of work requiring carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 40 pounds for majority of shift while being in a standing, crouching, or walking position.

• Attention to safety critical.

• This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens, be able to obtain gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS), undergo a background investigation and pass a drug screening.

Serco is looking for a Marine Welder-Mid Level team member to join a high-profile and challenging project supporting the US Navy. The Marine Welder-Mid Level will be on a dynamic team, supporting our C5ISR system installations. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our Sailors.

You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco team members to deliver high technology performed onboard U.S. Naval Ships and military installations. In this role, you will:

• Interpret specifications, drawings, blueprints, shop job orders and, process sheets.

• Use a variety of ARC and gas welding equipment to fabricate or repair products such as foundations, cable collars, cable/pipe/vent hangers, cable tubes penetrations, studs, etc.

• Perform related task such as thermal cutting (PLASMA or TORCH) and grinding.

• Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

• Assign work to qualified personnel.

• Train new shop personnel on machinery, tools and test equipment required for quality construction of products.

• Work onboard U.S. Naval Ships and military installations in an area that is somewhat uncomfortable due to drafts, noise, temperature variation and the like and with equipment where carelessness would probably result in minor cuts, bruises, muscle strains, serious injury, or death.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you must:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of Shipboard Experience.

• Be familiar with NAVSEA, standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of electrical repair, fabrication, and installation.

• Get respirator qualified and wear proper PPE throughout their work shift.

• Have own tools of the trade and able to pass precertification company weld test.

• Must complete successful qualification in the following Serco Welding Procedures within 30 calendar days of starting date: 1) Pass 3 positions in SMAW steel qualification. 2) Must succesfully pass 3 positions in FCAW steel qualification.

• Be willing to travel up to 50% to various work sites.

• Must be able to work in high heat spaces, climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders, work in kneeling position for layout of cable runs under false decking, lift 50 pounds with 80% of work requiring carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 40 pounds for majority of shift while being in a standing, crouching, or walking position.

• Attention to safety critical.

• This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens, be able to obtain gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS), undergo a background investigation and pass a drug screening.

In this Client Support Administrator role, you will:

• Configure user software, modify software configuration, and perform basic configuration management functions in support of the A8 directorate.

• Support functions include providing limited software application assistance for commonly used office automation and performing initial system diagnostics and troubleshooting of systems.

• Coordinate any IT support issues with all agencies (e.g., customers, Functional System Administrator (FSA), Communication Focal Point (CFP), etc.) when necessary.

• Review organization's needs for computer resources on an annual and as needed basis

• Validate computer equipment requirements and unit Equipment Custodian (EC) requests as well as assist EC with hardware and software inventories

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Staff Task Management = USAFCENT and 9AF employ the Tasker Management Tool (TMT) to create, deliver, track and complete Staff tasking digitally. To support staff tasking management, the UPC will maintain organizational email account and archival file structure. Conduct daily checks the account(s) for incoming emails and then distribute to the correct individual or division or take action directly to resolve the issue. Furthermore, the UPC will conduct daily reviews of all AFCENT Tasker Management Tool (TMT) taskers on NIPR and SIPR for A8 and coordinate with the Divisions for assignment and completion. UPC will monitor all input and output functions for A8 generated TMT taskers. Processing of the taskers, both internal and externally generated, will include building the tasker, establishing the lead, and coordinating offices, coordinating the staff processes and responses, and managing the timelines to ensure all suspenses are met.

• Assists staff with setting suspenses and/or prioritizing work for all A8 staff personnel to support the commander/director

• Assists with conducting reviews and briefings on all facets of management functions with recommended courses of action for resolving problems

• Provides advice and guidance to staff in the organization of administrative, clerical, and procedural requirements.

• Assists other clerical staff in locating and selecting the appropriate guidelines, references, and procedures for application to specific cases

• Updates tracker or suspense files for unclassified documents as required

Unit Program Coordinator Support = The UPC will assists commander/director in accomplishing all necessary internal operations to include administrative training, security, development and implementation of organizational operating instructions and regulations of personnel related programs The UPC in their capacity of Unit Program Coordinator serves as Point of Contact for all newly assigned personnel; orients them regarding the basic functions of the organization, introduces them to key personnel and schedules their initial training/orientation requirements.

• Disseminates information concerning new or changed procedures/regulations

• Assists with determining and meeting administrative needs based on administrative support program requirements

• Assists A8 staff on changes in administrative policies and procedures. Identifies and implements processes which can be improved or made more efficient through application of automated technology or other methods.

• Trains, orients, direct, and oversees the duties and work products of A8 POCs

• Assists with ensuring unit programs comply with regulations, laws, policies, and directives

• Assists with managing programs to include task management, Government Travel Card (GTC) program, health care program, fitness program, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, safety program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, Special Awards & Trophies, security program, and supply program

• Advises the director on policies and executes directives through the establishment of procedures for associated programs. Assists with ensuring assigned members are aware of individual requirements established by law and/or policy

• Monitors trends of programs and advises commander of their current evaluation ratings

• Attends required training, meetings, and functions as related to the prescribed unit programs

• Assists the director in the performance of administrative functions associated with the supervision of military and civilian employees (i.e., coordinating personnel assignments, promotions, and performance evaluation products, etc.).

• Assists with providing evaluations and validation of manpower requirements and participant qualifications for operational/contingency planning and exercises

• Monitors personnel action requests, tracks personnel, manpower, and training transactions as documentation flows through the directorate and provides status reports to management

• Monitors the timeliness, accuracy, and transmittal of performance reports in accordance with established guidelines. Coordinates with appropriate offices and resolves conflicts affecting organizational positions

• Assists with developing, establishing, updating, and maintaining office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office

• Assists project officer planning command sponsored events ensuring proper protocol is followed

Qualifications

To be successful in this Client Support Administrator role, you will have:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Secret Security Clearance

• Three (3) years of experience in PC tech and desktop support, ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, trouble shoot methodologies and solve issues and communicate verbally and written with customers in a high operations tempo environment

• Three (3) years of experience with DISA MIAP program and Supply Electronic Document Control program

• Three (3) years of experience working with tasker management system at a component staff or higher

In this Special Security Officer USAFCENT role, you will:

• Perform a full range of security duties and assignments in support of USAFCENT AFFOR A2 at Shaw.

• Assist in the operation of the special security office and help administer the SCI security program to include providing SCI security guidance for other local/tenant scifs and tscifs, and Temporary Secure Working Area (TSWA) within the USAFCENT.

Each Security Discipline provides the following Sub-tasks:

• Information and Industrial Security

• Maintain applicable SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines to adequately discharge SSO duties and responsibilities.

• Ensure SCI is properly accounted for, controlled, transmitted, transported, packaged, and safeguarded.

• Ensure SCI is destroyed by authorized means.

• Ensure SCI is disseminated only to persons authorized access to the material and having an established need-to-know.

• Investigate SCI security infractions, making recommendations to the Chief SSO on site and preparing required reports.

• Maintaining continuing liaison, with collateral security officials to ensure both security levels are mission accomplished.

• Conduct SCI personnel, information, physical and technical security (TEMPEST/Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) actions.

• Provide all security awareness trainings as required by regulations and requested by the COR.

• Personnel Security

• Perform all aspects of the SCI Personnel Security Program to include, for example, nomination interviews, validation of SCI access requirements, submission of investigative requests, conduct SCI security briefings; obtain signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NdA) and Non-Disclosure Statement (NdS); and perform other related personnel security actions.

• Provide a briefing on local SCI security procedures to newly arrived personnel and those receiving initial SCI indoctrination.

• Emphasize unauthorized disclosure awareness, management, and reporting during indoctrination and termination briefings and day-to-day security program execution

• Serve as the official channel for certifying and receiving SCI visitor clearances/accesses.

• Maintain the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to accurately reflect all personnel under their security cognizance.

• Provide guidance and assistance for processing SCI position and eligibility requests.

• Process all derogatory information concerning SCI indoctrinated individuals under their security cognizance and assist commanders and directors with establishment of Security Information Files.

Qualifications

To be successful in this Special Security Officer USAFCENT role, you will have:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

• Associate degree

• Must have four-year college degree with a minimum of three (3) years full-time experience working with SCI in all security disciplines, but specifically in Personnel Security, Physical Security, and Site Security Manager. May substitute two (2) years of experience in lieu of each year of college, i.e., two-year college degree requires six (6) years of full-time experience.

• The ability to attend and complete a formal SSO certification training and a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) 705 Physical Security Course within 12 months of employment.

• Ability to work independently in an operational environment so the contractor must possess knowledge of a full range of security principles, concepts, practices, products, and services; methods for evaluating risk and vulnerability; implementing mitigating improvement; and disseminating security procedures/processes.

• Must have a thorough knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 704, ICD 705 and Technical Specifications and DoDM 5105.21, V1 thru V3 and working knowledge of other applicable Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and USAF directives and regulations.

• Interpret Director of National Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency and DoD directives and provide technical advice and guidance on SCI personnel, physical and information security standards.

• Must have the ability to gather facts and use effective analytical and evaluative methods to assess information, plan the sequence of actions necessary, make sound decisions and solve a variety of security problems

• Favorably completed and adjudicated Tier 5 Investigation resulting in access eligibility at least to the TS/SCI level.

In this role you will:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on LCAC electrical / electronic components. The Craft Electrician must be familiar and assists the Craft Engineer in the operation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the craft. Additional responsibilities include:

• Assembling or installing equipment or parts requiring simple wiring, soldering, or connecting. Performs such tasks as replacing components and wiring circuits.

• Repairing simple electronic equipment.

• Taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes.

• Receives initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from supervisor or engineer as needed.

• Troubleshoots and correct malfunctions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A high school diploma and 5+ years of experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 15 years of applicable work experience.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Security Clearance upon employment.

• Experience as a former craft electrician is required (eg, former GSE).

• Record and preparat minutes for meetings and working groups. Track and follow up on action items for the DDG 1000 Program.

• Facilitate the resolution of issues arising from the stand up of the ZTF and associated interim and life cycle training solutions.

The Director, Business Capture will routinely be assigned multiple solicitation pursuits at various stages of capture at the same time. The ideal candidate will have previously served as a capture manager with proven experience supporting DoD customers.This individual will be expected to identify gaps and emerging requirements, perform market and economic analysis, conduct business intelligence, design and execute formal capture plans, and monitor competitor activity for each capture.

Capture Management is a centralized function that supports Serco's business that include Defense services, Citizen Services, Serco-WBB, and Maritime Engineering/Sustainment business group. Our team provides full support during the capture and proposal development lifecycle while ensuring compliance and contributing to higher win rate.

You will be an integral part of the Capture and Proposals Unit team bringing business and technical vision, disciplined strategic thinking, analytical presentation, and problem-solving skills. You will be supported by a group of professionals and be able to establish and maintain a solid working relationship with technical staff, managers, and peers.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, organize, and lead assigned capture efforts to successful completion.

• Develop the overall capture strategy and identify required internal and external resources

• Lead and facilitate win strategy development sessions including technical, management, teaming, past performance, staffing, pricing, and any other applicable activity

• Lead and coordinate competitive assessments, determining the strengths and weaknesses of Serco and potential competitors.

• Collaborate with Business Unit teams, Solution Architects and SMEs to develop solutions that offer customers recognized value, are price competitive, executable and will be evaluated favorably.

• Prepare and present Gate Review presentation to the senior executive team as required once opportunity has been assigned.

• Develop B&P spend plans and track all associated expenses with the capture effort.

• Manage capture/proposal personnel, align resources required for the pursuit of opportunities, develop and improve upon processes, manage B&P budgets and manage risks to effectively contribute to Serco's growth.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

• 5 to 10 years' experience in government contracting/capture management

• Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building teams, assessing win probability, and contributing to shaping the acquisition.

• A proven track record of successful capture management across DoD/ Intelligence Community organizations at a variety of acquisition sizes and types.

• Experience Capturing deals requiring development of a solution and or an approach.

• Strong proposal writing skills.

Air Traffic Managers must be familiar with standard Air Traffic Control (ATC) concepts, practices, and procedures. A manager must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Reporting to the Area Manager.

• Supervising

ATCS's are responsible for the safe, orderly and expeditious movement of air traffic through the nation's airspace. ATCS duties include:

• Answering radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.

• Issuing landing/takeoff instructions.

• Issuing information such as runway to use, wind velocity and direction, visibility, taxiing instructions, and pertinent data on other aircraft operating in vicinity.

• Issuing air traffic clearances.

• Providing advice based on their own observations and information from the National Weather Service, IFR control facilities, flight service stations, pilots, and other sources.

• Taking and disseminating weather observations at Limited Aviation Weather Reporting Station (LAWRS) or Supplemental Aviation Weather Reporting Station (SAWRS) facilities.

• Transferring control of aircraft to receiving facilities when aircraft leave their airspace and receiving control of aircraft coming into their airspace.

• Operating various types of equipment such as: radios, telephones, interphones, computer systems, radar, recording systems, weather equipment, light guns, airport/runway lighting systems, and backup equipment.

• Alerting airport emergency crews and other designated personnel when aircraft are having flight difficulties.

• Coordinating with and issuing instructions to airport vehicles and personnel.

• Maintaining and disseminating records of daily operations.

The Project Control Analyst is a key member of the program team and works directly with the Program Manager to help define the project's goals and objectives; and recommends actions to improve progress and performance.

In this role you will have significant interface with Program/Project Managers, senior technical staff, as well as other functional organizations including contracts, finance, accounts receivable, subcontract management and procurement.

Key Duties In This Role

• Assist with EAC preparation and monitoring.

• Assist with delivery order pricing.

• Contract P&L forecasting.

• Contract specific deliverables.

• Project setup.

• Assist with month end close activities.

Qualifications

To Be Successful in this role you will have:

• HS GED required with 4 years experience.

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 0-2 years' experience with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Excel and overall MS Office suite and a working knowledge of relevant software applications .

• Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.

• Must be analytical, possess excellent communication and presentation skills and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.

• Strong customer service focus.
